Was very happy with the treatment I received yesterday (8/4/21). The treatment was explained clearly and sensitively as I’m very nervous going to the dentist. 2 much needed extractions done in less than 15 minutes and I didn’t feel anything. Extractions dealt with professionally and in a caring manner. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over 30 years through taking my own children. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good dental practice. Thank you for all your help yesterday.

My young son is autistic and has always struggled with loosing his baby teeth. His last loose baby tooth he held onto for over a year before we had to let the dentist remove it for him. The dentist and his assistant couldn't have been any more reassuring. They explained everything in a way he understood. Yes, there were some tears but the visit went so much better than we expected. A positive experience all round.

My daughter needed an emergency appointment and the receptionist made it so easy. Very friendly and professional. My daughter was really happy with the dentist. Said she put her at ease as she has a fear of dentists. Has to have her wisdom tooth taken out by a specialist but hopefully will get another emergency appointment to get the nerve taken out. She was asked did she want that on Friday but her nerves took over but she would bite someone's hand to do it now. Pardon the pun. Thinking of changing to these dentists if they are taking clients on. Well Done. You made what could have been fraught with tears ended up being ok.

Visited this dentist this morning. What a nightmare. When I phoned to make the appointment I requested a ground level appointment room, as I have a physical disability & stairs are a great problem. When I arrived the room I was directed to was down 1 very steep step both the dentist & the nurse were less than helpful, no support, apology, nothing, while I was there I heard another patient having a very heated argument due to a timing issue, felt very vulnerable. Needless to say I'm in agony now with my back & my arm that was pulled by forcing myself back up the step. I was told I need further non urgent treatment WHICH I HAVE REGISTERED AT ANOTHER DENTIST FOR. Not happy 😡😡

My dentist is exactly what it says MY Dentist, I use and my two sons the service is second to none, and the staff are amazing highly recommended 👌 🫶🫶🫶.

Advised on cleaning and flossing ect, also caring as disabled and in alot of pain took care not to recline dental chair too much due to spinal injuries, took their time, didn't rush me, appreciated that.

Hi from the moment you walk into my dentist, you are greeted by the lovely reception staff, I came too this dentist with very low self esteem I had a missing tooth . Dr.Anup Jose made me a bridge that looks amazing so natural ..my dentist gave me my smile back 🦷🦷

Been with my dentist never had any problems with the staff or the dentist always very helpful and polite.
