    Went through the drive thru. The quality and taste were great. But both breakfast sandwiches were not the sandwiches that I ordered. Staff were also discussing that they were sick and wanted to go home. So hopefully I do not also get sick 😒

    Every time I have been here the service is super slow, they are out of items and laugh about it. They try to rush you before you are finished ordering. Overall this location is one of the worst I have ever been to. Whoever is running this should be fired along with everyone else and rebuild. I will not be returning, I’d rather have 7-11 coffee than put myself through that hell again.

    This is by far the WORST Tim Hortons in the world. They have failed to get a simply order right for over 6 months. I think most of the employees need to be retrained on a week basis and then let back out to the front. I have spoked to the manager on this matter for months and nothing has changed so I will never go back to this location. Today I ordered a biscuit with bacon and she repeated my order back to me and then asked me gain at the window and STILL it was just a biscuit it’s nothing on it. Never have I received a refund and when they do remake my order ITS STILL WRONG AND I HAVE TO GO BACK A THIRD TUME. If you can, drive to any other location, o not waste your money here.

    Don’t get anything with eggs from this location! When I get the breakfast wrap the last few times the egg has been GREEN. This has happened multiple times, at first I thought it was a fluke but it happened again today and it’s always from this location.

    Please fix your French vanilla machine. It has been broken for months and is flat (no foam at all) & constantly has gross floaties in it. I stopped coming here for this reason and had someone bring me a FV and right away I knew where it was from and they confirmed "the Thorold store." I have addressed this with staff but clearly it isn't a concern.

    Brought my service dog in and was told I couldn't be in the building. I said that she was a service dog.then I was asked for her paperwork, which I replied, you don't need my dogs paperwork. Then when my coffee's were brought they were slammed down and was given a dirty look. To me this is unacceptable. I won't be coming to this location anymore and I'm telling all my friends and family to boycott your tim hortons. 😒

    I went last Thursday there, food was absolute good. There was this tall white girl with dark hair, working in sandwiches yelling at her coworkers and customers, she was too mean and rude unnecessarily.

    their coffee consistently tastes the same. unlike many other timmies i've been to. they are friendly. drive-thru can get backed up to road but is fairly quick.

    I bought a chipotle steak wrap. It tasted delicious but was way too small for the price. I would get it again if it wasn't so pricey.

    This particular Tim Hortons has supposedly been having issues with their espresso machine since at least November 2022. Quite often, even if I come through their drive-thru multiple times a day, they claim that their espresso machine is down. Repairs don’t take this long, so I believe that the employees simply don’t wish to serve espresso-based beverages in the drive-thru (or at all). Ridiculous. Management needs to get their act together.

    If you're looking for a fast and friendly drive-thru experience, Tim Hortons is definitely worth checking out. During my recent visit, I was impressed by the efficient service and welcoming attitude of the staff. The order taker was very pleasant and made sure to take my order accurately and quickly. The drive-thru was speedy, and I got to the window in no time. The person at the window, Suriya or Surya (not sure about the spelling), was incredibly friendly and had a genuine smile. They even checked back on my order to make sure everything was correct. What really stood out to me was how helpful and accommodating the staff was. I had forgotten to add an item to my order, but Suriya/Surya was more than happy to help me out and serve me promptly. Overall, I would highly recommend Tim Hortons for their excellent drive-thru service. With friendly and efficient staff like the ones I encountered, you're sure to have a positive experience every time. I would give them a 10/10 rating and would definitely visit again.

    Horrible horrible service! Drive Thru workers always seem to be busy and on top of things it’s everyone else behind the counter have no idea what going on or making sure customers in the restaurant are being taken care of.

    Quality control has gone out the window. I've gotten someone else's food or had something missing from mine half the time I get food. I shouldn't have to sit at the window to ensure you're passing me my meal. Very friendly staff most of the time but doesn't make up for ordering a breakfast sandwich and getting only a barely buttered wrong bagel instead of my order.

    Great service is the five stars but morning can get an outing but I know their flooded so I cut em some slack but morning are jam packed super long waits other then that it's great ! I. Understand rush hour for the working folk is going to overwhelm timmies but someone's there's 0 at tills for inside people but they do a pretty damn good job!!

    What's the point of mobile order if I had to wair more than half n hour to get to my order. I came in 15 mins after I ordered and they didn't even start making it untill another 15 mins I waited and asking them about my order. There was no line up ... All the other people who came after me left with their order!!

    Last week at this Tim Hortons, my drive-thru order got mixed up. Later, when I visited the store, I was assisted by a sweet Indian staff member with glasses whose name I unfortunately forgot. His exceptional hospitality and adorable smile made my visit memorable

    Today is November 2, 2023 and I visited this Tim Hortons around 9:00am. I have to say I’ve been going to this Tim’s for 5 years and this is the best service and bagel I’ve ever received. Whoever made my bagel today, amazing. I wish that this tims would train all their workers how to make the bagels like this because half the time I go there is no butter or not toasted at all. I also want to add that when their drive thru line is long they toast the bagels on the panini press and that’s unacceptable… just because you are falling behind isn’t fair to the customer to have a badly toasted bagel.

    I dont like that they turn off the toasters etc.. at 9pm when im starving for some toasted food at 9:17pm your sign says your open 24/7 Not impressed treat your paying customers better. Tim Hortons is getting way more expensive with lesser customer satisfaction. I won't be shopping at any tim hortons location again. Bad experience. P.S get a bigger parking lot and drive through, way too Small. SPEND SOME OF YOUR MILLIONS
