    Disappointment and appalling experience I recently had at your print section, specifically with an employee named Crystal. From the moment I interacted with Crystal, I was met with an air of indifference that left me shocked and angered. I approached Crystal with a simple request to print some important documentation, having previously been instructed to send my documents to a designated email address. When I informed Crystal that I had sent the documents to the usual email, her response was nothing short of infuriating. She dismissively replied, 'we don't use that email anymore,' and without any consideration for my concerns, she walked off, even directing her attention to the next customer. No alternative email address was provided, leaving me bewildered and disregarded. Another staff member named Emily, who thankfully stepped in to help me. I extend my gratitude to Emily for her professionalism and willingness to assist where Crystal had failed. As a customer, I firmly believe that every individual deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy. However, my recent encounter with Crystal has severely tainted my perception of Vermont Office works. Such behavior is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the business. It is evident that your staff, Crystal, is in dire need of comprehensive training in customer service. They must be reminded of the paramount importance of maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all customers. As a business owner myself, I won't accept such appalling behaviour and you guys shouldn't too.

    Be Careful! Don't buy any expensive items from this store with the "Extra Care Warranty" as they charge the extra money from you, and when you have issues, they try to avoid you and direct you to the manufacturer. I bought an HP Designjet and paid $119 for the extra care, and the printer started having issues after 14 months, so I went to the store, and they told me to contact HP. Store Manager Mandy wasn't ready to listen and declined the request even to put it through a repair with HP. Somehow, the store only puts the invoice number on the invoice. The Transaction Number is blank, so when you call the Office Works Head Office, they ask you for Transaction No, and without that, they can't locate the order and you are left with the decision of the store to accept the warranty or not. Abysmal management.

    Picked up a click and collect order for 2 x desks as I was told I couldn't order these in store. I arrived today to get them and collected 2 large boxes for 2 x desks, to which I got my dad especially to come to utlise his large truck to move the boxes home. I got home and unpacked the boxes and they were both missing half the items. I called up to rude staff members who hung up on me when I asked where the other items were. I called back and he still didn't seem to know what was going on. I had to drive all the way back there AGAIN with my dad to collect the other boxes. You would think they would check that all the boxes are given to the customer when handing over the order??? Apparently not.

    “Go to K-MART and print your photos guys”worst manager !!!!! Customer service 0/10 Vermont office works Photo printing kiosks are horrible not working not connecting I had to try 5 kiosks to print few photos usb not connecting, phone is not connecting, wifi app not connecting to the kiosk and phone connecting cables are broken, told manager( Wendy ) about the kiosks didn’t even care about customer and after printing horrible colours and staff said printer needs to clean. Worst manager no apology only said company aware about it. Waste of my time. Spend more than 30mins for few photos 😡

    Watched a worker here, assume manager try and help a customer who was throwing a tantrum about their printing. They kept trying to help but this woman wouldn’t have any of it. I felt really sorry for this worker, the “customer” was clearly twisting her words. Amusing for me to watch but I felt really sorry for the manager, I wanted to jump in and help! I always have great service here, some people are just so rude!

    Lakshmi, you are amazing! Lakshmi probably spent hours with me while I trialled out MULTIPLE sizings, paper materials and envelopes for my wedding cards. Cannot thank you enough and I cannot imagine someone else wanting to do the same with me. Thank you for your patience and support! You have made our day and helped complete our wedding.

    There is one staff member only at the print desk. The manager - instead of helping me when I asked politely for help, told me to just “pop over there into the queue and wait”. I have wasted 30 minutes in and out of the print desk queue. Really the manager needs to take more pride in serving customers when asked.

    When I am "advised" by Google to make a recommendation, especially to a multinational corporation such as Westfarmers, etc. I just release the standard response. They are standard. Their customer service is the same everywhere, but I would never rely on staff for specialised assistance. This is why I would prefer a smaller place. While my response is 50-50 average,don't blame me, blame Google.

