Whatever you do, do not get your hair braided here. The lady that did my hair was VERY unprofessional. She never asked me what hair color was needed after scheduling a appointment with me, then once I arrived she had black hair. I had to wait three hours for her to go buy new hair WHICH SHE MADE ME PAY FOR BECAUSE SHE CLAIMED IT WAS MY FAULT I DIDNT TELL HER THE COLOR. She started off doing my hair small with normal braiding then later at the top did really big bulky braids RUBBER BAND METHOD which I told her I didn’t want. Later after I told her I didn’t like my hair and it looked nothing like the picture she got smart and offered me a day she knew I would be out of town to fix it. The braids are thin and it’s not full AT ALL. She then said she wouldn’t fix it at all and wouldn’t give my money back. HER WORK IS TERRIBLE. She kept the hair I bought and told me if I contact her anymore she would file a claim I was harassing her. Two days before Christmas I paid 185 dollars for the total of 31 braids. please don’t book with her. It’s not worth the money. The photos are of what I told her I wanted and the others are my hair after she finished.

The shop has a great atmosphere, every time I visit it is always a pleasant experience. My stylist is Angelic, she is professional, does not over book her appointments and very good at making sure her clients are satisfied from beginning to the end of their appointment. Angelic is truly a blessed person and it shows in her work, she takes pride in her work and is a very humble young lady.

My stylist is great. She always available and her prices are reasonable. The salon is clean and the staff is professional. I highly recommend Jihan for styling and treating all your haircare needs.

Every time I come, I am greeted with big, warm smiles. I feel right at home the minute I step into the salon. I always appreciate the job well done when my beautician, Jill, beautifies me. She makes sure there is not a hair uncombed & every hair is in its place. 5 stars!

I'm doing this solely based on atmosphere. I like my chrochet hairstyle, the young lady dougletia was nice & this was my second time coming to her. The first time the appointment was early so there was no one in the salon. I must stress both times I do like my hair! I have hair loss or edges loss which I explained when I booked the first appointment. I'm some what sensitive about this & I've been dealing with it since I was 12 & it progressed & got worse at the age I am now which is 39 and yes I've had the treatments, medical & none which I don't owe this explanation of that but I said that to say. I felt the eyes of others staring at me from the back of my head when I was getting my hair done. It was a lady upfront getting her nails done & instead of paying attention to her nails she was focused on me. That alone can make anyone self conscious! Long review short, because of that I will not return to this salon, ppl don't know what ppl go through on a daily & i just wanted to get my hair done feel good about myself. This all goes back to that "Alabama brawl", in a meaning of yea we stood together in that instance against another race. But when it come to us we can't especially black women, we'd rather tear each other down, judge or talk about a person without knowing that person. I'll stick to family or since I like chrochet hairstyle in particular I'll learn to do them myself. I appreciate the service but I'm not spending my money nowhere I feel like I'm gone get talked about as soon as I leave.

I've never had a bad experience here. I can literally put an appointment in for any hair style and they have some who can do it. I really love the fact that you are in and out and they are very professional.

I have been going there on and off for about 3 years. All of the hairstylists are nice and professional. My daughter and I get our hair done by Ebonique and she has our hair looking so beautiful we get a lot of compliments .
