I'm very happy about their customer service and the professional repair. Ian is so helpful and professional.You can compare the outcome they had done. The previous panel centre made my car into 2 colours after the repair. You can see they are very capable to match the colour and I'm happy with the outcome. Thank you so much. Unfortunately I was recently in a car accident, in my distressed state I sought advice from Kew Accident Repair Centre as I remembered they did a good job fixing my old car a long time ago. Ian came to my aid, not only with his expertise did he give me great advice but he also helped me deal with the other driver as well as their insurer. He went above and beyond to really help me and make the entire process go smoothly, I really outstanding service I received here, highly recommended.

I am so incredibly impressed with the service I received. The last thing I wanted to deal with was fixing my car after I was hit by another driver. Matt made the entire process so easy and communicated with the insurance company so all I had to do was leave my car in his capable hands for a few days. Tony you and Mark and the team at KARC have done a magnificent job on my pride and joy - the Porsche Boxster S. This is the third car car he has repaired for my family. I had the pleasure of dealing with Tony whilst getting my vehicle repaired. Having said that, everyone I came into contact with at Kew Accident Repair were extremely friendly and professional. I had the rear door replaced on my new van which I recently purchased as a demonstration vehicle. To be honest, it came out looking better than when I picked it up from the dealer! Their attention to detail is superb and it was ready at the exact time I was told it would be. They also provided me with a great little loan car. My 10yo Kia has been the workhorse for my family and she has suffered a few dings, scrapes and trolley bashing over the years. I don't normally write reviews but it is just so rare to get really great customer service nowadays. I was driving past KARC the other day and stopped into their office to get some advice on how to best do a small fix on my car. Before I knew it, Ian had offered to have a look. Not only did he have a look, he took it upon himself to spend the 5 minutes to actually just do the job. When I offered to pay as I was so grateful for his time, he said not to worry about it. Good old fashioned customer service. I would return in a second if I actually needed some car repair works done. Thanks again Ian.

I had the most amazing service provided by Kew Accident Repair Centre. Matt was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Kept me informed throughout the process and was very prompt with any queries that I had along the way. I would very highly recommend. The workmanship is outstanding too! Hopefully, not any time soon but if I ever need smash repairs I would be at Kew Accident Repair Centre in a blink.

I have been with KARC a couple of times which Matt handled it superbly, the customer service, product and honesty with quotes was amazing. Whenever I had any issues, he is quick to respond and fix anything that’s wrong and if anything minor he would often fix free of charge! So that I’m happy with the repairs which I cannot be more grateful for, highly recommended KARC and especially Matt!

I just picked up my car and it looks beautiful. A little old lady clipped my car, I only had a copy of her license and rego with accident photos. Ian took upon himself to search for her contact details. The lady agreed to pay the damages over the phone and within 3 days I got my car back looking neat and tidy again.