    Frustrating that they don't honour their price beat guarantee. Wanted to match Amazon Australia for an in-stock item, and after 15 minutes of uhming and ahhing their manager refused it. The product met their advertised price beat guidelines, so they were unable to explain why they couldn't price beat beyond saying that they didn't have the training to do it. The only positive was that the junior staff who served me was very polite and helpful. Instead went to a closeby branch who were willing to honour it. Wouldn't come back here because either training or management is lacking.

    Don't go here if you want any printing done. They stuffed up my daughter's wedding invitations they then printed them a second time and she had to pay again. Not any better the second time around either! Such a disappointment. 😡😡

    I wanted a document to be scanned and sent to my email IDs and the person at the counter refused to add a second email ID to the list. What a terrible service officworks Vermont. I wish I could have given a zero star for the person at the counter.

    Poor customer service by many at the counter but they act like they give a good one. There was an assistant at the counter but on the phone fixing another issue for 7 mins while i was there in front, another one who was supposed to be there comes by after the queue builds up to 5 people but doesnt recognise me standing there first for a long time and decides to go for the next one. So i went back in the line and had to wait. I did not get signal inside to send the email to print, when I told it to her she didnt have the brains to say ' we have free wifi here' but just said, ' i need it in the mail'. Then i ask her is there wifi here, and she says "yes,free wifi" . So i look up for free wifi and for connecting i needed a password, so i had to interrupt her small talk with another client for which she replied "FREE WIFI" as if i was already supposed to know that was the password. Before i conected, she tag teamed me onto another one and left the scene. The other one was pretending to buys until i had to ask if she got my email and then she's onto it. By the time i finish up my documents and come to scan, she leaves and another one at the terminal takes her time, prentends to be busy and eventually gets to serving. No courtesy, no thank you's or anything. But have a fake friendly tone on while serving you. Totally uncivilized girls working there.

    Fantastic customer service; Five golden stars; Julia,who answered my phone call when I asked her to check if a product was available in stock at the store for pickup, she was so polite (apologies for calling the store during a busy time) and checked the system and notified that it is available, She also gave me various specifications of the same product available in stock at the store. When I visited the store for picking up the product, there were at least 7 or 8 people behind me in the payment counter queue and I had couple of questions regarding the product and Julia calmly answered my questions without rushing me or getting frustrated that there were few other people in the queue. I sincerely appreciate your efforts. A lot of businesses require customer service staff like yourselves Julia. Keep it up. Thanks again.

    The brief interaction (or lack thereof) I had at the Vermont south Officeworks was appalling. Came up to the counter to pay for my items and the male staff member at the counter did not greet me at all. The whole interaction would have been silent if I didn't have to ask to buy some stamps. A hello wouldn't hurt. Horrible customer service. This happened around 5pm on 23/09/23. Need to train your staff better! Better yet the young man also had an airpod in! Unacceptable in customer service!

    Printing photos should be a happy moment, yes photos didn’t get printed as big as I paid premium price for because it’s my own mistake didn’t understand some of the functions. But staff attitude was really bad especially when I ask if there’s anything they can do to help me. It’s ok nothing can be done but don’t have to talk with a tone and made customer feels stupid. Experience just ruin the day.

    My partner ordered a product for click and collect on Wednesday, said estimated pick up day was Friday. After hearing nothing and not getting a confirmation we were told a shipment was delayed and it would be best to wait till tomorrow. Order still hadn’t arrived, the lady at the front was really nice and even got someone to check out the back but no luck and was advised it would be after christmas now. Appreciate the customer service but we’re very disappointed as the ONLY reason we ordered it from this store is because it said the item would arrive before christmas. Please look into accurate click and collect times because we would’ve travelled to any other store that had it regardless of distance.

    went to Office works vermont today to get some printing done. The lady at the print counter was abrupt and did not have patience to hear me out in relation to what pages I needed to be printed. She kept saying ' You need to print this page ? You need to print that page ' She did not allow me talk and I felt stressed out. If that lady is there in the counter I am walking away

    I remember visiting Office works, and the staff did their best to help you. Now you have to ask for everything, and the staff just point and tell you the isle number. No customer service, so am going to Harvey Norman to but my laptop now.

