told
that
if
any
problem
will
come
in
future
during
warranty
period
straight
away
product
will
replace,
but
when
the
product
delivered
at
my
house
on
09.08.2023,
and
it
got
started,
out
of
3
burners
1
burner
was
not
working,
on
10.08.2023
i
lodged
the
complaint
through
croma
App
,
i
received
the
call
from
chroma
and
i
discussed
the
issue,
they
told
i
have
to
visit
croma
eluru
they
will
replace
the
product
if
any
problem
with
in
3
days
of
delivery,
i
went
to
croma
ELURU
for
complaint
registration
on
10.08.2023
mr
amaresh
asked
me
for
video
of
issue,
i
produced
the
same
immediately,
i
discussed
with
him
regarding
the
call
from
chroma,he
simply
refused
that
the
product
will
not
replace,
engineer
will
visit
and
i
have
to
pay
charges
to
engineer,
i
got
shocked
and
told
him
why
should
I
pay
if
no
fault
from
my
side,
but
he
told
if
engineer
will
visit
i
have
to
pay,
next
day
on
11.08.2023
engineer
came,
checked
and
found
the
ignition
wire
faulty
and
replaced
the
wire,
and
taken
Rs
300/-
as
TRAVEL
CHARGES
for
visit,
i
didn't
understand
what
was
the
fault
of
me,
if
the
new
product
was
faulty
why
i
have
to
pay
the
charges.
