Absolutely disgusting service, 45 minutes late for the party, was quoted 2 hours but only stayed 1 but demanded the whole payment, made very inappropriate racial remarks towards a couple of the children and and didn’t provide any education on how to hold or handle the animals and then yelled at the children when they didn’t hold the animals properly, it was a shock he even farted twice thinking it was funny it was horrifying a couple parents mentioned they thought he had been under the influence. Not recommended at all the man in particular who we had at our party should not be around children.

Started to perform when only three children had arrived. Arrived well before we booked them and before all children arrived (20 all up). Show was hurried as they did not plan correctly and need to "leave early" for another event. Team member needs to be trained better with how to deal with children - they were short with them and told a 4 year old child off for speaking. Venomous snakes were only out for 1 minute. Would not recommend.

An absolute blast for the little ones. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about it & this helped my niece get over her fear of reptiles. Very highly trained & educative staff. Awesome fun 🤩

We met alligator, snakes and lizards at Easter Show today. We didn’t expect that. It’s so amazing! Kids can hold them and pat them. Love the reptiles very much. Thanks Reptile Party gave us such a memorable moment.
