So i bought a fridge and was delivered as scheduled. However, it arrived with scratches and turn out not in a working condition. So i called them and have it replaced, which they did. But the replacement has a visible dent in the front door and told me that if i accept it they will give me 30 dollars credit. I said no and they will give me a new one once a new stock arrive. Now i have to wait and unload/reload the fridge once it arrive. I feel less valued and hassled by how they handled the appliance and service. But overall, they were helpful.

Bought 2 refrigerators at a good price. Fantastic attentive staff, not pushy or over the top. Would highly recommend this company and will use again

After some sub par service and negotiations at a local direct competitor, Janet was a breath of fresh air. Knowledgable, not at all pushy, and nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciate the time she took to make sure we were not only getting the best deal, but also the best product to suit our needs.

Bought a Hisense Washing Machine from Betta- the Staff were just great; so friendly and very helpful. Janet was very knowledgeable. Kyle delivered the machine the next day. So very happy with the whole experience with Betta Echuca. I will alway buy from here and told all my friends/work colleagues; they’ll buy from here also.
