RUINED MY HAIR!!!! Asked Jess for barely anything trimmed off just a slight freshen up and maybe a SLIGHT face frame. She butchered my hair and when commented on it not being blended she swore she knew what she was doing. And I went on my way. My hair was long and gorgeous just needing a little love and now there’s not really going back I’d have to cut 7-8 inches off to even out her awful hack job. Devastated. What a waste of $50

Michelle saves the day!! I have been going to Michelle for as long as I can remember. Maybe from when she first started at the salon. She gives nothing less than top notch service and great conversation. My teen daughter went with a friend to the “trendy” salon in the area and got her lip waxed. Her whole upper lip was burnt and raw looking. I reached out to Michelle even though I was embarrassed that she didn’t go to her (kids never listen). Michelle had so much knowledge on the process of waxing, what could have gone wrong, and most importantly how to heal her the quickest. Another example of how Michelle goes above and beyond!!!

Love this place! Very personable and care about you and your hair. They even guarantee there haircuts and will redo it at no cost within a week! WOW. Now that's great customer service. I've never been to another salon that does that. Most people only care about the money, not the person. I'll definitely be back!

I am super pleased with Emily! She does a fantastic job with my hair!!! She asks questions, LISTENS to my answers and gives excellent suggestions. She is professional and friendly. I recommend her to all my friends! Sadly, Emily, and several other stylists no longer work here and the entire salon has gone downhill.

Kut Above is the Best salon around! It is a very clean facility with friendly staff that always offers outstanding customer service at every visit. Michelle is absolutely amazing!! She always takes the time to walk me through my indecisiveness and gives great ideas on new styles. The color she picked for my hair came out better than I had even imagined. I have been going there for years and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Michelle is an AMAZING stylist!! She truly listens to you as to what you want! She has helped fix my damaged hair!! I trust her fully!! She explains why she does things and her recommendations!! She is extremely knowledgeable!! She even tells you, if you are not happy with your hair, that she would make it right. She has truly made my hair much healthier, and I am able to remain blonde without any damage!! She loves her job and it shows!! She makes you look and feel beautiful!!

OMG,I can't say enough about this professionalism and knowledge of this salon....Michelle is not only the BEST stylist i,ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with...she made me feel beautiful, when I felt like there was no hope for my hair. I wish this review could have been me detailing how great of an experience I had getting my eyebrows done but since they didn't open when they have it POSTED, there is nothing to go on for me. If you cannot be open at 1pm on Tuesday when you say you are going to be, why bother posting the hours as such? Its not a super early morning opening either. Did you sleep in? RIDICULOUS. Some of us only get a 30 minute lunch break and when 10 minutes of that is spent waiting to see if this place will open it really irritates me. I guess my time is not valuable to them and neither is my business. They lost my business before they could even got a chance to earn it. And I had to lose out on lunch time by waiting for someone to actually show up to their job and open on time like they say on their website and on their door. I wish I could just be late to my job and not get in trouble. It sure must be nice.

Michelle will give you the best haircut you will ever have in your life! Love it here so much!!!
