Stayed here for a night. Great service and good location. The breakfast buffet was delightful. Good selection of South and north Indian breakfast choices. Standard choice of English breakfast. Overall a good experience.The roof top bar offers shisha too. Well insulated sound proof room, a comfy mattress will assure a good night's sleep. The only reason for 4 stars is that the room looks weather-beaten and requires some maintenance especially with flooring to match the premium standards.

Everything was great! Service is Excel Came for my friends birthday and they arranged a cake for her in the night, very sweet.. Loved our stay at the property and all the courteous people. Thanks so much for the lovely memories =)

I have visited their properties at Bangalore and Manipal-Udupi and they are very good. The Manipal property does have an excellent swimming pool at the top Floor which looks awesome during the evening. If you want to eat out then you have multiple options at walking distance. This pretty close to Manipal Hospital too.

Nice ambience. However, I ordered coffee and croissant, which is present in the menu, and not only did the waiter not know what croissant is, after he returned from inquiring about it, tried to convince me that rolls and croissants are the same thing so I should get rolls. It's okay to not have croissants but at least don't mention it in menus and then sell rolls as croissants? Nice ambience though.

Nice hotel good facilities good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. The only down side was no one explained how the breakfast work. So on first morning, we just sat at out table waiting to be served tea coffee etc.. until we eventually saw what other guests were doing. There's a nice rooftop pool and restaurant. plenty of bars and restaurants nearby staff very attentive especially Michael at breakfast.

We came for a wedding party and we had booked around 37 rooms. Everything went well including the party. The food was excellent and our waitress Mingma was very courteous and professional. She just graduated from hotel management school.

We had a nice family get together at their roof top pool side venue . The arrangements and food were excellent . Good support and care taken by Michael and Saurav right from the booking till the end .

Visited once and service was ok. We have booked the table morning only for dinner for a small birthday party with friends. They promised that they will give a complimentary cake at the end of the dinner. But not given anything even reminded them. Also not served the full list of items whatever we ordered. At the end they came and said that they forgot and will serve then. Had little bad experience over there.

Our check in time was 5:30 and we were not informed of any extra charges applicable to staying over 12pm. The next day we were called and informed that our checkout time was 12pm and that it was mentioned in the policy. They did not inform of any such policies at the time of checkin or at the time of booking. It was a very bad experience as they made us pay an extra 50% for a 4 hour stay even though we checked in 4 hours late in the first place. Would not recommend this from a 4 star hotel, should have the basic decency to inform their customers of their policy. The person talking to us through the phone initially also sounded rude, the phone had to be handed over to the manager who then had to explain the process to us

It's in the heart of Manipal town. Rooms are very hygienic.Morning food which is complimentary consists of a wide variety, along with their calorie value, diet food and many more. maintenance is too good.staff is Quick responsive.interior view awesome. As a whole it worth what we pay✨

Few suggestions for the layout of the place : I felt it's just too cramped up & can do minus few tables..for us to be able to sit peacefully especially during the Buffet hrs.. people are bumping on each other & chairs! Chaat was mediocre at best. Veg Starters too. Mains were very good..Desserts too.

A beautiful place to stay in a small place like Manipal. The rooms are extremely rich in interior and food is delicious. They have extended buffet items along with live food counters. Keep your stay luxurious with them when in Manipal!

I had a birthday Sunday brunch at their restaurant with my friends and we had a lovely time. The food was great and there were several options available. Mr. Michael assisted us with the booking and decoration with very prompt response. Ms. Gita was the one who attended us and her service was really nice. Thank you.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff's friendliness and their excellent service, especially with our baby, were commendable. The baby crib cot provided added to our convenience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious - a great start to our days. We highly recommend this hotel for its family-friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff.

