Came in today for the Melbourne Free Churros Shopping event. Jennie and Kae were so helpful. They showed me range of options and showed my a lot of sale items that were really a good deal. Great bargain and great quality. The store was very clean and tidy. Products were displayed beautifully. Staff was very attentive to me and friendly. Staff even gave me opinions to show me what looks better so I can compare. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely loved their customer service. We went to get watch for my partner. Nabil was the guy who helped us all the time and he was so patient with us with the time spent and the confusion around which would the most suitable watch. He showed us a variety of watches and paid undivided attention to us while my partner was wondering what watch would be great to buy. The lady at the front of the store welcomed us warmly into the store. Nabil nailed the engraving on one of the watches which we requested. I went to the Melbourne Central outlet to get some issues with my Fossil Gen 4 watch fixed and I must say that Jira's extremely friendly and professional service was the best I've experienced in a very long time. I had a very mixed experience buying my first watch one of the staff members Jamie was very unapproachable, rude and even lied about some features of the watch and return policy. Thankfully the assistant manager Jess was very patient, honest and helpful throughout the process and helped me in the selection and sale process.

Awesome staff! Super friendly. Came in for a watch battery replacement recently and didn’t get the name of the worker who repaired it, but it was done in only half an hour which is pretty fast. The inside of the store has a nice aesthetic to it and heaps of watches can be found on some of the displays.

I had been looking for a professional quality bag. So stopped at Fossil Melbourne Central and was curious which one was my style and will age well. I bought a Gen 6 from this shop and it was the best purchase of my life!!! The salesperson convinced me Gen 6 is better than the Hybrid HR watch and is definitely worth its price. Despite numerous attempts to troubleshoot and seek assistance, the problem persisted. Not only did this render the smart watch completely useless, but it also caused a significant inconvenience in my daily life. I rely on my smart watch for various tasks, including notifications, fitness tracking, and communication, and Fossil's product failure disrupted these essential functions. What disappoints me the most is not just the malfunctioning product, but the lack of effective customer support. My attempts to reach out for assistance were met with delayed responses and unhelpful suggestions that did nothing to resolve the issue. I had high expectations from Fossil as a reputable brand, but this experience has left me frustrated, dissatisfied, and regretful of my purchase. I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before investing in a Fossil smart watch, given the apparent lack of product reliability and customer service quality. This incident has significantly impacted my trust in Fossil as a company, and I am left questioning the quality and reliability of their products. The staff (Jennie) at Fossil store Melbourne Central is a very kind, patient and friendly person. She provided helped me find the right watch of my interest. She also informed me about the offers and spent significant amount of time very patiently with me throughout the entire engraving process where I had taken painstaking amount of time to decide the text for engraving.
