Worst experience. I went there to buy a chocolate cake for my child (parcel), it was not a peak time and there I haven’t seen any rush. Even after it took 15 minutes for someone who took the order. There is enough staff and they all are engaged. The people who are in the counter doesn’t mind the customers. And after the order again it takes 10 minutes for paying the bill. Really astonished with this experience from Thomson. Absolutely no value for customers and not at all happy with the service.

This is a food chain bakery cum restaurant. They have around 9 branches across many districts in Kerala. They serve a variety of Naadan, Continental, Chinese and Authentic Arabic Food besides a vast variety of Fresh Cream Cakes, pastries and snacks. Their duck curry without red chilly powder is so tasty and it’s a foodie’s choice. Some of their outlets are in their own malls and theatre complex. This is a must visit place for foodies.

It was overall a bad experience.Iam giving this place one star because I couldn't give it a zero star.I ordered a biriyani and I found a cockroach on top of that i called the owner and informed about it.The owner didnt gave the money back.If you really care about your health ,don't eat from here.

I've ordered 3 packets of biriyani from them and there was a dead cockroach in it. Take proper measures regarding the hygiene.Especially during this time of pandemic,when hygiene should be the topmost priority, it's really awful to have such an experience.

Ordered Starters as chicken Lollipop and French fries. Lollipop was not upto the expectation. Main courses for 7 of us were like Chicken Biriyani Mixed Noodles Jeera Rice Thai Fried Rice Chicken Fried Rice Fried rice chicken egg combo Kingfish Fry Prawns chilly All tasted good Falooda and fruit salad with Ice cream was also not bad as well as Water melon juice. Totally the whole food was good

Absolutely worst experience. Of all the hotels in thiruvalla this is the worst. 0/10 I was going with my family via thiruvalla and we stopped for lunch, having rating of 4 we decided to eat here. It took them 20 minutes to come take our order and then half an hour later the waiter came saying our order is over🙂😤 and they have absolutely no value for the customers they are like " eat if you want or go" . Not only did I regret going to this stupid place the experience here made me regret setting out on this journey in the first place😑. Overpriced menu, very low quantity and whatever you order half an hour later they come saying the food is over. This is the worst food I have ever eaten from a restaurant, and the staffs are so bad having no value for the customers. Out of all the hotels in thiruvalla..please don't go here. Thompson's you suck!.

We went here for lunch. Food was good. Meals, biriyani, continental dishes and juices are available. You can also have snacks and tea at ground floor where the bakery is situated. Ample parking space. Enough seating capacity available at ground floor and first floor. Very good service.

Tasty food. But, Be careful about the fish items as the rate is not mentioned in the menu card. I feel it is their tactic to charge more as one medium size kalanji was of Rs.600 and a neymeen piece curry was of Rs.250 in my last visit.

One of the best restaurants in Thiruvalla, situated opposite to private stand. A fine place to dine with family during weekends. Mixed grill is our favourite dish. Ground floor is bakery and First floor is restaurant. Amble parking space. Staffs are helpful. Prices are reasonable(₹₹₹). For some items its expensive.

This one is in Thirivalla Bypass near the round about. The staff is just ok (no mask worn), and the earlier security person over there was not nice. He is really rude for no matters. The wash area and the toilet is not at all clean (stars reduced). The food and everything over there is just ok. They have small varieties of cuisines and in the first floor is the bakery and the second floor they have hotel dining area. They are over priced as compared to the food provided. Biriyani is worst. Would suggest MAA hotels in National Highway. Update: For delivery they charge Rs.10 for the bag, then Rs 5 as the parcel charge. Chappati costs Rs 12, garlic naan Rs 30, porota Rs 12 and panner butter masala Rs 160. Heavy charging.

Only review you gotta read:- The food in this place is a bit more expensive than other places in Thiruvalla. It is overall a decently cleaned restaurant and bakery with adequate space to sit. There is a good enough space for cars to park as well. Most of the food is here pretty good but from the other reviews I have read, people don't like some of the food. This is due to the food tasting a bit old. Some of the food served could be a bit old since they can't just throw the food away and have to serve us the old food for profit. This is where it loses one star. This is definitely something that should be checked. Another place where it loses one star is the attitude of waiters. Most of them, they are fine. But some of them don't even care for the customer. But overall if you are just looking for a decent place to eat with a bit more expensive prices where you can sit comfortably with family in the restaurant, go here. The bakery down below is also decent and I would suggest going to the bakery more than the restaurant. Well enjoy the dine 🥂

Good food.. But I felt their quality is declining.. Last time I ordered beef curry porotta and alfahm.. Beef curry was good but alfahm was not up to the mark..

