    Absolutely Terrible!! We ordered the ground beef tacos and the meat was non existent in the tacos... if I wanted vegetarian tacos I would’ve ordered them. The filling was flavourless and cheap quality mince was used. Fries had no seasoning on them, even after we asked for extra chipotle seasoning. Really disappointing meal, will not be returning to this store again that is for sure!! Only thing that was right in the order were the drinks that’s because they weren’t prepared in store. This store really needs improvement in their quality of food and food presentation. 👎🏽

    Ive been to this store a few times since it opened. I'm not sure if anything has changed but the quality of the food has really gone downhill. I don't think ill bother again as each time seems to be getting worse. I can't see a future in this store if it continues the same path.

    Ordered 2 burritos, and when i got home, I only had 1. This is after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Then the burrito had no salsa and about 2 pieces of chicken. Visually, you could easily tell it was tiny compared to other times ive ordered the same thing. Very dissapointed, furious even.

    It would be silly calling this store fast food, it was quite literally the opposite. We waited 30 minutes. You would think after all that time, the food would at least be decent but it was not. The serving size was atrocious and I found pieces of hair in my food. Please do better

    This was our first visit and we had good expectations after always going to Zambrero's on a regular basis for a burrito. But we were sadly disappointed today as our burrito was mainly full of rice,some black beans& tomato and so bland in flavour. I will never buy another from them. Left there very so disappointed 😞

    When we arrived last night we were the only customers in the restaurant and no cars were in the drive through. We ordered our food while some of the employees were playing around. We ordered a burrito, some tacos and a salad. Finally after 30 mins our order was ready. Got home which is only a few minutes away. Opened up the food and it was horribly cold. The tacos were basically lettuce tacos. No care was taken in preparing the food. It's a shame because we love Mexican food. We will never go back!!! I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place. You are better going anywhere else. One star is an extreme over rating.

    If I could rate it a Zero then I would We ordered online just so we didn’t have to wait (we ordered to pick up at 5:52) and there was still a 20-25 minutes wait Also, all the food was cold and they stuffed up the extras

    $19.40 for a chicken burrito with jalapenos and coriander that's 12cm long. I may be easy to please but this won't even touch the sides!

    I don't know where to begin. I ordered a mini chicken burrito bowl with guacamole and a regular pulled pork bowl with sour cream and guac. They charged us for 2 regulars and then refunded it and charged it for 2 minis! They then gave us the food and on my way home i found that the mini was pork not chicken. They stuffed up our order 3 times. Never coming here again!!

    The delivery service experience was unsatisfactory due to a missing item in the order. Despite ordering Queso Fries, the delivery only contained the queso and lacked the fries. The missing item in the delivery order indeed resulted in a waste of money as the complete dish (Queso Fries) was not received despite being paid for. I attempted to contact the store regarding the issue. However, my repeated phone calls went unanswered.

    This store makes mistakes so frequently I should have stopped going a long time ago. It is my local store though so I have continued to frequent the venue. That ends today. I have been suffering from food poisoning since I ate lunch there today. I have been sweating, regurgitating, and have had diarrhoea ever since. The stomach cramps are awful. This is the only venue I ate at today. There's no other place it could have been. The staff obviously made an error in the handling of the ingredients and have caused me severe pain and anguish. I am unable to attend my weekly functions due to this. I will not be back.

    Going through the drivethrough the attendant didnt seem to know what slow cooked beef taco- spicy- was. Eventually the second window attendant said oh a spicy beef taco. Well not written that on the menu. Then gave incorrect change for $5.50 which i called back and she corrected with a profanity. Drove away- wrong order inside. Turned around and returned. Received the correct order. Left. Checked, there is an empty taco shell inside with some lettuce and nothing else. Returned a second time. The manager said sorry i will make it myself. She made a slow cooked beef taco, handed it to me and i left. Get home. Wrong sauce inside By this point i realise you would have to climb the counter and make the food yourself.

