I was just at Betty's yesterday evening and although I had a very complicated and large order Leila handled it with the utmost professionalism. after informing me that they had unfortunately run out of lettuce (due to the shortage we are having in Australia currently) and instead of expressing the expected words of apology this particular employee went out of their way to go the closest lettuce farm and instead of just picking some lettuce and returning back to the store, Leila planted watered and harvested a whole lettuce just to ensure it was of the freshest quality. Then proceeded to hand it off to the kitchen for my order. For this I give 5 stars. Phenomenal work.

Betty's Burgers always delivers with good food and fun vibes but Thomas made the experience even better. Lovely lad with funky dance moves and great service. He really knows how to make customers feel welcome, special, and give a good laugh in between! Will be coming back!!

Forgot my dipping sauce twice now in take away order. Not coming back. Edit: 5/2/22 I contacted Betty's Burgers by email on 1/2/22 politely explaining why I left a 1 star review. I haven't heard back....

This is a great little spot to stop and eat right next to the river in a very popular area.

Fries and sauce were good. Ordered Bare Betty (Betty’s classic without bun) and I like the fact that there’s bunless option to satisfy my vegetable craving. But didn’t really enjoy it… the Angus beef patty was just too thin for my liking. It’s quite charred… overcooked beef patty. Its crispy because it’s grilled to a point it’s charred. I mean… just look at the colour of the patty… it’s almost black. Also, i thought there could be more sauce in the burger. Kinda disappointed that I couldn’t taste much of ‘Betty’s special sauce’

One if the chefs there insisted me to leave a review(joke) so I thought what the heck? These people are honestly the Biggest and best Burger joints in the country! So fresh and so good! And at a reasonable price too! Great service and friendly staff! I always either go back or get food delivered from them!

We visited at 2:00pm on a Saturday afternoon and were waited on by the awesome Selin. I had the Betty’s Double and my beautiful wife had a Crispy Chicken. We also had onion rings. The meal was incredible! The burgers were tasty and the buns wonderfully soft. The sauce is amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and the beverages were frosty. Stop making excuses and just go - you won’t regret it.

Abby was such a darling and sweetheart, she checked in on us at the appropriate halfway point and made sure we were enjoying our burgers and at the end cleaned our table. Great service my boyfriend said and what a darling.

Went here on Saturday night with the whole family, was served by such a bright and bubbly girl name phoebe. She really made my grandmas 80th the best night ever!!

The Noosa classic surf and crispy chicken burger are amazing!!! Highly recommend people to come here and enjoy the best burgers in Queensland! Staff members are nice and provided high quality service! They also have wonderful options for vegetarian and vegan! Definitely will come back to try other burgers.

My partner and I found this place by accident on holiday in Brisbane. Did not regret finding this place at all. Was served by Thomas, he was very welcoming and made the experience so relaxing. And easy. The service was fantastic, the food came quick, the prices very good and most importantly the food was fresh and very good. Can't go wrong with the classic Betty Burger. Will be looking for a Betty's Burgers back home in Melbourne.

I’ve tried one of the top 10 burgers in the USA, based in Napa, and this was better. We had the Double Burger, double patty, double cheese, bacon, pickles and ketchup. I like the fact there was no lettuce or tomato weighing it down or making it soggier, like a lot of burger joints tend to do. Fries were hot and salty, yum yum. I had a can of the Pirate lager, this was light and refreshing, the chocolate peanut butter milkshake was sweet and cold. Decor is casual with big open windows. Service was quick as you order at the till and food was delivered just as quickly. Would highly recommend.

Thomas provided great service and great hair. We were keen to ask him for hair tips, but we were too shy. All and all twas a great experience and can't wait to come back the next time we are in Brisvegas.

Great experience at Betty's Burgers, Howard Smith Wharves! We came on a busy Saturday night specifically to try the lobster roll special. Although there was only one left, it lived up to our hopes - absolutely delicious! The rest of our meal was also fantastic. Special thank you to Makayla, who looked after us with the friendliest, attentive service. Great service really makes a huge difference and we couldn't have asked for better.

Nice outlet with a good view of Story Bridge. Good selection of burgers and sides and drinks. The pricing is ok with quality food. Service is good with fast preparation of food. The fries and onion rings are very tasty, and the chicken burgers too! The place can get crowded during peak periods as seating spaces are limited. Overall a nice place to dine with friends and family.

Bun was cold, chicken tasted like nothing and almost threw up afterwards. My friend has a gluten intolerance and advised the cashier to tell the cook to take care about the intolerance, but his stomach went crazy afterwards, so there must have been tracks of gluten in his food.

Service - The young girl matise who served us was so lovely the other younger girl working with her was nice aswell :). Food - burger tasted great chips were crispy and sauce was yummy. awesome feed can’t go wrong Price - price was very reasonable actually especially for a city location I wouldn’t even expect these prices in my home suburb to be honest Atmosphere - was lively and bright and Betty’s burgers was branded everywhere which I liked. It really gave a great 90s burger place feel, pretty relaxed and fun overall. however there were a few flies in the general area but we were outside so I don’t see too much of a problem Awesome restaurant can’t go wrong thanks for a great birthday celebration with my wife.

Went here on Thursday night with a friend, got our food fast and it was tasty, My friend was brought to tears after she finished her burger because it was the only thing she’s eaten all day since she’s been struggling with uni. Ps. She needs emotional support since she’s failed one of her classes and it’s looking like she will need to go to summer school

I had the best service I have had in a while, I think her name was mattisse she was super friendly and polite, offered exceptional service and had a good knowledge of the menu helping to make my decision on what to try for my first time at Betty’s. The food was freshly cooked and was worth the money.

