Having belonged to many gyms over the years I have never been more satisfied than I am with Vida. The team are super friendly and they will tailor programs to meet individual needs. The boxing sessions and group classes are very challenging the team always encourage you to get the most out of every session. My kids also look forward to attending the gym and boxing with Vida. Great place to train for general health & fitness as well as sport specific development. The team have a variety of sports at high levels from working with professionals to aspiring juniors. New equipment and renovation recently has extended the space and training options.