    I always have the spicy chicken burrito and have noticed it is never consistent with its texture or flavour. But this time I ordered it and it the packaging was terrible. I understand times can be busy and full on but come on.. I continue to support the business regardless of the fact the. Food I order is never the same.. presentation is key!

    My daughter and I frequently go to GYG for a healthy take away! We have had nothing but amazing service and great food. Never had any issues. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. Noticed the cleanliness and atmosphere for the store has increased in the recent months! Staff are always super friendly to my young daughter - engaging with her and asking her what she would like. Thank you for your amazing service!

    Got all 3 orders wrong! Plus, my online order was to be called out next, as advised by the employee. After waiting almost 30 mins, order still was not called out. Our order was 1053. After a long wait, I then heard 1063 being called out! I asked if order 1053 was ready, and the guy pulls it out of the warmer! So I stood there for almost 30 mins, wasting my time! On top of that, we paid extra for ingredients and all ingredients was missing! What a joke! I know this place is busy, but the extras are listed on the sticker attached to the food! How do you get 3 orders wrong and miss ingredients that we paid extra for! Extremely frustrating experience! Why not put a screen for customers to see when their order is ready? The employees dont call out all the ready orders! They just put them in the warmer!

    Order a bowl, pay the full price so why is the bowl looking so dissatisfying and cut off from normal portions … G y G need to get the staff with good attitude.. for reference I order from drive through.. the time is between 2 to 2:15 pm on 4 October my car number is 733 if the franchise owner wants to check CCTV for reference

    Food was ok but the 2 stars was for the lack of customer service and the guy at checkout who looks like he absolutely hated his job. Train your staff better please. Also bad drive through system that takes up to 30 minutes for an order.

    Both my partner and I come in here regularly. The food is great and the staff are always friendly. I remove mushrooms from my order due to allergies and they have never once gotten it wrong (only place I can say that about.) The staff have always been thourough about getting the food I order, even recognising issues before I finish when they are busy and pack an item in the wrong bag. Over all a great place with great service.

    I ordered online and when the food arrived there was an item missing amd everything was cold. When I went into the store to sort it they made me a fresh burrito. I started eating it within 2min of receiving it and it was cold also. All other items ordered was slapped together. I understand it was a busy Friday night but there should be a standard kept no matter how busy

    Had issues with our order. Didn’t get the name of the employee but looked Indian male. He helped and solved the problem and really saved our evening from turning sour. He is the reason I will continue to buy at your store. Such an amazing worker and turned a difficult situation into a delight.

    My local GYG is always pumping. They do brekky burritos from 7 am I occasionally partake in (like weekly) and I just had mini slow cooked mild spice beef nachos for free as they offer $10 credit per $150 spend via app. 10/10 would recommend.

    Ordered 3 pulled pork and one chicken nachos with no avacado and all with sour cream get to pick up window “sorry do you mind swapping one of the pork for another as we have run out of pork. Was happy to do this BUT then only received 3 meals They tried and offered to put through the fourth meal for free BUT we had to wait an extra 15 min. So 3 meals ended up cold by the time we received the fourth None of the meals had any sour cream and two had avocado this meant that two meals could not be eaten due to allergies Whilst Staff were friendly there were way too many errors and the food was terrible dry and burnt and for us a total waste of money - ended up throwing the food and going purchasing dinner elsewhere They also do not answer their phones so there is no way for a customer to have issue resolved

    GYG is my number one favourite fast food place and I usually go to Carousel as it's closest to me. But I have been regularly disappointed with the cleanliness, service and food quality there recently so decided to check out the Haynes branch. At Haynes GYG I got A1 service and quality of food for me today was wonderful - I've never experienced my spicy nacho fries being served hot and fresh enough that the cheese had that lovely gooey meltiness. And it came with pickled jalapenos which is regularly forgotten at the other store, so my food was nice and spicy which was a treat. Looking forward to returning

    I ordered two large meals and they put stuff like a mini meal. Totally unsatisfied and didn’t put the things that I asked for. They should listen properly and then make it accordingly. I recommend not to go there. I will never go there again.

