I used to have an okay experience here. Some appointments you get in on time, but I’ve also waited over 2 hours past appointment time more than once. Not the end of the world, things happen BUT since June the office will not respond to any messages left on the patient portal. That’s totally unacceptable to not respond to patients especially when it’s for a pediatric patient. I have left numerous messages over the past few months, none have been answered. I still receive automatic messages from the office to my portal and email, but can’t get a response or call back for a pediatric patient with a high fever? Extremely concerning and dangerous to ignore patients.

The large black lady, who is the receptionist, is very rude, as well as the lab staff!!!! If they were having a bad day, staying at home should have been the option. I am vision impaired and they treated me terribly!!!!!! Thought about reporting them to state!!! My nurse was great though!

They running a scam only way to get your medicine is see a doctor. They hold medicine & never respond to the pharmacist My insurance pay for all my medications & why should I see a doctor once a month makes no sense

Never answer their phones. Takes more than 2 days for them to reply to patients through the patient portal. You can ask for a referral/order and it will seem like you’re asking to pull teeth. I definitely do not recommend this place, especially if you are pregnant (like myself). Very unorganized and honestly unprofessional. Every time I have went to this location, there is always someone telling them how unorganized they are for a doctors facility. ONLY GOOD thing is the receptionist(s) that work there and some nurses.

My son was running a really bad fever and had an ear infection. I called and the receptionist told me that I could bring him in immediately and when I got there she had an attitude and told me that they couldn’t help him bcuz he had a fever and it could be covid! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! I cursed her out really bad I don’t recommend this place and they be lying about your health to get more money they need to be shut down!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE! I arrived 15min early from my son appointment. My appointment being a 3:45pm. Then everyone else goes in to their appointment. And my son still waiting for his turn @ 5pm. I just walked out and told them I was going to make another appointment somewhere else.

Came 15 minutes early for my son 12:15 and I'm still sitting here waiting. Ridiculous. Definitely transferring him back to advocate .

They are slow to answer the phones. Have you on hold eventide for long periods. Will tell you you have problem but forgets to give referrals they told me why my back and legs hurt told me I need to see special doctor but never gave me referrals bad business wouldn't recommend to new patients

Probably the worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Sat in the waiting area for 2 hours waiting to be called. Staff is very unprofessional. If you’re looking for a good clinic this is NOT the place.

This is the worse place to have a primary care physician. I went in for an exam a week ago because I believe I had strep or some infection. Took them a week to give me my results after sending a message requesting it. Still haven’t sent in the meds for me, they obviously don’t care!They do not care about your health! Do not get your primary care here! At least not at this location! The only thing nice I can say is the place is clean.

The waiting time is insane even when you have an appointment. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

MY SON MISSED SCHOOL TO HE HERE GOT HERE BEFORE MY TIME WHICH WAS 315pm was here 257pm didn’t see anyone checked to see how many in front at 330pm 4 they started calling names again . Staff walked off while I was talking .never again

Terrible staff say u call to make a appointment and they say come in Monday at 2 o’clock and it’s Wednesday so u wait all those days until Monday and then Monday comes and u get a call from them at 12 o’clock telling u that the doctor won’t be in and you’ll have to reschedule that is ridiculous and crazy u already waited all that time just for them to cancel on u the day of the appointment

They will make and stress appoinkent times just to make an appointment just to sit there a hour everytime it’s ridiculous this location has been doing this for years there’s always over crowded in the waiting area …

This place is very slow and needs new management or something if you have a appointment at 3 you don’t get seen until 5 the nurses are very nice and front service is nice but outside of those individuals this place is very slow paced, i’d advice you to look for a new doctors office

They never answer the phones!! I have been in the waiting room for over an hour!! I can’t get in contact with anyone to book an appointment!! I’m definitely never going here again! They close early; half do things; and just overall unprofessional

I’ve been going here years now about 4 years to be exact the department who do the labs are always very slow in never busy when I’m there. On yesterday I was told to have labs done by my nurse I go back to lab the person who do the labs see me there as well as other employees in the back I’m back there 40 mins before they tell me they closed very unprofessional then I leave out go to the front desk like why no one told me they was closed I see the security walking the lab lady to her car I go out to my car an hear her talking about patients which is ever more unprofessional as well while they smoke at her car I honestly think I’ll be switching offices soon

I do my appointments way before so I'll not have trouble with the Drs or therapist and even 3 days I send the message that I'll be there which it's confirmed just to find out at the end they cancel it when I ask who NO ONE KNOWS WHO this is NOT THE FIRST TIME, This is RIDICULOS I'll CALL MY INSURANCE FOR REFUNDS AND ILL TELL THEM TO ALSO CHARGE THE CLINIC FOR MY TIME LOST IN THERE.... SINCE THE CLINIC CHARGE FOR THEIR TIME....MY TIME IS ALSO VALUABLE.... UNFORTUNATELY ILL HAVE TO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE IF THIS IS NOT CORRECT IT.. MANAGMENT INSTEAD OF CHATTING WITH THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST AND BE WITH GASSIP DO YOUR WORK MR. THIS HAPPENED IN OTHER OCCASION this is RIDICULES ILL NOT RECOMMENDED THIS CLINIC ANY MORE...
