Id just like to share my rather awful experience at Hungry Jack’s Forrestfield last night. Declan (the manager on shift) I believe his name was. I wouldn’t expect this from crew let alone a manager. I ordered 4 burgers with heavy mayo and a couple of ice creams. I asked for all of it to be fresh which shouldn’t be a problem as I didn’t mind waiting for it. Before I could even finish ordering I was told to drive forward, I tried saying something but he had already taken the other lane. When I got to the window where ( Declan) served me I said, “hey sorry I wasn’t finished ordering” He rolled is eyed and said ‘whatever, what do you want then’. Made the biggest deal out of nothing. I was told to park then to only get my burgers with barely any mayo, if I’ve paid extra I expect what I’ve paid for as does everyone. I brought the food back and asked the kind girl at the front if they could put more mayo on for me. Got the burgers back and the amount of mayo was just ridiculous, we couldn’t eat them. Just because someone is asking for something they originally paid for does not mean they had to be silly about it and quite literally ruin the burgers. I believe this store needs to invest in some crew coach’s to train the staff more so they know how many grams of sauce is on a burger. I’m disgusted by Declan’s unprofessionalism, I use to work in fast food so I understand the pressure but please in future do not talk to your customers like that especially when they are being polite. @Area Manager @District Manager please do something about this man he should not be in charge of underage children.

Everytime I come to this Hungry Jack's my burger order is never correct after repeating the order so many times, and very clearly. The order comes up on the screen and I always check to make sure. How hard is it to read the order and make it. It's been not just once, but around 4 - 5 times this happened, it's not once correct. Another thing that is frustrating I always get a whopper with "cheese" and never it comes with the cheese. Why offer it on the menu, if you're not gonna put the cheese in it. Very annoyed and frustrating!

i spend nearly $20 bucks on a double whopper meal and was the worse food iv ever been served. Chips were cold as f--k. and i bet dog food woulda been more appealing then the burger i received. Terrible. absolutely terrible. i might aswell have had set fire to a 20 dollar bill cause that what if felt like. Disgusting food.

At any given time of the day will ask you to park for, and I quote "their times" you can be alone in the drive through and will still be asked to park. If every other store in Perth can have fast food readily available I'm unsure why they can't if they follow the same procedures and training. Staff are always rude and will reject use of paper vouchers as it "cost the company too much money" perhaps if the average age of their employee was older than the fries they serve they would have more success with customer service. Newly crowned worst store in Perth, there are plenty of individuals that offer great service at other stores so unsure why they struggle. The multitude of negative reviews obviously speak volumes. 3 stars at a fast food restaurant, one can only hope they don't fill other roles in the community otherwise we're in trouble 😫

I was sucked in by the boneless fried chicken adverts and posters showing nice and thick chicken breast. I purchased the 3 piece box for just over $9 and received 3 chicken tenders. Extremely unhappy.

wait time so long could see orders going back in because they were wrong finally got our food it was terrible was like it sat there all day

I ordered a ham, cheese and tomato toastie. There was no tomato in toastie and they may have well given me a normal sandwich. It was terrible. The chocolate shake seemed it had triple flavour in it as it was too strong. The kids and manager need to up there game and concentrate on quality not quantity!!!!!

on 17 sept 2023 at 6:15pm i was trying to show voucher on my phone the male person at the counter didnt accept that. He said we are not accepting online or pic vouchers. In monrning only i showes the voucher online and got food. why every hungry jacks have different policies. not a good experience.

We ware served by Ashia and this is absolutely the best customer service i have ever had in the last 10 years I have been there, thank you for your service.

There are some young staff that are just down right rude! Every single time there is some issue; missing items, not paying attention to detail, or just altogether the wrong item. Some staff have been lovely but sadly the majority require training on how to actually work.

Absolutely disgusting. There was human fecal matter all over the open female toilet. Staff advised they'd clean up later. We left before seeing anyone even look at the toilet. The chips were cold, and taste as if they've sat in the fryer all day being served at 4:30 in the afternoon.

waited 30 minutes for an order the staff had simply “forgotten about” the burgers are definitely not better at hungry jacks

The store suffers from bad Staff, I waited 20minutes for an egg to be cooked, and my order was incorrect again as it has been the last few times visiting the store, I’ve been coming in weekly for over a year now, I’ve decided to stop coming to this hungry Jacks from now on, I’ll see if the McDonald’s over the way is any better.

I come to this store every Tuesday and get the exact same thing every morning I pop in after a job and before the next, never had an issue, Went through the drive through for my usual but just added one extra item, not a big deal, but we were rushed through by a young man with curly blonde hair, I would drop his name but he wasn’t wearing a name tag, we got to the window to pay and he read out my order Big breakie wrap, in a regular meal with a coke, and I’ll ask for them to swap the hash brown in the meal out for some large fries, I’ll also order a coffee for my friend and today I also ordered a WHOPPER WITH CHEASE Like I said, he read out the order and it was on the screen, and that is exactly what I payed for. We were told to wait at the front parking spot for our food, and then a young woman came to bring out food for two cars at a time and gave us THE WRONG ORDER We got the coke, coffee and chips, but then only a breakfast burger, not a wrap, and that’s it. When we went to correct the situation both staff members in question just acted confused or like they had done nothing wrong, the young man who I would love to say some colourful words about, stated to me “I never put a wrap on your order, I can’t just give you a free wrap” He screwed up and made me pay extra for a burger that I didn’t want because by the time this all happened the breakfast menu was over, I was furious and didn’t realise until after what happened, they gave me the wrong items, and I had to pay extra for new food, I payed for the wrap but never got it and the screwed up the cheese burger too, I have been ripped off, don’t want money back, just get new staff.

Rude blonde girl with the plant tattoo on her arm at the drive through till kept muttering "nec window" while i was trying to order and the olive skinned girl with the big Mediterranean nose at the serving window basically dropped my order in my window and slammed her window shut. Food was dry and atrocious.

Food was fine, but had to wait 20 minutes in the parking bay and have my order checked twice before we received it. Not likely to return after a terrible experience.

Just spent $30 dollars for cold chips, cold whopper and a totally inedible chicken burger. The most disgusting Hungry Jacks meal ever. Have been loyal customers for many years but never again after this experience.
