This facility is very clean and follows covid guidelines. It's very feminine and glitzy. The front desk lady is very kind. I didn't have to wait long. Ashley my wax expert made me feel comfortable getting a brazillian. She communicated with me during my appointment, educating me on the process. It was over quickly and the results are great! I'll definitely be back again.

Ashley pays attention to every intricate detail, while servicing her clients, and making sure they're knowledgeable of the services rendered. She provides a pleasurable waxing experience, even when she is seemingly exhausted. My first experience was the best experience. The owner/CEO Ashley was extremely happy, high in energy and she made me very comfortable. She talked to me the entire time and she was really fast. My second experience with Ashley really put me in the position to where I “HAVE” to leave a review. First and foremost, I’m in great pain. I came home and my private area was not only swollen, but bleeding and my skin was torn off. Also, she made comments on my area that made me uncomfortable. I probably wouldn’t have felt so uncomfortable if she didn’t already seem irritated and and clearly upset. I was speaking to her, trying to talk to her and hold small conversation but, she wouldn’t even respond to me. Pretty much ignoring me. Then, she answered a FaceTime call for a guy while she was waxing my private area (the phone was not facing me). Which was an absolute NO for me. When you’re waxing someone’s private area you have to realize that they are trusting you to see a part of their body that is “PRIVATE”. I don’t know how to put this, but I feel as though I should have been treated more delicately with respect of confidentiality and my right to privacy. I felt a bit violated. You never know a person’s situation. In the business that she’s in, she have to understand that there are boundaries and levels to this. Unfortunately for her she will never receive my money again. Overall, she cleaned and disinfected very well after waxing. -Best Regards, Antonia

This place was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend being serviced here! My bff and myself went for the yoni steam/vsteam. We were greeted as soon as we entered. We were serviced immediately. No wait time. We sat in the very elegant, clean, new, and neat waiting area. We were walked back to the room where we got undressed and where we would be serviced. It was really relaxing, calming, and soothing. The staff is friendly, customer service oriented, and extremely courteous. I cannot wait to go back!

I love this place. The ambiance was amazing. The staff was nice and engaging. Ashley made me feel super comfortable and was quick. Although it was a little uncomfortable....she helped me push through. My kitty is happy and I feel refreshed. Ashley and her team is amazing! I love the luxury atmosphere, and every time I come in they make me feel like family. I book my wax faithfully with their team once a month, Brazilian, arms and stomach - and have been coming to the location for years. Highly recommend.

The Owner was steady on her phone texting and waxing and thats very unprofessional, it's nasty and this needs to be reported to the Health and Safety Commission of Illinois. Also the place is clean but her couches are dirty in some areas and it's seen because the couches are a light color. She needs to rethink her techniques before starting her day. Humble yourself.

From start to finish my experience was great! Ashley is very personable, kind and makes the experience less stressful (I’m a drama queen). Her technique and the products she uses are quality. She also makes sure no hair is left behind! I really loved my experience, it was so much better than any other place I’ve been to! Love it! Also the person at the front desk was very kind and professional!
