Don't judge a book by it cover! The entrance is around the side, with ample parking. Not everything that is online is on show but the staff do the best they can by showing you what the timber is like. Very helpful and the prices are so cheap! *Edit* super easy to put together after an easy delivery. More importantly our dog @tokenofl0ve thinks it's super comfy!

We have bought beds and mattresses in the last six months and last week upgraded 2 more mattresses. Fantastic people to deal with and excellent prices. Many other furniture stores have similar beds but much more expensive. Tom the salesman is very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the mattresses. Will definitely recommend.

I bought the Colorado bed frame and side tables. Great quality and looks fantastic. The service was excellent, delivered and set up the day after purchase which was awesome. They also had to drive a fair distance as I'm not in Brisbane I'm down the bottom of the coast near the border and I was still charged the flat rate delivery charge which was excellent. I paid extra to have it all set up and the rubbish removed which made things so simple for me. It was swift, well done and they were really friendly and had a great sense of humour even knowing they would get stuck in traffic on the way back. I would not hesitate to buy another bedroom set off them as it's awesome quality and awesome service......

Just got my brand new bedroom suite! I'm so excited because Luke and Tom carried everything carefully up the stairs and then ASSEMBLED it all! They were very efficient, polite, friendly and most of all professional. They then removed all the rubbish after! Cameron was excellent and very patient with my questions over the phone. Totally recommend this bedroom furniture store.

We purchased a bed, mattress, tall boy and bedside tables yesterday afternoon and it arrived today!!! The gentleman in the store was very friendly and helpful when we were browsing and made the whole process very easy. They were also very polite and friendly on delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered our recliner lounge with Sleepy Beds and Furniture and their customer service was fantastic! They were quick to respond and assist with ordering our lounge in, which was not expected to arrive until late in the next month, however arrived to their shop sooner than expected and delivery arranged for the same week. The delivery guys were very friendly and arrived within the specified time (which doesn't happen with a lot of delivery companies) and more than happy to assist with placing the packages inside for us. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a new lounge!

So far so good! The customer service by both the in-store sales consultant and the fellas who delivered the bed has been exceptional. All were really nice, easy to talk with and happy to help. The boys who dropped the bed off had a mammoth task of lugging the bed up our front stairs and they did it without grumbling and popped the bed just inside the door for me. The bed was comfy in store, so hopefully it’s just as comfy here at home as the price was pretty competitive. Nice to finally replace my 20 year old mattress and hoping the Morton mattress is the one! Thanks team!

Certainly felt no pressure while deciding which unit I liked. Delivery was next day and a very reasonable charge and on time

Walked in Sunday to purchase a new bed and mattress, ordered online after making a decision on what style we liked the most. The next day, received a call for delivery that afternoon. The customer service was outstanding and prompt. Amazing store, amazing staff! We highly recommend Sleepy Beds and Furniture. Tom was very helpful when we visited the store, and he and Cameron were the absolute BEST when they delivered our furniture. Our house is not the easiest to get things into and they did a great job. The cost for delivery is also an absolute steal compared to most places. 100% pleased with quality, price, service. All around great experience. I really cannot say enough good things about these guys.
