I've had Brazilian food (excluding all you can eat BBQs) only a few times, and O Brasileiro is by far the best. That magic black bean goo, at least 5 different perfectly cooked meats, the farofa and rice, everything was cooked perfectly! All the waiters were friendly and cheerful and the restaurant was nice and simple. One of Brisbane's best, and I can't believe it's taken me this long to come here. I'll be back. Excellent value Brazilian food.

Absolutely one of the best Brazilian places in Australia. Highly recommended as a lunch/brunch option. The only knock against it is that is closes way too early and dinner is just not an option there.

Nice piece of Brazil in the centre of Brisbane. I would advise making a booking at lunch time as when I went there was a 30 minute wait for a table, so I opted for takeaway. Had the Brazilian PF and it was delicious. Just like you would find in a PF restaurant in any Brazilian town or city. Quality of the meat was great, and was cooked to perfection. The only suggestion I would have is to increase the portion of beans. It was a little small compared to the amount of rice and farofa.

Lovely restaurant. Great ambiance. The scallops on betel leaves and the bug toast were stand out dishes. The food was all beautifully presented and tasty. Service was great. They cater well for pescatarians, although can't do the tasting menu for one only which was disappointing. Quite noisy but good atmosphere

Service and ambiance were highlights. Food portions appropriate for the style of dining (we were a large group that ordered the 5-course banquet) but spaced a little to far apart from one another, as in the time in between each course could have been shorter as most of the courses were one/two piece type dishes. Taste-wise, be open minded as its fusion asian - I would not take my 'I can make this better at home auntie or mom' but save it for good night out for friends/special occasion.

It's not like we've ever had a bad experience at Libertine and we've been coming since you opened. It is always lovely but Wednesday night we attended our first theme night, A Night in Normandy. Having missed the Saigon night we were very keen. Not only were we afforded a beautiful meal, but it represented excellent value. The courses fitted well with each other, and the quality was amazing. More food than we could comfortably eat but we gave it a red hot go. Fantastic! Definitely looking forward to next time.

The team there really understand service. They are so friendly, and go out of their way to make sure you are enjoying yourself. Hey folks...Have you ever tried the Brazilian food? If no, I suggest to try. My experience at O Brasileiro restaurant was positive, the food is always well served, the attendants are friendly, kind and they explain all plates for non Brazilians, this makes the difference. There aren't many options on the menu, but you can find some traditional meals like feijoada and escondidinho. The indoors of restaurant isn't too big, so you should arrive earlier to get a table, from 11:30am. Don't forget to order the açaí juice, it's delicious and I promise you'll really love it. Let's talk about the price, I noticed that it isn't affordable to go there many following times. This is not good, because I miss a lot the Brazilian food and I can't afford it every time 😅 At the end, I recommend to you order "Beijinho", "Brigadeiro" or "Pudim". I'm not gonna to give spoiler about the taste, but I'm sure you'll go back there to eat again. One important thing to mention is you have to pay first to order and after that you have a seat and wait your meal. Somethings are adapted, because of the Australian culture, whereas at least the food wasn't australianized :D

As a Brazilian living in Sydney I would not expect to have the best Brazilian food I had in Australia in Brisbane. Two friends told me about this place, and using my time in Brisbane I had a Feijoada. The best I had in Australia. Very friendly staff and delicious food!

O Brasileiro has easily become our go-to Latino food joint. Their rump cap is well prepared, and tastes so good. Even their sauces provided are also imported from Brazil, so you can definitely say their food is truly authentic. We'll return for more yummy treats to our belly!

Freindly staff and generously portioned, well cooked food. If you are unsure what to try and want variety, the chef's board is a good choice. Once the meal was ready, staff helped explain how to eat it which was a nice touch. Steak was cooked to perfection and the hot sauce helped elevate the dish. Great experience and will come back to try more.

Very yummy food, fast service and friendly staff. The only think is that they don’t have table service. Although I booked a table a day before, I had to line up outside like everyone else to order the food before receiving our table.

First, and certainly not last, Brazilian food experience. I say experience as it was an adventure eating through the various different components of our meals! Super friendly service, and the flavours the meals themselves were packing were outstanding. Expect to pay mid $20s for some meals and over $30 if you get a drink. However, the portion and taste make up for it, and surprisingly light meals too! Will absolutely be back, little gem a bit tucked away, but worth the find!

