I went into the office for a teeth cleaning. Dr. Johnson was very nice and gentle. I asked about gum sensitivity and told him another office suggested I may need a deep cleaning. He said without X-rays it’s hard to tell. Dr. Johnson was able to tell me when my last full set of X-rays was taken which means they’d looked up my insurance. , but I wasn’t told he was not in my network. At the completion of my visited after taking a full set of X-rays , I was given a 350.00 bill of which they request some payment. It was at this point I was told he wasn’t in my network. I should have been told that from the beginning for now I owe this office quite a bit of money. I will never return. Don’t do people like that.

Dr. Hirsch was personable and professional on this my first visit. It mainly included an initial assessment and x-rays. It seems to be a very busy practice so I was disappointed to hear, at the end of August, that my work could not be completed until next year. My next appointment, which will include a consultation of his review of my x-rays and a cleaning, is not scheduled for a month. Since I require upper dentures, I will have to coordinate with an oral surgeon's schedule as well. Hopefully I'll have a nice smile by spring.

Doctor Johnson from our experience is discriminatory against the lgbtq community. I've had very uncomfortable experiences with this dentist. He did not do a good job in cleaning my teeth on both occasions. I expressed my pain to my right lower gum which he stated oral gel could calm the situation. I asked him several times to place some on my gum as I was in pain in he gave me several reasons why he wouldn't. He stated to purchase it at the store. Then rushed my appointment stating they are pass their lunch which had nothing to do with me because the office confirmed the appointment. I did not receive my break down plan for my oral issues instead I was told by Doctor Johnson I would receive a call which I never did. My insurance was charged. I've been to Doctor Johnson before even sent my wife. Absolutely the worse experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone that is LGBTQ to go to this dentist. Anyone that loves the lgbtq community stay away.

This is a great dental office to attend. I was able to come right in and see the dentist. The staff was courteous and very nice. It was very clean and warm atmosphere. I would recommend this dental office for anyone looking to keep their smile looking great.

Dr. Johnson was very professional, knowledgeable, and gentle on my first visit. It also included a before/after x-ray. I am very satisfied with Dr. Johnson and looking forward to returning for my next visit. I highly recommend this office and the Dental Assistant Winter was so attentive and nice as well!

I always have a wonderful and excellent experience at my dentist office. Every one is caring and attentive to your needs. They make you feel like you are the only person at that time. Dr.Johnson and staff I can’t say enough about them.

Every staff member is great, very professional. Dr Johnson is very gentle, a great plus for someone like me who has anxiety having someone working in my mouth. We are very satisfied with this office and highly recommend.
