    Used the subway coupon to buy a footlong and drink and get another footlong for $0.99, please look at the amount of filling in the sub. This store is a joke on subway's name. Do yourself a favour and travel a few more kms to the other subway at pen center. The people in the store behave like they are doing us a favour by allowing us to use a coupon. Subway needs to take notice and cancel their franchise.

    Would give zero stars the guy behind the counter Gurpinder is the WORST. We walked in.. he sat on a personal phone call for like 5 mins while people were waiting to be served then came out and said it was one minute what's the problem? and tried to fight with us. Absolutely the worst subway ever. We left. He gave us a fake number for the owner as well. Dont go here if you want normal service.

    Lady should not be working there, does not know how to make a sub at all. And when asked to get it grilled she said no cuz it was to messy? And who’s fault is that?

    ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE Horrible service went in tonight at approximately 9pm to get a sandwich after long day at work and the worker working tonight refused to make my sandwich because I requested to make a substitute on my sandwich which I usually get from that exact store and when I asked for his name he refused to tell me and told me to leave his store and never come

    Miserable server, extremely slow, they didn't even answer the phone when I tried to call in my order. It was faster getting 2 burgers at The Burgh around the corner. Never again.

    Easily worst Subway experience I've had. Horrible customer service, was barely said a word to by the worker, sandwiches were just tossed together with no regard, barely wrapped as they were falling out of the bag and he walked away the moment he rang up the order before I even got my wallet out. I know it's just a sandwich shop but come on.

    Showed up at LUNCH TIME on Sept.16th. Was greeted by this and this only “We don’t have bread!” You have ONE job Subway. No bread????🥴 So I drove to the Welland Ave location and the gentleman there gave amazing service and yes, that location had bread!

    I wish i cpuld give it -5 stars, THE WORST EXPER- IENCE OF MY LIFE , this old indian lady working there should really be fired or the subway corp should shut this lousy excuse of a restraunt down. The most rude and un attentive person ever , she denied my request for extra lrttuce burnt the bread , added tomatoes when i never asked for, then has the NERVE to tell me that i said to add tomatoes . trust me do your self a favour and go anywhere else. I even paid 26 dollars for the man infront of me because his card wasnt working. Im a middle eastern myself and to see this behaviour is utterly disgusting ,never again. I wouldnt be surprised if that lady reuses the meat that i cancelled. Disgusting and disrespectful

    This location is our regular destination for subs. Better service now they have renovated, different staff. I like the rice bowls, and the gluten free buns!

    Mobile order said it would be ready for 6:35, it’s now 7pm and my order hasn’t been started because they only have 1 person working the counter, I’ve had this experience numerous times unfortunately and worst of all there isn’t a way to cancel your order…

    Been going to this place for a year now! super friendly staff at night (i only go at night) and yummy food! Edit: I see a lot of negative reviews for the morning, try going at night instead? almost all the people i met at the night shift were great!

    Should rename this location midway cuz this place is so mid. How do you have a problem grilling a sandwich? The excuse is “oh, we can’t, it’ll make a mess” like what? Worker looks miserable.

    Asked for a grilled chicken salad. Couldn't understand what the girl was asking. Another customer understood what she was said. Also order a wrap and was told that the grill wasn't working. Went to pay with a gift card on my phone but wouldn't accept the card. Tried the chicken salad at home and it was disgusting.Tried calling to complain no one would answer the phone. Avoid the place.

    They always do a good job making a sub. The new college student is always a joy and she puts together a good sub with proper portions. I have never had an issue with this place. Though parking can sometimes be an issue.

    If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered the chicken teriyaki crispy sub the new one. The lady not only shorted the chicken kn the sub but she then refused to add the crispy onions to the sub saying they cost extra. This is a scam lile wow honestly. Every other subway I've been too will give you the crispy onions on ANY sun for FREE. These people are dirty scammers avoid doing business here

    Poor management, Just puts on toppings before checking if that’s what you wanted. Denying a grilled option. Awful attitude. Had their son in the back of the kitchen near the food. Unsafe & unsanitary.

    Went in and the lady who was there was very rude she was yelling at her kid and just ignoring us when she finally made our subs we asked for them grilled and she said no because it would make a mess I’ve never had this problem at any other subway very disappointing.
