Worst service provided by KFC yesterday. Ordered at 20:31 :57 but till 20:55 order was not processed, although order was of 1275.00INR. When enquired about my order , no 17473, got bewildered on the face of delivery counter boy. Then I demanded for refund, then manager n other staff, literally busy on mobile, came in, and served at 21.05. Hell of this service by KFC, Manager tried to offer me with free Pepsi, I declined to accept. It's a warning for the regular customer of KFC like me n my friends, please get enquired about delivery time, else choose other option. I have deleted this outlet from my list.

Worst of food, i have been visiting this place for months, and over the time they have degraded the food so much that now i literally hate visiting this place. Worst food, at times they re-heat the food already cooked food, at times they give lesser quantities, and at times they simply give something else. Location wise they are good, so now they are taking customers for granted. Avoid if you can. Simply cheap preparations.

I love KFC 😍😍...And today i have got the worst experience in this particular KFC ....the lady named Jassbir Kaur took my order and i have given an order for dine in service. In that i particularly said i need a Pepsi medium and after 10 minutes she gave me my order and there is no Pepsi in that and when i ask her she told me that I haven't told any Pepsi. She told me even i didnt say any in a very humiliating way as they she is giving me for free . I felt really bad and waiting for a friend to catch up. When my friend came we again ordered and this time please add my number but this lady again closed the bill without adding my number as i need the bill. When i asked her she told me she will add and fooled me by just typing number and she thought she blufffed me and even without any hesitation said i will get a message as i already know little bit how this bill works in adding customer number. She don't want to make it a record on her and i really want to give feedback about this to KFC. While leaving i again bought a pet Pepsi bottle and asked another guy to add my number this time particularly and he added and i got it. Today at 12PM i went i made 3 bills so only to make this feedback to KFC. I never thought you guys are hiring such persons and the way thay speak to customer like this. If you like i can give my card slips as reference as i didnt get any other bill other than Pepsi as it is the trust on KFC guys and it is my worst experience till date with KFC. I just want to make this noted and informed to you. I hope you guys take care of this.

08/12/2023 . Me and my friend visit KFC at Ansal Plaza. Staff is behaving so badly , No one wish me , even dn't have smile on there face . It was taking so long to deliver orders. One guy looks like supervisor , he is not working just roaming and talking , he might have to help co- workers. Guys taking & deliviring orders look so dull and tied .

I was ordered double down buger they Hd very gud taste and staff are so friendy and helpful of the kfc ansql plaza. Thnq for serving me delicious food.

Team is totally unfriendly they are busy in their mobile or chatting with colleagues. They never provide bill receipts even if you ask will tell you that you have to wait long if you need bill. The food they serve was incomplete and has to ask again and again for missing items. I will never recommend anyone i was really surprised that they don't give receipts to anyone It should be checked.
