AWFUL since new owners tookover. Dr Bandula made us wait over an hour for an appointment and was extremely rude and unhelpful. Not a suitable doctor for children at all. We had been going there for years and will now unfortunately have to steer clear.

Receptionist is not customer friendly. Doesnt even greet us good morning when we arrived.

I had a visit today and I found the nurses, the doctor and the receptionist very helpful. They all did their best to understand how they can help me and provided a very thoughtful resolution for me. I am very happy with my visit today :)

I went there few times for the Vaccination and it was ok. But when I had to tell I was a Pensioner some staff didn't show nice attitude towards me. Just because I was a Pensioner. After experiencing that from few Staffs I felt scared and not confident to come back here. GP is a place where all kinds of Patients come to get checked out . Including Pensioners. I want to see more Staff who can handle and show Respect and Kindness Attitude towards Pensioners . Then you wont lose Patients who experienced something like this.

The nurse at the clinic was super efficient and fabulous by removing my toe gauze pads and replacing them with new ones. Will visit this clinic again next week for the further removal of the latest gauzes. Will also have my Covid19 booster shot.

Easily booked a same day appointment for my baby and was seen by a lovely, thorough doctor. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this practice.

From the first contact, I could tell the practice would be warming with my little one who was sick. The reception and doctor were courteous. Plus, they could bulk bill under 12yo. I will definitely come back to this practice.

Visited Kew City Medical Centre today and had an appointment with Dr. Caglar. Extremely pleased with the experience. Dr. Caglar was professional, attentive, and thorough in the consultation. The clinic staff were welcoming and the facility was well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality medical care.

Dr Berk was amazing and I appreciated his welcome, time, understanding and empathy. I have clicked on 3 Stars as for me both receptionist’s attitudes were somewhat strained, closed off, prickly and unwelcoming when I called in quickly to book my first appointment. It all seemed like a big effort to them which was disconcerting . Also, when I went back for my appointment they were unable to to deal with a difficult issue I was facing regarding the online patient information form which I couldn’t get to save properly on my phone. They made “my frustration and me” the problem and “became offended” rather than empathizing and saying “I am sorry you have had that experience, that’s strange, it is okay we will deal with it” Masters of customer service have these skills… and they definitely were lacking in this area which was a pity!

I went to Kew City Medical Center yesterday. It's was good place, near my house. The doctor, staff were friendly. I like this clinic. I will return next time. Thank you.

So happy to find this place. My other Dr was getting too expensive and it was great to find a Bulk billed service in the area. Staff are very friendly and Dr Bandula is so lovely and helpful. The staff at the front desk are very friendly and helpful! Also didn't wait long at all, Dr was running on time (this literally never happens) Great service here, highly recommend it.

Just found this clinic extremely close to home for me, both the nurse that was as the front desk and the doctor were extremely welcoming approachable and helpful. This place is going to be my new local! Bulk billing is a massive bonus!

Great clinic. Friendly receptionists. Dr Bandula was really obliging and extremely efficient in covering all that was needed in a short consultation window. First 15 min consult is currently free / covered entirely by medicare rebate. Maybe there's clinics out there still offering bulk billing, but I don't know of them and this policy lets you get introduced to / sound out a new GP without expense. Pretty considerate and good marketing by them! Mini Neutrogena sunscreens at the counter was the cherry on top. ;)

I made an appointment last week, and when I came to see the GP, the receptionist told me the doctor not working today 😨😡 It’s so disappointing, they even didn't notice that. I don't recommend this clinic, because you just waste your time 🤦🏻‍♀️

Dr. Caglar is super professional and knowledgeable. He spends time explaining everything and doesn’t rush the consultation. Would highly recommend this GP clinic.

It’s alway difficult moving surgeries. I went by the Google reviews. I’m so happy to say that the feedback of others was also my experience. The medical receptionists were so lovely and caring. Doctor Berk was one of the kindest and most patient insightful doctors. I feel extremely grateful to have “hit the jackpot”. When you are feeling vulnerable the last thing you want is to feel “dismissed” I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Berk is an excellent and thorough doctor, very knowledgeable, welcoming, always greets you with a smile, and genuinely cares about his patients. He welcomes my puppy Chanel who accompanies me, has a warm demeanour, is understanding and I give him 5 stars easily! I highly recommend Dr. Berk, he is the best Dr. in Melbourne!

Sister received a booster vaccination.... They didn't bother uploading it onto the Medicare system so it's not on the international passport certificate. Could possibly sabotage family travel plans. Shouldn't they get the basics right?

The staff are friendly, professional and efficient. I attended for a flu shot and was most impressed with the assessment prior including the blood pressure testing. The Dr was approachable, patient and kind. A very well organised medical centre!