    We went here as we have never tried Guzmen y Gomez. The food was amazing (sorry, no photos). We ordered Nachos and Enchiladas. We did have to wait about 20 mins to be served, but that was understandable as it was busy. Customer service was great, and he apologised for the wait. A woman was screaming at someone outside of the Gomez and startled us a bit.

    Ordered online for breakfast burrito about 15 minutes before arriving , and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order! The girl says they have to wait for chorizo, but wait for 15 minutes ~seriously??? My extra order hashbrown are soggy and cold ... Is not the first time order online, then have to wait more than 10 minutes to get my order,what's the point for order online pick up?waste my time! very disappointing ~

    Where do you begin to start writing a review with this particular venue, from the team who flop around or to on almost every occasion don’t have a particular product available, Which hay that’s fine because we all run out of things sooner or later. For the second time in a fortnight, no rice. “ so for your burrito we can put chips for you “ thought to myself yea, you know what let’s do that. Much to my dispise the team member in a groaning, Moaping and angrily voice says it’s and extra $2.10. So a burrito, chips and a drink was $24. I don’t think so. This store is an embarrassment to the brand. Not a single time an order has been correct for me and it seems so Many others. If it’s a franchise it needs a certain internal audit. Please don’t respond with your generic reply like all other reviews. I’m not emailing you to get further help. I have for most seen your assistance at the store and it’s below par.

    I have received raw chicken twice already when ordering a chicken burrito bowl, and the veggie bowl had hardly any filling and didn't come with sour cream which I added. Quality of food and care taken with order preparations is a lot lower here than other locations of GyG I've been to. Really disappointing, not to mention it being inexcusable to serve raw chicken. Won't be ordering here again.

    I have tried almost every GYG in WA , and to be very frank, the worst experience i ever had is with this branch! The workers don’t care and they are extremely slow! Only one lady who runs around trying to fix what the young lads lacking off ! Yet, this is not a showstopper as i was picking up dinner to go eat then rest , so no rush! The second part which is not acceptable, the chicken was almost raw ! And guess what , some pork bites were there too ! Really !!! I think this is the last time with this shop. Don’t mind driving to Cannington for a better quality

    Quick to get food but honestly for price to food i find gyg pricey for what it is. Better take away joints for a better price. Always find the burritos over filled with rice and beans rather then meat. Look it's something I would buy again but I don't make it often considering for the same price per person I can have a sit down meal at other venues locally.

    Food was lacking flavour, it was cold. I bought 2x large chips in my order, both were half filled. didn't get my churros I ordered. also their scanner wasn't working to scan for my gyg points. I love gyg but Haynes did not deliver. The girl who took my order at drive through was nice and sweet but the manager had no customer service when she told me the scanner wasn't working.

    Horrible slow service. Takes 15min just to order, badly understaffed. Got my order wrong and the manager wasn't happy to give any refund for double charging me. No customer service here. $20 for a handful of fries, some chicken and guac. Overpriced. Go somewhere else for lunch.

    Haynes GyG is the Worst GyG ever. The quantity in burrito bowl was barely enough to cover the bottom of the takeaway containers they used. 4 adults ordered 4 different burrito bowls tonight and the same quantity issue in all 4 of them. I swapped white rice with brown rice, and brown rice was half cooked and very chewy. If you are charging for 1 full meal, you should give quantity equivalent to 1 full meal. There is no point getting taken away, and then having to cook as family is still hungry. We regularly get GyG from Cockburn and never have any problems. But I won't recommend Haynes GyG to anyone

    5 stars only for the lady working at her best potential purchase made at 7:48 pm today but meanwhile there was this guy with shift leader shirt on sipping on his drink walking around with a tab in his hand god knows whatever he was doing I don't think was the best time to do it whole the whole team is struggling and it's pumped busy . Definitely not happy with the service all in all but kudos to the lady putting in her best efforts

    Food is good. but the drive thru service level of this branch at night is terrible. At least 30-40 minute wait time even at 8pm above. and sometimes, despite the long wait time, they get your order wrong like forgetting to put sour cream when you asked and paid for it. Imho best time to drop by is before Lunch and Dinner time if you dont have time to burn Maybe u should hire more staff instead of letting customers wait for a ridiculous amount of time. ** you have CCTV cameras, check your nightly drive thru service. Count the wait times. It is sef evident. Get up and do the investigative leg work. Visit your branch. From the looks of it nothing is being done.

