It's a wonderful place for having quick bites or something light like sandwiches, waffles or other desserts accompanied with cold or hot beverages, drinks, gelato etc while chatting with your friends. (Waffles, Grilled Sandwiches - Highly recommended) I'm absolutely a great fan of their gelato and cakes. They're soo delicious. The place is usually crowded and provides indoor & outdoor seating. There's also ample underground parking area. The service is a bit slow around the opening time and when they have staff shortage. They provide quality stuffs at pretty affordable rates. The owner & staff were really nice and friendly. Another must visit café in Kottayam. :) ♥️ Bon appétit ! ☕

Went based on a review by my friend. Never expected such dope quality ice-creams. Soo good & better than any brands out there. Surprisingly, did not have a bad throat after having their ice creams. Did not crave for more which means any chemicals unnecessarily added for profit and customer is extremely low here. Ambience is dope as well. 100% recommended

Loved this place. Best to hang out and have a fun meet up with friends while having some really tasty coffee. Bicerin Chocolate Hot coffee - (5/5) Rs 125 Loved the hot coffee. They serve sugar sache to add sugar of our comfort. Try adding sugar and drink if you're not so fond of the dark cocoa taste. The base layer chocolate beneath the milk is too awesome. It's served in a small glass Chilled Caramel Coffee - (5/5) Rs 190 Cold caramelised coffee. It's served in a medium sized glass with straw. Ambience - Too awesome. The TV entertained us with good playlist of music. The space is well maintained. Good customer service.

Third place, honestly, I still have no idea why it's called " 3rd place " , wish someone would tell me why the owner named it like that..! 😅 But it is what it is.... The oldest gelato shop in town! And the only gelato shop where you can get amazing gelato and food! 😍 Okay, I've ordered burgers from them and honestly, they have some amazing beef burgers, but yesterday, we went there to chill! And the place has come a long way, compared to what it was more than a decade ago, this place now offers wide varieties of not just gelato but coffee and other food items that are tasty!!! Even the interiors have changed, what it was just bare minimum in the past, now it's cosier and sleek. ⭐ French fries, wooh, delicious, burgers! Off the roof! Had a gelato shake with their dark chocolate gelato and I simply loved it... especially being a dark chocolate lover. ❤️ Spent nearly couple of hours and we didn't know how the time flew.. friendly staff and kind staff also.. and they do give huge helpings for just tasting the different flavours that they have! That's awesome! ( Because every other place gives a microscopic size and hardly your tongue can taste it) I do have two complaints, 1) A bathroom would be very useful especially when you are there for more than an hour doing work or just chilling and would also help women when they really need to go! This is a must need!!! I was standing next to a random woman who asked the lady at the counter for the washroom and she got a firm no, that's sad to see that! 😕 2) A TV plays random music but the sound system plays different music, put them both on sync, please! I loved your playlist but some of the songs that MTV had, I wish I could have sang along with them .... 😅 Apart from these two issues, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there especially going there after many years!

Scrumptious food delivered on a hot sunny day was like finding an oasis in the dessert. Though amidst the pandemic,Third place was open ;with appropriate safety measures apt for the current situation. The ambience is very welcoming and charming. This cosy cafe has left the best impressions.Its hospitable hosts and delicious dishes are commendable. Its a little expensive but worth it. Highly recommended.Would like to come here again

Still the coolest cafe on KTYM. Only problem AC not working fully !!! They have really neat snacks and the claim to variety of coffee. Famous for their gelato. Ambience was chill. Love their coffee, cakes and gelato. Cheese chicken balls @ 90 with side fries and tartar sauce perfect !! Vietnamese coffee @ 80 . Lovely Service is okay Priced just right. 👍👍

Amazing Food initially launched as a Gelateria, and that too a the first one in Kerala, 3rd place has evolved from being just a desert/cake place to proper full fledged cafe. While visiting the other other day, I happened to order a 'Messy Burger with fires' Its a very well made burger with the sauces that tastes out of this world. Not just the burger, the other items such as REEB, Pizza omelette are too good. Worth a visit. a variety of waffles are also on offer.

We had their garlic mayo grilled chicken with special homemade sauce and hot chocolate. The chiken dish also had french fries served along with it. The fries were really crispy and tasty and the garlic mayo they served was also very tasty. The grilled chicken was a bit too smoky but I'm a fan of that so I liked it although some people might find it too much. The quantity for the price was not too much, as expected in a cafe setup but we cant call it filling. The hot chocolate was very tasty but the quantity was less. There were a lot of other options and a wide variety of icecreams and gelatos. I'd really appreciate the different desert items they have in the menu although we had entered just for a snack. And we didn't try anything else. The ambience is very good and it's a good place to hangout and chill with people.

Visited this cafe after recommendation from friend. We have ordered 2 meat burgers which cost little more than 500. The burgers seems expensive for what they provide. They don’t even provide a glass of water here along with the food. Even we asked for water and waited there for another 10 -15 minutes. But nobody showed up.

One of the earliest cafes/chill out spaces in Kottayam town. I think they were the first ones to introduce gelatos in Kottayam. Decent menu and prices. It is in a narrow lane near manoram junction.

Very good ambience and many varieties of coffee! Interesting and fun place to visit for coffee hopping! The manager aunty there is super kind and helpful! She serves the customers also! Takes order patiently and helped us with suggestions!! We were very impressed! The only down side is the price, the cafe is quite expensive and even ordering couple of coffees could get you a bill near 500... Other than that, it's great! And plenty of parking available at all time!

Burgers, sandwiches, waffles, shakes, gelatos, deserts…you name it they have it. Burgers are just decent while they have wide range of gelato icecreams. They also have so many options in desserts. So many cute corners to get clicked. Nice place to hangout with gang. Must try is lotus biscoff icecream.

Was my first time trying. Came with my friend who has been here a few times. Recommended place to visit in kottayam. Service was absolutely perfect with lady asking how the products were and even asked for recommendations to make the food better. Could say must try. Lots of varieties to try. Will come back another time.

This place is good. I dint explore much, but seems like a good hang out. Space is limited but that limited space is good.

Their Italian delicacies are usually thr best. We tried the apple pie semifreddo and it was super delicious. The peach ice tea and passion fruit shake was super good too. However their veg grilled sandwich was below average. It was soggy with a brown sace oozing out of it. Tastewise it was good but the consistency and overall appeal was bad. But 4 star for the semifreddo and customer service. Also they don't have a washroom.

Poor smoothies, overpriced, and customer amenities. Ordered passion fruit and raspberry yogurt smoothie. These are plain with ice cream options of vanilla and overpriced in 200 rs ranges. The smoothies could be easily tried out in home kitchen. So maybe the charge is for ambience. U can get muted tv set, no wifi facility and dark corner s to look at. Wifi access is not provided to customers per the employees. The place could have gelato options being good but definitely not for smoothies or shake options.

Waited 45 minutes for an order. And after 45 minutes Got a chicken burger for the kids. Best part is after the kids nearly finished it the lady comes and says it was a beef burger and not a chicken.
