Very friendly and understanding. Dr McKeon did an excellent job explaining everything and walked me through the whole process, which definitely put me at ease. General check-up is thorough, and they take the time to consider your concerns and needs. Dental Studio itself is well-maintained and more inviting than some other practices which can feel quite cold and clinical. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist.

the bite dental team is super professional and helpful with an impressive level of attention to detail. they prioritise customer experience (they are so good about my gum sensitivity and go above and beyond to make me comfortable). proactive health professionals is an understatement. I have been a client for a number of years since they were a smaller practice, and I can honestly say that they have not lost any heart with their expansion. fantastic team!

I had a terrific experience in this practice. Eliza from reception, promptly responded to my enquiry and questions and had secured the booking quickly. Dr Nick was so professional yet friendly. He was swift addressing my dental emergency. The ambiance of the whole practice was very inviting. It was overall a very positive experience. Just had my tooth cleaning today at Bite Dental Studios, and I can't help but share what a fantastic experience it was! The team there is not only super professional but also incredibly friendly and welcoming. My dental hygienist was thorough and took the time to give me some great tips for keeping my smile in top shape. The clinic itself is modern and clean, making the whole visit really pleasant. I was referred to Bite Dental for crowns for my 2 front teeth. I could not have dreamed of a higher quality of care (and result!) delivered by Simon and the team. Over the 12 months I was being seen by Simon, he coordinated my evolving treatment plan to tee and was my single point of contact - helping me navigate external referrals, appointments and jargon that made no sense to me. This in and of itself was priceless. He continually met my anxieties with both empathy and humour - and while I'm sure I asked many stupid questions, he never made me feel like it. I couldn't be happier with the end result and my smile!!! 11/10.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a dentist. I was super scared that my teeth were bad/would need all these big operations but Dr Mckeon & the team made me feel so welcomed and safe 🫶🏻 Cannot stress enough how pleasant of an experience this was!! I had really bad pain in my back teeth & the difference to how they feel now is amazing. Haven’t had my teeth checked in years because I had a bad experience last time I went. But have booked in for a clean/will be seeing them more often as it was such a professional service 🫶🏻

Dr Nick Mc Keon (& his assistant) were fantastic: friendly and professional. Nick provided comprehensive pre, peri & post Rx instructions. I hadn't sat in a dentist chair for this long, ever, but Dr Nick incorporated a couple of short breaks between treatments, which was great. The two girls @ reception were also super friendly & helpful. Most importantly, I didn't feel a thing, thanks to the local anaesthesia and I'm very happy with the results.
