We booked the banquet and 10 rooms here for a wedding ceremony in last week. I’m very disappointed with the whole experience here. You don’t expect such an experience when you spend hundred of thousand of rupees on such an important day of life like marriage. - The rooms were stinky and an expensive bluetooth speaker was stolen from one of the rooms. When the management was informed about the stolen speaker they failed to take any responsibility and were very rude about the whole incident. - This is not how a business in service industry should work. Even the utensils used in the wedding ceremony went missing. - The whole staff was rude and unprofessional in general. They were more concerned about the “sagan” that they were getting then actually providing the service that was worth the money.

Had an amazing stay at the venue..good hospitality with near and tidy rooms..

Wow place.. just amazing. Very good ambience, yummie eatries, spacious hall. Staff is co operative.. btttt the valet parking staff is very cheap.. they demand money for getting car to you. They harrass by asking again and again. I have visited this place many times, and all occasion the valet staff behavior is same.

On 12th and 13th me and my family stayed in this property for my wedding. Over it was the worst experience any1 can ever experience Below are the few points I would like to share with you all 1- there was zero ventilation in the rooms 2- rooms were badly stinky 3- Staff was way unprofessional and over the top they don’t even know how to talk 4- manager was too rude when we addressing our issue with him!! 5- Infect theft incident was too happened on my wedding day one of my expensive thing (Bluetooth speaker) has been stolen by one of the staff while cleaning the room. And when me and my family address this issue with the owner of the property The reply from him was way too rude plus I haven’t receive any feedback from him and his team.

The stay was great, had a great experience. Price was reasonable but a little higher than goibibo. Room was clean, so the washroom. Overall a great experience. Also the receptionist is kinda hot, i say!😝 Anyways jokes aside, it's a great hotel. Do check it out.

Great resort in ludhiana Pakhowal Raod good ambience good catering with awsum snacks live and serving also .good for small gatherings .stalls in function outside is too good with live pizza and tikki chat and Golgappe..owner is also very helpful and always ready to help .pls visit and do your functions here sure .

Great resort for wedding & Aniversary parties . Around 500 people can gather here without any problem , it has a good space for gathering of people and also food here was awesome , south India , North Indian , Street snacks , Chinese , Italian , Thai all dishes available here and also a mocktail bar available here for childrens and adults also

The place is not that great . The worst part is they do not know how to give rates to the guest. Their manager is overconfident with his knowledge of the market whereas he gives half hearted detail . He did not seem interested to take bookings. The place can do wonders picking up business but either need to train their manager who takes up booking or else replace him . I chose another place to book my family function just because of the sheer attitude he is carrying

Stay was very pleasant...room was clean...they are couple friiendly and u will never feel awkard...although food menu is bit costly but overalll its gud place to stay

Worst hotel everseen ... service is very poor, uncooperative staff.. rooms and linen gives poor smell even they ask for extra money on check-in... Please don't go for this property as such expensive tariffs