Perfect locations Close to Udupi.mof you are visiting temple. Its just 10.min. drive. It was a pleasure spending time in next2. Food was very tasty more than everything the manager MR Micheal was very friendly and provided us best available service. We also got onion and garlic less food as demanded and they even informed us about non vegetarian and egg food in priority. We enjoyed a lot thank you for all support…

Good hotel in a convenient location. There was a short of dusty smell in our room, Apart from that everything was well maintained.

Location is close to the highway. if you want to exit without entring the city then its the best hotel to stay. The entry is from backside so very difficult to locate and dosent feel good too. Overall good and coperative staff. Twin share rooms are quite small compared to other radison hotels.

I had my birthday planned here. The whole team here helped my boyfriend set things up to create a great experience for me, especially Ms. Bandana. The food was exceptional as well. Would love to come here for another ocation

I booked myself a junior suite as stay was longer and family is big and we are on a working holiday. Room size : 5/5 Bathroom : 5/5 . Best thing is that suite has 2 toilets Service : i am still in hotel while writing this review. So far 5/5 Food : Well this is THE highlight. We had dinner yesterday and breakfast today. I would rate it at 5/5 and highly recommend. I found out that its not just south indian food but even north indian dishes are equally competitive in taste. You just cannot stop. My heartiest thanks to Mr Shiva, the chef for creating such wonderful and memorable recipes. Looking forward to my stay and will update my review with further details.

The food was amazing and was a savour. The buffet system had a large variety of food, making up for everyone's taste palate. The service of Ms. Sunitha was great. She was quite considerate of the presence of a child and old people. She was quite helpful and sweet. It's a great place to go to for a tasty treat!

Great price for rooms in this small property. The rooms well maintained, clean , with nice bathrooms! We had requested 4 rooms on the same floor, which was organised. We also requested a nice taxi for travelling and they organised that as well. The swimming pool area needs a little TLC, the pool itself though small is clean and my kids had enjoyed spending a little time there. The staff were courteous. The restaurant staff were also very helpful. All in all a very good experience and will definitely recommend and use the hotel again .

The oriental restaurant was comfortable and simple. The food was of good quality and prepared well. The service by Sulia was exemplary! She should be awarded and rewarded for her patience, her finesse and her smile. I saw her at the restaurant when I was having breakfast at 9am and then when having dinner at 9pm and her level and quality of service was as brilliant as ever! Thank you Sulia and thank you Country Inn for the hospitality! Close to MIT and very convenient!

In middle of the city, we had planned to stay two nights during a week long trip to Udupi. We checked in after a day long sightseeing, after having fun at various beaches, just to have proper rest on the next day post which we again had plans to stay at another beach resort. The service provided is remarkable. Good food, though a little on expensive side, but they do allow you to order from outside which helped as my kids wanted very specific item and buffet would have been worthless. Again i would like to thank their staff for the hospitality provided.

Very good service, Michael Disouza restaurant manager is very down to earth person. Instantaneously responds to our request orders, and explained about all the available food options and We will come again to the hotel. His recommendations was so good. We enjoyed our stay here hope to come again. ☺

Staff is excellent 5 starts to them. The waiters were good. 5 to them as well However the food could be better. What hurts me how can spring rolls be undercooked? Less or flavor is still tolerable.. but undercooked is just unacceptable.

Small but quiet, like a real country inn The staff was courteous and prompt, the food, though not lavish, was well made and the menu coordinated. Though I love the local cuisine, it was a welcome break in a somewhat familiar surroundings for a Northerner missing home. Swastika, our host, was very prompt with the service and friendly too boot. Will definitely visit again.

They were very considerate and served the orders keeping our time constraint in mind, the food was delicious, the entire experience felt luxurious and refreshing. Mr vinod and another female staff were very kind. They also offered to call an auto for us when we were running late, just emphasizing how much they keep their customers in mind. Over all country inn never disappoints. And is something everyone should experience in a while.

We had a delicious meal at Next 2 rooftop restaurant. Amazing South East Asian cuisine. We were even able to order Indian food from Mosaic restaurant on the ground floor. We were served by Sulia who was very kind and hospitable. Thank you- we will come back!
