Upon entering the establishment you are greated with great smells and a full menu. Employees are extremely hardworking and patient. Good is done to perfection and you can even see the employees create your meal. Real food, cooked right. However the only downside was that, several customers were extremely rude to the employees...do the point they were very condescending... Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

I had a good experience with Michael. He gave me good customer service. We need more people like him because he relates to us.

The first time I went to this restaurant I figured, maybe a bad day.. Nope. Bought a sweet steak sandwich for 13.99 and got a sandwich worth $5. BARELY any meat on the thing and more peppers than meat on stale bread. The cook has a nasty attitude but the gentleman who takes the orders was very nice though. If you are hungry.... DON'T GO HERE!!!! Prices are wayyyyy too high as well. Got 3 sandwiches and it was just short of $40. Craziness

What’s up Dolton, This Mike the chef with all the tats and long hair who used to work there with my brother a few years back now… I miss y’all and never wanted to stop producing perfect food for you guys. It’s just me and the owner had some difficulties at the end and let me go for worse ppl as we can see in the reviews. I’m always willing to come back and fix the problem by turning it all around but I need the apology to come from the owner and to realize I made that business what it was!!!!

Super Good At first I wasn't sure to go in because I didn't see any customers going in and out. However they stated coming. The friendly service alone got me hooked! But the Philly cheese steak and the mixed lemonade drink that was suggested was Fantastic!! I'm Hooked!

It says they open at 10am. I’m here at 10:23am and they’re not open, so they need opening and closing times updated. Lol that’s all

Do not eat here!!! They simply do not respect our people!! Customer service is horrible… I called my order in and when I arrived my order was not ready! Not only was it not ready but he never took the order down. So I went ahead and reordered in person. He was sure to tell me that extra meat and cheese would cost extra (NO PROBLEM) … now I picked up my order at the window and the guy is rushing me not allowing me to check my order. I told him I paid for extra cheese on my fries so I should have extra cheese. Even after showing my receipt he put one drizzle of cheese on my fries. Fast forward I get home only to realize that my order was wrong. I took photos and called the location. Originally the manager sound concerned but then stated send photos and hung up the phone. I sent the photos to the phone and continued to call the location for an update all for him to say that the number could not get photos. He continued to hang up and when he finally answered told me he would remake the order if I could make there before they closed. It was 10:25 and they closed at 10:45 None the less I made it back in time just for him to make excuses. He proceeded to take everyone else’s order instead of correcting my order. It was so horrible that other customers had to inquire about his customers service. He asked what was wrong with the food and I Simply showed him that it was not my order. He proceeded to make excuses on how I need to wait and how I should have just been satisfied with what they gave me. We are paying customers.. we have the right to receive the services and food that we pay for. We need to boycott businesses like these that move into our communities and flourish off of us when they don’t even respect us. I will never eat here again!! They don’t deserve another dime from anyone until they can provide better service and respect for our people. Also they are well overdue for a health inspection. There is noooo way this establishment passed a health inspection. That call will be placed first thing in the morning and I will also inquire about the business licenses hanging up that don’t look authentic.

The food is horrible I order a 2 pizza puffs that came with fries the fries wasn’t fresh it taste old like they was sitting out and the pizza puff had a weird taste it was the nastiest pizza puff I ever had 🤮🤢

This week I threw a baby shower for my grandson , i catered , It was delicious everyone loved it. It was nice and hot. The service was good and everyone love Italian beef sandwiches we had a blast thanks to big Bubbas menu and quick service. Renee H thank you for your service

My Italian beef had plastic in the meat eww. It's bad enough you have to keep telling to change their gloves when handling different meat and vegetables. I want ever spend no more money here

Get the philly mix Plain extra cheese extra mayo Thank me later. Little pricey for the philly mix but I'm not Gon lie it's so good it's worth it.

Got a cheeseburger with chicken and fries, the burger was great everything greasy except for the bread :/ the chicken nuggets taste good wish i ordered more the only bad thing was the fries they were hot and fresh but not crispy and verrrry bland no salt or seasoning what so ever… still good overall 👍🏽

I just went there TODAY and I am thoroughly disappointed because this place USE TO BE GREAT! I think they are under new management...unfortunately! I've never been there and did not like the food! Well Today was the day!! Definitely about to throw this food away!

I ordered an Italian Beef , the Italian beef was good, but to pay $15 for a sandwich and they give you a handful of meat, is a rip off. It’s more bread, than meat. I will not waste my money here again. Please give your customers what they pay for. And the watermelon and cherry lemonade taste like medicine.

Inventive food. Great service. Really enjoyed it. Great place to go for lunch.