This place has good standards. Out of most of the restaurants and Bakery I've visited this one has good ambience, staff and food. Cleanliness and hygiene is top notch, staff is well trained polite and helpful. Food is good i wouldn't say it's extraordinary but it good. The place is a good dine for friends family and couples. As for the Bakery I've only tried a few items so i have less to say about it but once i have tried a fair amount I'll update the review.

Good bakery with an attached restaurant too. Place is clean and well-maintained. Staff were also very helpful. Food was tasty, and overall, this is one of the better restaurants in Thiruvalla. Parking space is also decent.

Tried their Nool Parotta and Paneer Mattar Masala - medium spiced and tasty tomato based gravy. Nool Parotta was simply an art. The best part of our meal was the fried chicken biriyani which was tender, juicy and melt in the mouth. You won't regret spending little extra than usual. Must try restaurant spot. Make sure that you reach early for lunch otherwise you might miss out on trying the chicken biriyani.

This place served bakery items and tea. When I visited this place in the evening, most of the hot snacks with tea were exhausted. So had to manage with what was available. Tea was good. Dal Vada heated in the microwave oven burned my mouth. Parking space for two three cars available.

The service was good. The staffs are experienced. The food quality was alright. Highly recommend vegetable kadai. But broken crockery was provided for my family. The owner/management must take the responsibility and change all broken plates and damaged utensils. It would affect reputation.

A nice restaurant located near Public Stadium Thiruvalla, by the western side of Thiruvalla by-pass. Spacious dining area spread in two floors, ample parking space for vehicles, reasonably fast service with a wide variety of food , this Branch of the Restaurant Chain is immensely popular with people of all age groups.

Tried Butter Naan, Gobi Manchurian and Butter chicken. The food was delicious. Good ambience and customer service. It's very crowded during noontime. But still, they manage to reach out to every table and serve the dishes in minimal waiting time. Very pleasant staff. Bakery items are also available here. 1. Nool parotta: (4/5) Costs Rs 20. It was awesome. 2. Bun parotta : (3/5) Costs Rs 30 or 20. Average. 3. Beef fry : (5/5) Excellent. Again ordered beef roast and porotta online on the delivery app. The beef roast was simply delicious and the porotta was also nice layered and tasty.

It's a nice place to dine in and they got a decent menu. Staffs are very friendly and are very good in making good small talks which makes you feel good. I love having traditional Kerala snacks like ilayada, kozhukkatta, etc. Their service is very fast too.

Located at Thiruvalla bypass.. just at walkable distance from private bus stand.. ample car parking available.. Good Ambiance.. very relaxed seating.. The premises is kept clean and tidy.. The food is really delicious.. quantity and quality of all items are really great.. Meals + fish curry is a must try.. Staff behaviour is very excellent.. very cooperative.. This place was open quite early in the morning unlike other bakeries as this has an attached restaurant facility also. The staff was very courteous and helpful and swift too. The place was very clean and there was a good parking facility too. I bought a chocolate pastry and 2 donuts. Both were very delicious. There is a " Make your own sandwich" counter here which opens by 1pm. I couldn't try that myself. It's located at the bypass and is easy to spot. Wonderful place to revisit again.

Ordered beef fry, 210rs costs. Very much disappointed, pooled in badly tasted oil, many of the pieces were fully scorched...

Growing up I was taught, check the person's bathroom and you can have a clear picture of their cleanliness. I had food at this place that was good, however I was concerned about what I eat once I reached the bathroom to clean my hands. ✋✋✋. If a place like in Thrivulla can't keep their bathrooms clean and healthy what would be under the table of their "Cook" in their kitchen??? I would have to wonder..

Very neat and good bakery and restaurant service located in bypass. Very good displayed food items. I feel it's litte costly and the staffs here is not Malayalies and the communication with them may be little hard for some people. The security guides for parking but the little slope on the road may damage for vehicle for low ground clearance vehicle. The exist from the bakery is also a little headache due to road signal and the curve.
