Great Service ordered online when I got there order was Ready..

The restaurant was very clean and the staff service was great. My husband and I food was hot and fresh. I had the grilled veggies burger which is grilled mushrooms, onions,green peppers with tomato slices, lettuce & mustard on a sesame seed bun. I am vegan and it was a great option!

Hmm....I'm somewhat conflicted with this five guys location because quite frankly, the burger wasn't worth $10.00. An average burger at five guys cost 10 bucks for a double party based burger without any additives. However, the patties are relatively small and to be honest, the size of the burger is just about the same size as a burger from Culver's. The only difference is that Culver's burgers are roughly half the price as five guys burgers. I don't know about you, but for a $10 burger, that burger should be relatively bigger ( and tastier) than how it's currently prepared. Actually, A double whooper from Burger King is bigger than five guys & arguably better tasting as well. In short, I believe five guys burgers is somewhat overrated especially for it being $10. It seems like highway robbery to me & I'll probably stick to Burger King if I want a Burger. I believe two stars is more than generous. My review pertains to their burgers only.

My food was prepared exactly the way I ordered it and it was delivered very fast! The only negative was it was a little cold but a few minutes in the air fryer and it was perfect.

First time coming here. This location was very organized and clean, bathrooms clean, service was good and the food was great, pricing is fair , workers were polite and professional . Recommend giving it a try also as you can see small fry included much more in the bag !! Great deal

The person who took my order was great. When I went to get my baby set up in the high chair, my number was called (we were the only ones in the restaurant). When I went to get my food, the workers were laughing and had obviously called my number as a joke? One of them said "oh he's making your shake right now." Weird joke, but okay. I got my food very soon afterwards and I have to say that if I'm paying so much for fast food, you'd think they would make it fresh..... Nope. The fries were lukewarm but the burger and shake were fine. No rush to return

Kammarie greeted me with a smile and took my order with kindness and enthusiasm. Some of the best service I’ve ever seen from a chain restaurant. Way to set a great example and take pride in your work!

Ordered through door dash. Service was quick. This is not your normal processed, fast food cheese burger. Would've liked the burger with a little more seasoning, and usually, I am sensitive to salt. The cheese was melted to perfection, and you get two patties. You get to add on toppings at no extra charge. I have pics, but i suspect because i had it delivered, that is why it looks like that (i hope). I also had the cajun fries, which have a nice mild, spicy kick. I will order again. But I have to say they do not compare to Burgerhaus (Schererville, IN) or Miner Dunn (Highland, IN) if you need a standard to go by. I will return and would like to try their shakes, which sound good.

The food at every location is consistently good. No complaints whatsoever. Food is always hot and fresh.

The fries had so much salt on them that I literally had to try to get some of it off with a napkin. Also, i asked for extra toppings and they didnt put it. Seems like the burgers are getting smaller as well. Over all not a bad place to eat.

This particular location is disgusting. I noticed that the worker making my burger had a rash all over his arms. It was bothering him because he grabbed some kind of cream from the back and proceeded to apply it up front where the food is prepared. Doesn't bother to wash his hands, he just put gloves on and back to handling food. It is just unsanitary and disgusting. Two issues, (one) wash your hands dah, and (two) wear long sleeve shirts. Mentioned it to the other employees who didn't seem to care at all.

My hamburger was overcooked and extremely dry, I phone my order in after waiting over 30 minutes with 2 customers in the store. I was asked to wait additional time while the cooked french fries. But this time i demanded my money back. Who want a cold burger.

Fries are fantastic, burgers are good as well, only issue I had was I order a 🥓 🍔 and it literally look like one piece of bacon broken in half. I truly feel if you are going to charge that much for a bacon cheeseburger, it should have more than 1 strip of bacon.

I gave 5 stars for atmosphere even though it was a delivery because the delivery person was so friendly. The whole order process was easy and quick as was the delivery. The food was great, plenty, exactly how I ordered it, and a decent price. Will definitely be a returning customer!

Food is always a banger here ! The most delicious burgers ! Yeah there is more out there but these five guys burgers really do not disappoint! Load them with all you want and enjoy ! Fries are always given more than just what the cup has to give if it’s 2 people eating with one large fry is enough they always throw extra after filling up the cup

Five guys is always a nice burger fast food but this one is slightly lower than the others. The little cheese burger was particularly oily and salted like the French fries...I have been used to a much better quality for a Five Guys. I was slightly disappointed.

I didn't go to the restaurant to eat in. My niece ordered food for pickup. I had a cheeseburger with everything. It was delicious. My niece and great nephew also had a hamburger and cheeseburger. They enjoyed their burgers also. The burger was great.

My daughter enjoyed the food. We were dismayed at the fact that the, unmasked, young man held a conversation over my open bun while we waited for the burger to finish cooking. Then he denied what he had done. I won't be back to this particular store location.

Burgers were bomb but I ordered a large fry for over $7 and this is all I got. More like five guys burgers and a little bit of fries amiright?

A really GREAT hamburger! I had the "all the way" hamburger and it was awesome! So much so that I had another one two days later! It had been a while since I'd last had a burger because I missed the good old fashioned ones. You know - the good sloppy, greasy falling apart burgers of yesteryear. Five Guys has mastered it!!! I love it!!!

Can you ever go wrong at Five Guys? I don't think so. Consistently good everywhere you find one.
