Staff is courteous. Good value for money. Better to call the hotel desk directly for pricing ,website pricing is higher by 30% ;negotiate. This is one of the two good hotel on brown road. The other is hotel Arcade.I have not stayed there but worth mentioning as it is closer to main road.

City lite hotel is located at suhani building ۔ very good service and beautiful rooms۔۔ so elegant

Location is good..not a very posh area, but all places are nearby. The hotel staff are good. A friendly environment and a comfortable stay in such a eco budget. The best part is that the staff and the owner are so friendly that they will cooperate and help you in every possible way. We a group of 32 people went, stayed and enjoyed the stay. Must look into the cleanliness a lil more maybe. But overall we were happy. :)

Very nice hotel visit every one here near by railway station and metro station.

Experience are not good at all bcoz of there rooms ...room are very dirty and no cleaning ...blanket is very cheap quality

We had booked rooms for 4 days but we were asked to checkout after 2 days as they had a tie-up with a company and they had guests coming over

4 star bcz :- 1- private parking 2- clean 3- good service 4- lift availablity so easy to move upstairs 1- less star Night shift manager attitude.. Ordered sugarless tea bcz of sugar patient but got extra sugar tea. When confronted he said dubara order kr do is m kya ho gya ?

Best place for stay in Ludhiana City is a hotel City lite . It's services is very will.

One of the best services they provide..and comfortable rooms

I have tried multiple hotels in budget of 1000-1500. All I have seen that unprofessionalism of staffs. Usually they are in banyan and entertaining the guest with no intention to welcome you. But The best thing I love in this hotel that their staffs behave so nicely and professionally. Rooms are well maintained and that part of room for which I m very concerned is Bathroom, which was well clean and nicely constructed. And the most important part don't ever book any hotel from Oyo. Please go through MMT. This is my personal experience.

Nice hotel in Ludhiana. You may face parking problem probably here. Rest good clean neat room and maintenance is proper.

I liked Hotel City Light very much, the only problem was that there was no Indian seat in the toilet.