Betty’s burgers continues to be the burger around, their gluten free buns are also the best I have experienced. Service was prompt and delivered with a big smile from our server Hayley. Would definitely return.

Love the classics, also quite comfortable and safe whilst all this city progresses. No emoji for it lol Positive feedback, a little heavy in the plastic plants. I understand they don't need watering though. Are they drilled in safe as no to drop. In reference to the ornamental I do feel that was an. Maybe some beach boys imagery consensual etc. Will be back for another though. Tasty sauce, classic.

This is the first time we’ve tried Betty’s Burgers and omg - exceptional. You’ve ruined us for every other burger. What made our experience even better was the brilliant - never see it nowadays - service from Tom, Max and the lovely girl who served me. It’s has been decades since I have seen staff so attentive and focussed on delivering great customer service. We dined at the Howard Smith Wharves restaurant on 8 Oct 2022 at 18:30-19:00. The staff deserve a bonus. Thank you

The young girl at the counter needs some serious training on customer service. No smile and hardly made any eye contact. Felt like she didn’t take an allergy seriously as I had to ask her to actually write that I had an allergy after mentioning it twice. I took some of the ingredients off the burger and just asked to swap the sauce to just a regular bbq sauce due to the allergy, and was then charged extra for it. I’ve never had this before at any other Betty’s and it’s quite disappointing to see it’s just another money grab. Surely if I’m swapping a sauce to a less expensive sauce, plus removing some of the ingredients I shouldn’t be charged more. The supervisor was friendly though.

Average experience!! Although the burger was delicious they have definitely gotten smaller. Both of our burgers were put together with no effort with half the burger patty outside of the bun and looked like the ingredients had just been slapped on. For this I would give it only 3/5 but the burger still tasted really good, so 4/5. 😊

A delightful experience at Betty’s burgers last night. Was greeted and served by the wonderful Aaliyah who ensured we knew how to order and that we were happy with our food (hint- we were). Just turned away 40 min before closing because they are apparently closing soon - only have takeaway and also no desert at this time. Very poor customer service that they refused & can’t give me and my mother ice cream on her last night in Australia. I asked if that policy was written any where - she said no that’s what we do here “there’s a gelato store next door”. Of course I can see that but I wanted my mom to taste the Betty’s desert. I won’t be bringing anyone here. It’s a shame that at a major tourist area this is how potential customers are treated.

Spectacular atmosphere, Audrey had flawless customer service and was extremely helpful never seen someone so young yet so experienced. The truffle delux was absolutely mouth watering and is very tasty. 10/10 would recommend and would love to see more of Audrey!!!

Really nice place, service was a little slow but it was a public holiday so fair enough. Food was ready quickly and was great value for money, really enjoyed it. Sides were good quality too, probably the best onion rings I've had.

Had the deluxe burger, fries and onion rings with garlic mayo sauce, and choc peanut butter thick shake. Everything was spot on and tasty. The staff at Howard Wharves are upbeat. Shout out to the manager Jake, he checked on our table to make sure everything was good with our meal. This store is the best Ive been to, will be a regular for me.

If you go on a Saturday night be prepared to wait at least half an hour. Good location. The burger wasn't bad, except for the burnt bread. Low quality french fries.

With all the great reviews, I had to try Betty’s. I was greeted right away upon entering and asked if I needed any questions answered. I ordered the Betty’s Double with onion rings and a cider. The onion rings were light and crisp and delicious. The burger was, like another reviewer said, a lot like “Steak and Shake”. I wasn’t a fan of the tomato ketchup used but I think that’s because I’m an American, LOL. The cider was ok, so I suggest leaving the adult beverage to the brewery next door. The service and the food was very good. Sitting in the open air was nice too. The reason for 4 stars is the price. It might be because of the location but I thought it was overpriced. The place was packed so it may just be me. I enjoyed the whole experience anyway and would recommend Betty’s.

Massive wait times even when there is nobody around. Expect to wait 30+ mins for even the simplest orders. No warning and no apologies.

Vegan Burger! Out of this world. I'm not even a vegan, but wanted something without meat. This hit the spot. Also service was spot on, normally you get a buzzer and collect the food yourself, but because I was having a solo dinner, William offered to get my meal for me. What a legend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Betty's burgers have the best burgers in Australia! My husband and I got the classic with a mushroom patty some skinny chips, onion rings and special sauce and it was to die for. Also the doughnut nutella concrete was incredible! And thank you so much to William who looked after us and truly went above and beyond! It made the whole experience even better. ‘Twas a tasty burger

Had a great lunch here. Sat down for meal here and the place was clean, staff were friendly and our meals came out quick. Have to say, was one of the tastiest burgers I have had, highly recommend the Betty's Double. Cant wait to eat here again. Also extra points for allowing us to park our electric scooters inside and secure out the way.

Small thing, but the chicken only covered half the burger so half the burger was just bun so would have gotten an extra star if the whole burger was a chicken burger. Had the shroom burger, it was one of the best burgers I have had, yummm. Ohh the thick chips are the bomb. We then moved on to the Concrete's. Wasn't really sure what to expect but wow it's was sooo good. Great service and staff, will definatly be back.

Recommended by a friend and this place did not disappoint! The portion sizes are perfect, being an American restaurant you would expect massive burgers and huge drinks, but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and lovely staff, and the food was a really good combination of flavours. Their skinny chips and garlic aoili are so good, and the lemon cheesecake concrete is delicious! Can also highly recommend the classic burger with a runny egg and beetroot 🙂🙂 Reasonably priced as well and didn't leave feeling like we had over eaten
