Been to this Starbucks for 3 months and today we received the worst customer service from two employees Miranda and Rocio. As usual we went to order coffees and once we arrived to the office, we try them and they taste water down. We went back to see if they could make it again since we went yesterday and had the same drink. Miranda and rocio said there wasn’t anything they could do that they already added the four pumps of sugar cookie. We asked nicely if they could remake them, and they just had an attitude afterwards… We asked for a refund and they said it was impossible without a receipt. Which when asked if we wanted one we said “No, thank you” so we did not have the receipt . Then we ask them if they could just remake the drinks and Miranda said we don’t have to have an attitude which we did not, and there was witnesses and other target employees watching. She was the one being rude to us customers and complaining to her coworker ROCIO. While Miranda was making the drinks Rocio told us to “scoot!” for her to take care of the next customer…. There’s ways to ask customers to move, saying scoot wasn’t it. I think it’s unfair that we have to deal with this service when Starbucks is a big brand and coffees are expensive. Never had bad service with the other employees their drink are made so delicious but Miranda and Rocio didn’t know how to makes their drinks nor provided good customer service.

Disappointing experience with slow service and a subpar drink. The wait was noticeable, and unfortunately, the quality of the beverage didn't meet expectations. Hoping for improvements in both speed and taste for a better visit in the future.

Ordered a strawberry refresher and it was watered down and strawberries tasted expired. And like other comments employees are too busy laughing and talking among each other . Explains why it took about 15 mins for me to recieve my order. Rather go to the lansing or cal city location.

I love how they care for people. They ask your name they get you a proper order. They make sure everything is fine. Incredible customer service if you ask me. On top of that their products are stupendous. I wish they still had their cranberry dessert available. I didn't know it was a seasonal thing.

I'm sorry But I think Starbucks is really overated for a coffee Cafe for real coffee drinkers.I prefer if u are to stick with their regular coffees and not from the BARISTAS S.THEY TASTE LIKE MILK.OR just order their dry ice teas.

This location drive through is one of the best. The service is fast and the person whose outside taking your order is always ready greeting each car with a smile despite the weather

Medicine ball was just what I needed to warm me up. I'm not coffee drinker but I love their tea and juices

Very slow service but the drink I got was good.

First time there and first time having Starbucks not mad I missed out

Had a really bad day, thought Starbucks could cure it. Good job on whoever made my horchata frappe with extra cinnamon, the taste changed my mood. Whoever made my drink, thank you. Good customer service. Didn’t make it a problem I order off the secret menu, had all the ingredients. Most starbucks don’t. Y’all made my day 🥰

Rude service. I’ve never had a problem at this location before. However today, which ever young lady was at the register training around 4:45 was REALLY RUDE!! I was trying to ask a question. The girl had an attitude and cut me off. People like her should not be training the newer staff. I can Tell the young lady she was training felt uncomfortable.

High priced items ,not what it is cracked up to be. Yuppie bait . Under staffed , feel sorry for the crew.

Usually there’s a long wait but today wasn’t bad maybe since it was around 630pm. The only thing is the barista didn’t give me the right size lid and I didn’t realize until I tried to drink from it in my truck. At first I thought the lid was not closed right and tried to close it but it wouldn’t stay closed. They need to make sure they put the right lids or coffee is going to be spilled everywhere! I had a large iced caramel macchiato.

It's a Starbucks. It's what you'd expect. Except, add longer wait times and less accuracy. But, it's convenient at least and I still take the gamble whenever I'm at Target.

The lady who helped my son was amazing! She did a great job and was beyond sweet. He didn't know the name of the drink he had before. She listened, figured it out, and made it perfect.