    Ordered the chicken salad which I have enjoyed many times. Tonight’s salad looked like it was the last of the leftovers thrown in a box. Barely any lettuce, cucumber or carrot excessive amounts of tomato! The lettuce and cucumber were wilted and definitely not fresh. Chips the cup was only half filled! Very disappointed!

    Burritos are loaded up with cheap gluggy rice and beans, not much else. I've returned one as so much rice n beans no salsa or barely any filling. They didn't care. Should have returned more as tonight got another terrible one. As its local tried to support, but another really poor product again tonight. Save your money and tastebuds and go to Zambrero - they have AMAZING burritos. Every single time.

    Went thru drive through tonight at about 9:20ish and waited 20 minutes in the waiting bay. Finally my food came out and I was greeted with "here" as she walked away. Got home and opened the bag to the most disappointing burrito bowl I've ever received, everything was just throw together. Paid for extra chicken and received less than a standard serving. Tried to call the store to express my disappointment but they wouldn't even pick up the phone.

    I went to the drive through at 7.05 but was blocked by a guy cleaning the bitumen. Why is he doing it when the restaurant is supposed to be open? Really annoying as I had to leave without getting anything for work.

    I would just like to share about how amazing GYG team are in Haynes! I have been coming to this store ever since its opening!     A honest but fair review. Asked for two pulled pork burritos and was given chicken for both instead... The wrapper label was even labeled pull pork. Absolute joke can't even get the simple things right and food is over priced. Will not be coming back

    Been to this place a few times now, staff are friendly and the food is good.. Only downside is the HIGH price I have to pay. Even though the food is nice its not worth the high price you have to pay for it. For example the combo deal.. The whole point if a combo deal is to get say the chips of drink cheaper not charge the same high price as if you were to buy separate.. So now everytime i buy my borito from there now i dont worry bout getting the combo, i buy the borito by itself and go to the Shell servo next door to get myself a $1 Pepsi can.. Works out way cheaper..

    I ordered a Nachos. The chips were really stale probably as they are stored out in the open air as far as I could see. Having been to a G n G before I already knew to order Double meat as the normal amount of meat always leaves you with just chips and nothing to put on them. Not a good way to do business in my opinion. I'll be sticking to Zambreros in the future. 👍

    Stingy amount of food, missing extras and not as fresh. Been to better Guzman Gomez, this place is appalling. Zambrero is better because they fill food to the top, you don't have to pay vegetables as an extra and most of the time it's fresh. The only reason I bought food from this company is because it's closer but honestly food is not worth it.

    Ordered for pickup at 7:40pm, after arriving at 7:40pm was told it was only a 5 minute wait. Didn't receive our order until 8pm in which an item was missing. After receiving that item, didn't leave until 8:10pm and food was completely cold. What was the most disappointing about the whole situation was seeing the 2 girls standing at the back laughing and watching the rest of the crew try to get orders ready. Food would've been great if we had the chance to eat when it was actually ready, not after it had been sitting in the warmer for 20 minutes.

    Got given wrong order so we returned for our original order. Manager apologied but one of the staff was rude and had terrible customer service, on top of that our serving size was very small especially paying $14 for one meal. AND THERE WAS A HAIR IN OUR FOOD.     Have been coming to GYG haynes almost every week since it opened. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I am blown away by how quick their drive thru service is, as well as the high quality of food. This store is the reason why I am a GYG addict 🤣 The food is always top quality and the servings are very big, you definitely get what you pay for at GYG and I can't recommend them enough❤️❤️❤️
