did

on

including

and

and

failure
disrupted
these

functions.
What
disappoints

the
lack
of
effective
customer
support.
My
attempts

reach
out
for
assistance

met
with

responses
and
unhelpful
suggestions
that
did
nothing
to
resolve
the
issue.
I
had
high
expectations
from
Fossil
as
a
reputable
brand,
but
this
experience
has
left
me
frustrated,
dissatisfied,
and
regretful
of

purchase.
I
strongly
urge
potential
buyers
to
think
twice
before
investing
in
a
Fossil
smart
watch,
given
the
apparent
lack
of
product
reliability
and
customer
service
quality.
This
incident
has
significantly
impacted
my
trust
in
Fossil
as
a
company,
and

am
left
questioning
the
quality
and

of
their
