I
purchased
a
Samsung
TV
from
the
store
on
Friday
(17
June)
requesting
delivery
on
Sunday
as
we
wouldn’t
be
at
home
on
Saturday.
While
the
sales
process
was
fine
the
trouble
started
that
very
night.
I
received
a
text
that
the
delivery
will
happen
on
Saturday
(when
I
didn’t
want).
Had
to
call
store
on
Saturday
morning
to
reschedule.
Not
clear
how
it
was
booked
for
Saturday.
My
call
was
transferred
to
a
Delivery
Team
member
who
said
the
driver
is
having
the
TV
on
his
truck
but
is
rostered
off
on
Sunday,
so
the
delivery
was
rescheduled
to
Monday.
I
sat
at
home
on
Monday
specifically
waiting
for
the
delivery
between
10-12noon.
The
delivery
window
passed
&
no
news
when
I
called
the
store.
They
had
no
clue
what
was
going
on
&
said
someone
from
Delivery
Team
will
call
me
soon.
Someone
called
after
many
hours
&
said
the
driver
was
rostered
off
on
Monday
too
(which
nobody
knew
it
seems)
&
rescheduled
it
for
Tuesday
delivery
with
the
assurance
that
my
delivery
is
prioritized
for
delivery
first
thing
in
the
morning.
Since
there
was
no
further
news
till
11am
today
I
called
the
store
again
when
I
was
told
it
will
definitely
be
delivered
before
12noon.
That
passed
&
I
called
up
store
asking
to
speak
to
Store
Manager
to
lodge
a
complaint
giving
my
docket
details
etc.
I
was
told
he
is
busy
&
will
call
me
back.
Never
heard
from
the
Manager.
I
ended
up
calling
ANC
(courier)
using
the
incoming
call
number
from
yesterday.
Had
to
be
on
hold
over
10mins
while
the
person
was
checking
&
the
call
got
disconnected.
I
called
again
&
was
told
that
the
driver
is
definitely
delivering.
Finally
at
around
1pm
the
delivery
was
made
with
the
driver
obviously
blaming
others
for
the
delay.
The
store
wasn’t
at
all
helpful
in
this
whole
matter.
Felt
like
they
are
interested
only
in
the
sale
&
nothing
else.
Felt
totally
let
down
by
the
store.
