This place is wonderful! We came here trying to find a sandwich place and somewhere with plenty of parking. The owner was extremely friendly and helped us customize our order. The lobster roll is fabulous and we ordered a turkey and cheese sandwich which my partner said was also wonderful. They came with a pickle and a side. The chips and potato salad were our sides. We also tried the mustard Ice cream and it was a surprise and actually quite tasty! I recommend this place 100%

Yes Please! By far the best sandwiches in the Colorado Springs area. I can't say enough how much I like this place. The staff and the owners are awesome. The Pastrami Sandwich is worth a 30 minute drive alone. Make sure to head to the back patio for an amazing view of the mountains and there is some extra parking too.

First time for our family and we were very impressed... Colonel Mustard's definitely deserves the rating it has. We highly recommend it to anyone in the area and believe it's worth the short drive if you are not. We ordered a Sgt Pepper, Turkey Wrap, Garden Wrap, and a plain Ham & Cheese. Everything was very fresh and delicious, and we recieved it within mere minutes despite a very packed lunch rush dining area (with folks waiting on take out, too). Staff was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed while we were dining in. I don't think you can really go wrong, no matter what you order. Almost as equally impressive as the dining experience was the variety of options for purchase and to-go, including desserts, sides, and a wide variety of mustards. Several drink options as well, with a good-sized menu of local beer options. We also appreciated the loyalty card (buy 10 sandwiches, get 1 free). The decor was really cool... embracing both the "Clue" aspect and the love of mustard. Clearly a statement of fun times and their love for what they do. And lastly... yes, the mustard ice cream is good. There's no way it should be as good as it is... but it defied our expectations (both kids and adults alike). We can't wait to come back and try a bunch of the other sandwiches.

Cutest little restaurant/specialty mustard shop. The food was amazing, (got the Best Wurst and Doc Marten with homemade green chili soup🔥🔥🔥but even better was their customer service. Got to sample many different mustards, including mustard ice cream(trust me it’s amazing!) We will be going back, already planning on trying the lobster mac. Also worth mentioning they have more gluten-free options than anywhere I’ve been in the springs. Truly fantastic little local gem that everyone must try.

What a great sandwich shop! It's your typical sandwich fare selection. The food was delicious (I had the lobster roll). But what stood out to me was the customer service. Once my order was placed I was called by my first name, it was a nice personal touch that made me feel like a regular even though it was my first time there. All the staff were friendly and helpful and my only complaint was that we discovered it on our last day so we didn't make it back again.

Just AMAZING! The small mom & pop shop, amazing service, amazing food, the history you can learn in there, and the experience was amazing! This was the first place my family and I ate at while visiting Colorado. We met the wife and she gave us a small tour of the mustards. She has the best hospitality service. This is a MUST stop in Colorado Springs!

AMAZING. Hidden Gem. Not only was the food terrific but the service I witness was unmatched. They took their time to make every customer feel seen and heard. Explained the menu, offerings, and even came around with free samples of their mustard ice-cream which was surprisingly SO good. I also watched the staff bring out dog treats to customers that noticed they had dogs in the car, as well as hand crafted a giant "birthday sandwich" for a young boy that definitely made his day. GREAT place. Next time I'm in Denver I will be back.

Love the fresh Colorado sourced ingredients of Colonel Mustard's. Everyone was friendly and helpful, they brought around samples of their ice cream which was really good. Their back patio offers spectacular views of the front range with fun activities like Cornhole and Jenga and a ring toss game. I did find that value for what we got was a bit lacking. I ordered the turkey wrap which didn't have the bacon it was supposed to and overall I felt the portion of turkey needed that extra bacon to really feel I got what we paid for (it was a lot of lettuce vs meat). We got 2 sandwiches, 2 bottled cream sodas (from Durango and absolutely wonderful) and a large side of potato salad (also very tasty) and total with tip was somewhere around $50. While I do respect locally sourced ingredients and the quality meats (which is why we came to try it to begin with) the value didnt seem to match my experience. I did still rate a 5 star as I feel perhaps it was just an off day.

Working remotely from Colorado Springs and this spot is super close to my Airbnb. You sorta can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I recommend the Colonel Hero, Sgt. Pepper, London Broil, breakfast sandwich on croissant and the cookies! On the pricier side for a sandwich shop but somehow justified, it's delicious 😋

I wish they had more of these places! Visited here and if you love mustard and great sandwiches, this is must-eat. You can try a BUNCH of mustards which were DELICIOUS. The Nashville Hot and Peppercorn ones were bomb. Definitely try their mustard ice cream. Their potato salad was delicious as well. You will pleasantly surprised! If you sit outside in the back, you have a nice view of the mountains and the Garden of the Gods.

Yummy!!! We were looking for something local that we haven’t tried before and were feeling sandwiches. Colonel Mustard’s hit the spot! The employees were all friendly and helpful. Our sandwiches were so delicious too! The tables and floors were kept clean. As we were sitting and savoring, we were offered samples of mustard ice cream! It was sooooo good!!! That Sasquatch cookie was amazing too. So, I did see a 3% service charge on my receipt, just as a warning to others. I didn’t ask if they accept cash but if you use a card you’ll pay a fee. Also there’s not a soda machine, you pick out your beverage from the refrigerator or they have a water dispenser if you’d rather. I recommend giving them a go!

The food, atmosphere and service was nothing short of phenomenal. The owner, Karrie, took the time to come visit with us at our table and offer a free sample of the Mustard Ice Cream. I know, I get it…I was skeptical at first too. However, it was amazing. So good in fact that we took a chance, bought 2 pints, packed it on ice and hauled it 9 hrs (591 miles) home to share with our kids. I highly recommend the Ginger Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich. The Chicken Poblano Chowder was very delicious as well. To round out the explosion of flavors was a crisp / crunchy dill pickle spear. We finished off our lunch with a slice of blueberry cheesecake and several cookies for the road trip home. My only complaint is that we don’t have a Colonel Mustard Sandwich Emporium here in KC and we only visit The Springs every couple of years.

This is the cutest place!! Gluten Free options are so good! The food is great. Staff and owner/mgr (?) are very knowledgeable about GF options, even dessert options. We have been to Co Mustards a couple of times and are always pleased. Everything I've tried has been so delicious. The potatoe salad is some of the best I've had. The Mustard IceCream (YES, Mustard!) served with (gluten free) pretzles, is surprisingly tasty, be warned the servings are large, we each got one but, we could have shared, it was too much for the 2 of us. We visit this location every time.we are in the Springs. *Be sure to check out the bathroom*

Great food and customer service. Vegan friendly. They can make any of their vegetarian sandwiches vegan. Plant based cheese is available.
