Great food! The wedge salad was the best I’ve ever had. The dressing was amazing. The shrimp boil was also very tasty. The sides of asparagus and carrots were tasty as well. We had the Pb&j desert which wasn’t too sweet and was a perfect end. This green gin drink was very good as well. 👍🏽 pictures below were portions divided between me and my friend. It was nice they brought it out already divided for us

Had dinner here with a co-worker and his wife. The decor was very nice. The food seemed a bit fancy for the decor, but it was nice to get French inspired food in a casual place. Love the deconstructed Chicken and Dumplings as well as the Mac and Cheese. I will return here again for sure.

This is a very cool place with plenty of parking around. Our service was just slightly slower than we would have liked but incredibly kind and helpful. They did not have any vegan dishes on the menu but they are happy to accommodate two people in our group, just a very simple pasta dish but it worked. The portions did seem a little bit small but satisfying for everyone, a large group of women. They did have a fun cocktail list which was also very limited but it looked like they also had a full bar so I'm sure you could get creative. I split a meal with a girlfriend, had one cocktail and one glass of wine with the automatically included gratuity my bill was over 50.

We made reservations for a Friday evening and were seated immediately in the back area of the restaurant. The back area had a different ambiance than the rest of the restaurant; it felt stale, odd and not as upscale imo. We ordered the Colorado Lamb Shank and Braised Beef Short Rib entrees which took over 40 minutes to reach our table. The meat was delicious and cooked well however the tomato portion of our dishes were too salty and overpowering. Our server was exceptional and attentive - even made our drinks themselves since the bar seemed to be swamped ! Overall, a decent experience however we won’t be going back anytime soon.

My bf and I went recently for a low-key, mid-week birthday dinner. Just the two of us. We went a little early, maybe 6:30ish, we were quickly sat by a friendly hostess at a nice table outside. Our server Emma was very knowledgeable about the menu, as well as super sweet and thoroughly attentive. My bf liked his cocktail “the mayor” which like an old fashioned/ Manhattan style. We had the endive salad to start, which for a salad; was phenomenal. (I just don’t expect much from a salad usually) but this *chefs kiss* was a high-end take on a Caesar, with a lovely lemon flavor and perfect dressing. The croutons were so full of flavor and my favorite part: they were all crumbled, so you don’t have to break one or eat a giant chunk of hard bread in a bite. No, this was legit for my preference of equal bites! Entrees; we had the bison bolognese & the ribeye steak. The bolognese was excellent with a cavetelli pasta, like delicious little pillows, a rich balanced sauce a healthy dollop of burrata (!) fresh basil & yummy bison… absolute perfection! Steak was cooked great, with ala cart sides, they accommodated our request for broccoli not in the “sides menu” but we had seen on another dish. Chimmichuri was good too. They gave us a birthday dessert on the house! So sweet:) Key lime pie in a jar, was delicious! Good work from all involved, thanks so much!

This was our first visit to Hickory & Ash, and it was delicious. We had the braised short ribs and hickory salmon entrees. The food was excellent, well seasoned, and cooked exactly to our liking. Our server, Michayla, was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions on the menu. We had a lovely meal and will be back.

First time in the restaurant. The drink was their version of a Manhattan. Their 'meatry board' had great flavors and is made in-house. The porkchop is cooked sous vide, so the fat was no rendered and overall was fairly salty. The dessert is a deconstructed passion fruit and coconut tart, which was the best version I've ever had. The prices are higher, but you're paying for in-house prep rather than pre-made dishes.

Dave and Tori at the bar were amazing. Super friendly and offered excellent recommendations. I had the Chicken and Dumplings…totally not what I was expecting, but is was phenomenal. The atmosphere is very laid back with a nice ambiance. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the noise level was not too loud. If you’re in town visiting or a local you should stop by Hickory & Ash.