We went motivated by the high ranking on google. However even though we called to book we were told that it’s not necessary cause it is easy to allocate a couple. Then we arrived but there were no tables for us and they ask you to wait in the lobby of the building, standing or if you are lucky seated in front of the lift. The food was ok but the experience wasn’t. Also when we could seat it was pretty crowded and I didn’t see measures for covid such as check in and distance between tables.

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and their staffs were kind. But a meal was a little salty for me.

Im sure all the dishes are delicious, but I just can't get enough of the Brazilian PF. Havent tried the coffee but pao de queijo and budim are really good too. And staff is really friendly. Don't know anyone who doesn't like this place. Never been here before, and got the picanha rump cap steak lunch. It was amazing. Good value too. Will come back again.

Tried for the first time today. Customer service was on point. I served by a lovely gentleman, and took the time out to refer me hot sauces and also check in on how the meal was. Great portions, I was super full by the end of it. Great vibes, you could hear the employees getting into the music which is always picks up the mood!

I literally go once a week to eat there everything is so yumm including the desserts.

Cousins are nice, the staff members are friendly and lively. It was around noon and a bit crowded but it didn’t take a long time to be served. I like this restaurant very much. Went for lunch and had the four cheese rump cap. Great comfort food and huge portions. Had to skip dinner. recommend

If you miss Brazilian home cooking, well don’t have to anymore. We moved here 1y ago and come here at least once week. Paul and team will take care of you. If you work in the CBD and are coffee aficionado well then you are off for a treat as well in the morning with a flat white and pão de queijo combo. Can’t beat it! Our favorite dish is four cheese!

Such an amazing restaurant. The food is gorgeous, the drinks are good and the atmosphere is lovely. I’ve sat inside and out and enjoyed both. The staff are knowledgeable and great. If I had any issues or wanted something extra they were only happy to help and did what they could even during these COVID times. Will visit again and again.

Was there on NYE and had a great time. The style of the place and the decor is well thought and polished, giving a very nice and sophisticated atmosphere. Food was excellent, a good fusion of french and vietnamese style. We very much appreciated the relaxed approach, it makes it easier to share plates and taste a lot of different stuff. Service was on par with the rest of the experience, polite and reliable. We'd definitely like to come back.

The restaurant whose cuisine combines French and Vietnamese influences. The food was excellent. There is a great covered terrace and a bar for those who just want a drink. Plates are relatively small as it is a gastro restaurant. It is great for sharing. The terasse is amazing. Highly recommend.

Absolutely divine. Their banquets are amazing, with so many different flavours on offer. The staff will ask if you have any food allergies or similar, and will do their best to accommodate you. The french-vietnamese fusion is fabulous, and it is sublimely finished with a delicious créme brulée for dessert.

From start to finish our visit was unforgettable. We went for a special anniversary and had our first ever 10 course degustation. Every dish was perfect, tasty and the portion sizes were substantial. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We will definitely be coming back.

Food was amazing but sadly they stuffed up our bill and it left a sour taste in what was a great experience.

Great service! The fried chicken entree was quite average. It didn’t have any Vietnamese influence whatsoever (although the name claimed so) with a not very exciting mayo based sauce on the side and the ‘tiger prawn croissant’ is a good idea but not the best execution, plus there were definitely not King prawns in it. Great Yellow curry! with real King Prawns and the dessert platter is the way to go. Will definitely be back to keep exploring the menu.

B for Brazil on our culinary trip around the world in Brisbane. The staff were very approachable, we're flexible with accommodating us, and helpful with explaining how best to eat what we ordered. The food was delicious, and the servings extremely generous. I couldn't finish my plate and I've a pretty big appetite. The acai smoothy was also delicious. The other note is that there were plenty of Brazilians there, and we've been recommended this place by a Brazilian we got talking to at a Brazilian pizza joint near our place.

We visited from Perth and had the best experience in a Brazilian restaurant! Food was amazing, we had the cheese rump steak and the feijão tropeiro!! Big shout out to the boys on the floor, running and serving. 2 young fellas served us in absolute great mood, made us feel very comfortable. Wish I knew their names to right down here!
