A repeat visit to the best OPSM in the city. Very friendly staff; my appointment was right on time, and they replaced my scratched RayBan sunglass lenses for me, for the second time. Great Service - make them your choice!

The customer service at this particular branch is amazing! The optometrist, Fiona, was really patient and took her time explaining what was going on with my eyes during the different tests, I felt very comfortable with her. Thereafter I was looked after by Collin who is an absolute gem and helped me decide what frames suited my face while also sticking to my budget, he didn't rush me at all, so I took my time finding the perfect frames for me. All the staff around were so nice and helpful and I think this will be my permanent optometrist in Melbourne.

The customer service at this store was excellent. I was trying to get my lenses replaced at a variety of stores and no one could help me until I came here. I walked in and was served immediately. And more importantly the correct lenses were available and replaced on the spot. I would highly recommend this store for anyone.

Highly recommend. I had booked in with Dr Nicole Chau, who was absolutely professional detailed and helped graciously in correcting my prescription levels. She was very thorough in explaining observations of the eye scan as well. Second, I'd also like to take this opportunity to commend Chris who was so very helpful and wise in advising me on my glasses choices, lenses. I had opted for transition lenses on a pair of Oakley's for long distance training. Chris, being an avid cyclist, shared his own experiences and what he recommends as improvements based on his own usage. Looking forward to picking up my glasses, I had came during Customer awareness week so was given a lovely 20% off on my first pair and continued on with 50% for my Second and Third pairs. How great is that!

Great range and service from OPSM Collins Place. I found a great looking frame and the lenses were perfect for my aging eyes. Today at work I accidently dropped them and stood on them deforming them badly. I dropped them in to the team when heading out for lunch and on the way back they looked as good as new. Thank you OPSM!

Walked in during my lunch break as my glasses had dropped one of the nose pads. They served me immediately, replaced the nose pads promptly and 5 minutes later I was on my way. Excellent service and customer focus.

The team here are fantastic, with a key call out being Alissar who put in the hard yards with me to make sure ended up with my next favourite frames! Both the optometrist and sales worked together to understand my needs, and I've just picked up my new favourite frames. I sat on and broke my former frames, and the Collins place team took that into consideration with my new pair. I decided to upgrade the lense with the recommended featured, and I'm so glad I did! It's been 3 hours with my frames and I've not taken them off, which reduces damage to the frames. I did ask for the names of the others in the team who helped, but they preferred to recognise the whole customer service team. Good store environment. Highly recommend!

Lily Lim is a fabulous Optometrist. Highly professional and extraordinarily helpful. I have recommended many freinds to her and will continue to do so. The other senior staff are also very good at assisting with frame election. Great range or frames, particularly high end. Will continue to return while Lily Lim is there.

Having looked for replacement lenses for my Persol sunglasses for quite a while, I was lucky to find the only store in Melbourne with the replacement parts and providing an excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Chris was a wealth of knowledge and provided exceptional service in selecting and fitting my new frames. The value and timeliness of the advice and help received through my visit, particularly during COVID times given my emergency situation will keep me coming back to this great OPSM location.

Great experience, informative staff and optometrist, but i would say it is even better that in the future you have all the processing center in melbourne so the waiting time for the prescription lenses is not too long, now we have to wait at least one week to get our prescription lenses, other than that, the service is perfect!

He will provide you with the best glasses, with flare, charm and at the best price. Obviously he has sales to make but his primary focus has always been to serve my needs first rather than make a buck. He and his entire team are the best is Melbourne. It’s that simple.

My husbands glasses broke while we were visiting Melbourne so went to OPSM Collins Place, as we were staying nearby, to hopefully have them repaired. Good equipment to have eye test but if they know you don't buy glasses/contact lenses from OPSM and test regularly every year. They will see on your record then after the 3rd yr checking from OPSM (1st and 2nd yr from OPSM different store) and they will quickly test your eyes asap and chase you away. Got advise no need to test since your prescription still 11 months old. Just use the same one and still valid. I thought I want to get the latest up to date prescription since I want to make a new glasses. Good for OPSM got payment from medicare for 5 mins job.

I went to 3 OPSMs im Melbourne and werent really helpful. My 4th visit to Collins place and was served by Chris, I asked for my prescriptions for contact lenses but were not available. Chris cleaned and tightened my glasses. Very friendly and provided high quality service.
