i had been going here ever since i moved to cochin. very professional. I've been having back issues and had quiet many good sessions here to help me feel relieved. the managed Kevi was also always helpful in finding me immediate appointment and offers. The steam after therapy was an added bonus.

Good massage and ambience. The masseuse took a lot of effort. The electricity kept getting cut off, so it started getting stuffy, with mosquitoes biting. Took the fun out of it. Make sure to have a backup and a fan of not AC as well as some mosquito repellents. Opted for a spa without knowing what exactly it involves. Would be nice if either it would be clearly explained in the brochure or by someone . It said citronelle signature spa with head, foot, face massage. But nothing about how it's going to be done and what's going to be used. Further the foot massage was a body leg massage, and of course face and hair but as the hair massage was without an oil or anything it was a bit dry.

A complete relaxation package is what you will get here! The staff is welcoming, and have good knowledge of all services. You sure will be in great hands. A must visit!

Citronella spa is the one and only excellent professional spa in kochi. All the therapists are well trained and the skill and experience of all them is to be really appreciated. The spa facility is also truly marvelous and the rooms are so neat and hygiene. The ambience inside the spa is really magnificent. The politeness and manners of all staff are truly excellent.
