Absolutely awful experience. Very disappointed with their customer service. The reception rushed me into signing their admin forms, I had to remind her several times that I am still filling out the medical section and areas I need work but it seemed that they were only focussed on getting the paper work done and the payment. The actual massage- Excessive pressure was placed directly on my spine and shoulder blades - Areas that pressure should not be applied as a general rule. Still in pain after 2 days. Asked for a remedial massage but not sure if the masseuse was trained in remedial massage. Specifically indicated on the consultation form the areas that needed work - it was ignored by the staff. When I pointed out that the reason I was there is because I needed relieve in certain areas which they didn't comply. On top of that they then charged me extra for working on the areas that I initially asked for and they ignored in the first place... totally insane! Grossly disappointed.

Most disgusting disgraceful place I’ve ever been. Tried to massage me using rubber gloves, had no idea how to massage, then proceeded to burp loudly and not even pardon herself. Absolute pig. Don’t ever go here

This massage parlour was once my go to but service have dropped since COVID. today may be my last booking as I had made scheduled massage for two people. Confirmed number of people, time and item on the phone. 10 minutes before schedule, the receptionist called to say they can now only offer massage for one. I explained we have driven 20 minutes already and are only two minutes from location, they offered a lousy apology and no other solution or customer appeasement.

I had an amazing experience at this massage parlor! The ambiance was fantastic, and Jenny was incredibly professional. The massage was so relaxing, and to top it off, they even offered a delicious bowl of Eight Treasures Porridge and a healthy herbal tea at the end. Definitely a five-star experience!

Very bad experience I booked deep tissue massage and they gave me aroma relaxing massage I complained massage girl twice during massage because it was very low pressure massage i was not enjoying at all and i expected different massage because i already been there before for deep tissue massage with different girl but she cant understand english so she Called aahur who is working that time at reception firstly when massage girl called him and i asked him which massage she is doing he told me it's aroma massage i said i booked deep tissue then he checked again and confirm me yes you booked deep tissue massage I said but it's very light massage no pressure at all its not look like deep tissue then he told me she is doing deep tissue massage in her own way When I told him don't try to make me fool I know what is deep tissue massage and I came here before as well for it,that time I really enjoyed that's why I come back here and booked same massage again he asked me do you remember date of your last appointment and who give you massage on that day and ask so many questions about last appointment because he could not able to find me in his system I also don't remember exact date because I paid cash on that day and I forgot name of that lady who did my massage because that was my first visit I explained him very gently look who Is doing massage is not important what massage I asked that one is important and you gave me wrong massage but he is not accepting He already wasted my half an hour then I was angry I called my husband I find out my exact last appointment then he finally search me in his system After finding me in system he told me last time you did massage with coca so you can right down your name and next time book with her I said give your manager or owner number I need to talk with him he said I am not allowed to give his number I said men give me refund or give one free massage because that's not my fault I inform you in between as well but you didn't bother and he said I need to ask my boss then he text him I again wait another 15 mins because he is waiting for his boss replay then he told me that he is busy not replying me so now I can't able to do anything for you if you wanna do complain then go ahead he will call you tomorrow After giving me wrong massage he wasted my another 45 mins i was so disappointed told him i will not come back again but he was not feeling sorry at all I will goanna definitely complain against receptionist for doing this fraud with me Not recommended at all

I should read the comments before my appointment yesterday.... I remember this place was nicer few years back, that's why i book 1 hr message for two people. Very regretful, yesterday visit was awful. Reception was rude, she ask us to fill out a form and hurry us to pay... masseuse only used elbows, and my back and shoulder got worse than before the visit... now my whole body is in pain.... never go back again.

I love here actually but it was terrible experience today with sha sha who was massaged for me. She never used hands and only used elbows and it felt so painful and didn't get better. She just used her hands when I asked less power also it was almost finished the time. I wasted money and the time.

