Before buying specs from Ahalya, Make sure You are not cheated. Make queries from different optical shops.They usually snatch heavy amounts from customers. In my opinion ,Meenakshi opticals Near SB College is the best in Changanacherry.

Aren't truthful in sharing information. Mentioned cashless facility was available for cataract and 2 appointments later stated they could not. Are not willing to help with documents for reimbursement as well. There's not much you can do to ascertain if they are truthful in what they say so it is better if you avoid them. Other services are okay except for the insurance cheating.

The attitude of a health worker should be to help a patient the best way possible. But this was not my experience. Even though the consultation fee was collected in advance, the Refraction Check staff and the Doctor were didnt listen to my problem carefully. It is Ok to say if you dont have the specialisation or expertise to diagonise a complex problem, but please dont show the 'attitude' because you dont know about it

Receptionist was very rude when asked about wearing footwear inside the hospital. They told me that we can't wear footwear inside hospital. But they were letting some people who came for some repair work to wear their footwear inside. This may not be a big ussue for those receptionists, but it matters to others.

"WORST EXPERIENCE" DON'T BUY EYEWEAR FROM THEM. PRICE OF FRAME / LENSE IS TOO HIGH IF YOU COMPARE WITH OTHER NEARBY EYEWEAR SHOPS. IF DOCTOR RECOMMEND YOU TO WEAR GLASS THEN TAKE PRESCRIPTION AND GO TO ANOTHER SHOPS IN CHANGANASSERY.

Visited the clinic recently for dental filling. The doctor was very understanding and explained the procedure and was always ensuring that i was comfortable. The place is also neatly maintained.

I had gone through the other review The price of lens as well as the frame is bit costly but its worthy Bcz i had purchased a spects and accidentally my sister stepped on and it got bend. Took it to a similar famous shop which is nearby they said they can't work on it coz it may break so i took it to here which is almost far and when i give the spects without saying anything they repaired it and cost me nothing so am happy with them

Horrible service. Only 1 doctor is available here. Patients, even elderly people were waiting outside for long hours. The only thing I found helpful here was the parking facility. I don't even wish to give one star for this place. If it was possible to give negative stars I wouldn've given that.

Closed reception waiting area with only just two wall fans and one AC which is not working due to lack of power and no ventilation and around 30 persons waiting in the reception.Outside temp 32degree and feeling 36 inside.poor facility
