Hand packed ice cream means PACK it down, it doesn't mean put about 10 scoops with all space in between in a quart container and sell it as a Quart of Ice cream...Rip Off

I love ice cream and coffee!

I bought the Dunkin donuts coffee cup for a reason, refills are cheaper. The the woman taking my order said no refills, it's a Dunkin cup, then I wanted the fresh pack ice cream, she says am I sure I do not want one out of the freezer. It does not taste the same! Customer service is not #1 anymore, tips, and let the customer be wrong!

Friendly employees but they always running out of my chocolate chip ice cream maybe call to make sure they have your favorite flavor before wasting a trip with your hopes high.

For the two workers who were telling me I was wrong about the turtle cappuccino blast having chocolate drizzle on it. I've ordered this drink so many times so I think by now I would know what comes on it. LITERALLY a turtle is pecans, caramel, and chocolate.

Everytime I go here I have a good experience. I always go through the drive-thru. Customer service is great & fast and portions given are worth the price. Thank you thank you!

Today March 4th I attempted to go to this location on my to work a 16 hour shift. Unfortunately when I got there no one was servicing customers. However , I noticed there where employees sitting in the parking lot in the car doing who knows what. I witnessed several cars pulling in and out and not able to get serviced. I will never come to this place again...