First time here with my 2 others friends Our massagers they both have lot experience and know what’s the point should push , tea are good and they provide dessert as well Can’t understand why the scores only 4.1 They deserve high and more people know

A business with NO Credits. Purchased their 10 vouchers a few months ago with assurance from the receptionist that if I were to lose the physical vouchers their electronic vouchers could be used. Came in today and checked with a new receptionist was told I still had 6 left yet I could not use them until I found the physical vouchers. Receptionist checked multiple times with the owner on the phone and was told to tell me to just find the vouchers. Never returning again as being lied to.

Five stars for the consistently friendly and beautiful staff, clean environment, and relaxing ambience. Celine is my favourite masseuse ever. She is kind, skilled and never fails to relieve all my knots and pains. Thank you~

Lovely establishment! Had recently hurt my back at work and tried this place out. Had a lovely lady named Miki, very professional and knows what's she's doing. Could pin point the exact pain location just by pressing a few spots! Definitely recommend her deep tissue massage!

I will not come again. I came to this store through a friend’s recommendation. I still haven’t relaxed after my body massage yesterday. The masseur’s nails kept sliding up and down my shoulders and neck, causing my skin to break out. Never trust them. This massage parlor should not continue to lie!

Always a great massage experience here. The atmosphere is very relaxing with spacious rooms and quite music unlike the shopping centre ones. You come out reinvigorated with a new body!

Anne is a perfect massage therapist. Her massage was the best! I like the shop because the shop is tidy and the staffs are very nice and kind!

I was feeling so tired and tense so I ordered the head, shoulders and feet reflexology treatment for an hour. My masseuse was Linda and she was excellent! She was professional, polite, and just lovely. She spoke Mandarin and I didn't, but that didn't matter much because she left me feeling so much better and relaxed when my hour was up. Would recommend coming to spoil yourself.

I have chronic neck and back pain due to work so I tend to get massages rather frequently, and this place does the best! Anne is the amazing but everyone I had here so far are all so good.

Absolutely fantastic massage. Linda knew exactly where to apply pressure! She was also able to assess my preferred pressure level quite quickly. Definitely coming back!

Beautiful setup. Feels tropical and relaxing. However, I had to strip down and change into the shorts they provided. They where extremely uncomfortable. Massage was okay.

Amazing spa, worth every penny. Great location, massive place and very well maintained. They can accommodate a lot of people and still are booked out most of the time so that explains a lot about the place. They suggested the right option for me and it was all professionally done. Very happy and will go back for sure.

It’s actually 2.5 stars. Been there couple times and it wasn’t a good experience when I went there this week. The massage therapist can do deep pressure massage but is not skillful. Only use elbow on me because she thought my muscle was very tight and it was very painful. And my whole body still so sore and tight after the massage, it didn’t help at all. Wasting the money.

Usually, my go to massage place. However, recently had a very bad experience with masseuse Ella. Time would usually past so quickly when getting a massage here but this time round I was counting down the minutes. Tried to express to her that it was extremely uncomfortable, but nothing changed except moving on to a different body part. It was a shoulders, neck and head massage with her and no part of the massage was enjoyable. I respect each masseuse has their own style, unfortunately I did not enjoy her massage style one bit and the session felt like a complete waste of money. I will still return as I’ve had good experiences previously but will be requesting someone else.

I came here many times for so many yrs but today experience wasn't good. The therapist is not trained at all and she keep pushing my spine using her elbow the entire massage for one hour! That's not deep tissue and it's just wrong! I'm sure she is not trained and has no experience. Plus she was rude towards the reception girl as well. Receptionist is nice but their massage therapist is not qualified and not worth the money spent. I won't come back.

Dependent on the masseurs but average is good. All masseurs I had are experienced but sometimes I can feel they are tired so they didn’t do as good as usual. Can’t find any other massage shops better than here so far

I love going to Royal Bali Spa for remedial massage. They are good at relaxing muscles. I feel great after every session.

The worst place for a massage. The “therapist” did not speak a word of English and had the worst technique ever. After trying to communicate to her multiple times to focus where the pain was I gave up and asked for someone who could speak English. Since no one else was available I asked for a refund for the unused 30 mins which was denied as well and no other therapist was offered. Worst experience. Will certainly stay away from this wanna be massage place
