We went from Bangladesh, checked in at 5am and hotel staffs were very cordial and helpful. Spacious & clean room, excellent location. Bed sheet and pillow covers need to be renewed other than its a very good hotel. Budget friendly

It's a decent budget hotel. Rooms are good. Staff is cooperative and location of the property is good. Though area is a bit congested. May be recommended if you are looking for a budget hotel in Ludhiana near Railway station and bus stand

Very bad service! No maintenance of room bedsheet found dirty with dark spot! According to money this hotel room is have bad service! Even washroom condition is bad!

Fantastic n fabulous service. Awesome n tasty food. Neat n clean room. I took room of just Rs.500 only with cooler which was formed like AC in the mid night. Fair washroom with all amenities. Please please please do not book this hotel through OYO or AGODA. The hotel have stopped taking bookings through external agents as such. My brother in law checked in yesterday and the hotel said they do not accept online bookings through OYO and AGODA because they already owe money to the hotel. My brother in law had to pay 1000 extra.