    Printing area 26/02/23 2-3pm, management please teach your staff some customer service and get some assistance at the self service printing. Staff there did not care about helping with self service and had an attitude of couldn't care less. Disgusted

    The Manager Mandy is the worst possible Manager a store can have. She will not Solve the problems but complicate them. She wouldn’t want to swap a faulty product and called the Cops on me & they did nothing and said She is actually a Rude person themselves. Good on you Officeworks, for keeping such Id*it’s in your organisation.

    I accidentally left my deposit book with $880 cash at the cash registers at Officeworks, Vermont South this morning. Thank you so much to Cathy (I think her name was) and the two young males at the front counter. All the money was still there. Thank you so much Officework staff for being honest and trustworthy. I hope good things come their way.

    Went to get some papers bound (about 1cm thick) and was told to collect later…maybe this or next evening. “We have a lot to bind” though I don’t see anyone working on them. Maybe the staff has finished his shift? T counter staff said “it’s the same everywhere”. As needed it urgently, we drove to Ringwood and got it done under 10 minutes!!

    I had to get a new apple pencil due to damaging my old one, and when my dad came home with a newly bought pencil from this store, they had given him an already opened, dirty and used apple pencil. At first I was confused and thought they were selling a refurbished product, but when I went in store myself, they simply told me 'It is completely new, we just tested it on another customers ipad to check it works". Then why did you not sell it to the customer beforehand, why sell it to us when it's clearly been opened and tampered with. A worker named Sam sold it to my dad yesterday, and I'm not sure if he sold an opened product to my dad thinking he wasn't good at english, but I find this quite disrespectful. Very disappointing. Be careful to check what state you receive your products in, because you never know.

    Purchased 3x mobile phones and when I got to the store they were the incorrect phones (model below). Store staff manager told me in person when I collected them she knew the price was wrong and contacted head office who did nothing about it. I contacted consumer affairs who directed me to use a letter of complaint. After 20 working days and a re-send at 10 working days no one has contacted me to rectify this situation. Still out of pocket for phones I don’t have and a bad experience with staff that are rude when you call and dismissive. I spoke to Marie from head office and her customer service was absolutely appalling. They don’t look after customers and will take the matter to VCAT if need be as advised by consumer affairs.

    Only been here a few times, customer service is awful. Very undertrained and minimal staff who will do anything to avoid serving customers and when they finally do, they give incorrect information. I’ve been waiting in line for ages multiple times, and staff members have just walked away from the registers. Each time I’ve been here I’ve had to go to another officeworks.

    What can I say.... Mandy we love you so much, you truly saved my boys 14th birthday. You served me so well and fixed all the issues caused by the fern tree gully store. A box of chocolates is on the way! Go Mandy and management she definitely deserves a pay rise! Proper old school retail service. Love you Mandy!

    Came to scan a set of documents yesterday evening @ 7 pm First staff could not get the paperwork scanned as a whole She had to ask another staff He was able to get it done There were 83 pages Paid 30 odd dollars Requested to email This was done twice Unsuccessful,not their fault. Was told by the staff to buy a USB drive, duly complied. Brought again to the counter. Told to pay first. We gave the drive and paid as directed. She asked us to open it ourselves. Do you realise that some of the packaging can be very tough and difficult to open especially when you are feeling flustered and have no sharp nails or a key ? Then she asked us to put it into the slot ourselves. Complied again. Finally saved and finished. She then asked us to take it out ourselves. The whole experience took 45 minutes. Zero empathy from the girl. The staff were not overworked. There were only 2 other customers at the computer,print desk. The premise itself had very few customers. I do not see any reason for such a poor service and a poorer attitude, the worst I have seen so far in any Officeworks premise till date. Please train that staff to show at least a modicum of kindness, a social smile or two maybe, She is indeed a very good cold professional
