Absolutely a horrible experience. I will be taking it up with the management soon. Last night I ordered Al Faham. I am not sure whether the spices were not properly cooked or whether the chicken was merely dipped in a bucket of spices but literally, it was a horrible experience. It was as if you’re taking a bite into a ghost pepper or a Carolina reaper. Despite having a high spice tolerance level, it not only left my mouth in burns; but my insides ( stomach) as well. And this not only happened to me, but to my whole family as well. I’ve had al fahams before from other places but I’ve never experienced this before. Neither were we warned that it’s going to be this spicy. I do not know whether this is their usual way of making or was it just limited to the batch served to me. Anyway, it was a horrible experience and I’d recommend to not go there. If my family’s health deteriorates we will be seeking medical attention and I will personally take it up with them.

Snacks will tempt you when u visit the outlet.... tried almost all items from their.. banana roll was cold 😞. & it disappointed. Chicken samosa was yummy. I used to visit KR for their cream bun.. i tried it from almost all outlets of KRB..it's a must try...

It was our second or third visit. Today, we had chicken rolls, cutlets, butterscotch shake n watermelon juice. To be frank, the chicken rolls were served hot, but here n there it was not cooked well. The fillings were delicious. On the other hand, the shakes n juice were good. Apart from that, innumerous cookie varieties are available here. It's situated inside the town. Do visit.. 👋

Tried kappa biriyani, porotta,chicken chuppa, lime juice and chocolate shake. Food tastes good. Bakery items are really nice.Price is also affordable. Good ambience. Not too crowded

Good bakery. No bad experience from here. Clean and neat area. Fast service. All items available. Had some shakes and snacks at reasonable price. Parking also good no issue.

Stopped for a quick bite on the go. Good food and taste. Sufficient car parking facility. Comfortable seating, neat and clean place.

This is a good place to visit if you crave bakery food as there are several varieties of food items available here. You can also buy cake or pastries. I liked the mixed fried rice served here.

Visited the place on vishu night. There were short in staffs as well as in food. Which ever food we asked, they were in short ans too at the time of 8PM. I think thats the peak time for restaurants. If they cant provide good customer service in a holiday, better they should close it for the day, rather than making customers life in misery. The food was just average or rather below average. Asked for a creamy chicken soup and veg mushroom soup, what they brought is veg creamy mushroom and veg soup!! Totally miserable experience 0 star if I had an option!!!

Tasty, finger licking edibles. Snacks, fresh juices, take away counter, clean dining space. Variety of veg and non veg food items available. We had nice creamy chicken sandwich which is more than enough. All other snacks were finished as it was Sunday evening. Fresh carrot juice, water melon juice and coffee were also good.

I went to KR Bakes to the Restaurant section on the first floor to have some food on April 2023. Since it was around 4pm in the evening, I ordered a Beef Roast and 3 porottas. The beef roast was tasty , although a little spicy. The porottas were good , but might have been made in the morning and heated for me when i ordered. The accompanying salad was very delicious. You can check the photo for the prices. The Biriyani dishes will be available only upto 2pm or 3pm and from 5pm onwards, the Arabian dishes like shawarma and others will be available. The first floor has only around 6 or 7 tables(including 3 small tables)..so might have some difficulty getting seats once the rush starts in. The staff were friendly and cooperative.

The food was delicious but the service of staff is not satisfactory. That's why leaving a 4 star instead of 5. We were opted the ground floor for dining. We went there for dinner.

The same old flavours of my college days. Their different chilly chicken and chicken 65 dry. Are my favourite.

KR, as usual, maintains their standards. We ate lunch there today. The amazing teamwork is reflected in the high-quality food they serve. Friendly managers and staff make the atmosphere more inviting. Outstanding work... Keep going...

Affordable dishes, Although they could work on variety a tab bit more. The service is not exemplary but decent. Compared to similar restaurants serving same dishes, they provide adequate quantity of food. It did have flaws like using the same gravy for Paneer butter masala and Butter Chicken.I have also received a piece of chicken in Paneer Curry, which was unacceptable.

Best in town and far better than overrates anns bakers. KR never disappoints in the side of quality and customer satisfaction. From security to billing counter you will feel utter care from them. Rates are on higher side for packed items but worth every penny that you are spending.

Went there to try the shakes and they were good. This place is very popular and they have 2 floors. It is easy to park there as well.

Ordered cream of chicken soup and found bone in the soup. I don't know if i can call this a soup.. Maybe porridge? 😐The consistency was so thick. Never ordering food from here😬

This is my fourth visit and first time using the restaurant on first floor. It was a busy afternoon and I got a chair in no time but no one turn up take order for 20 minutes. Some one turned up at last and got the required items in another 20 minutes. Ambience is ok. Food is good in quantity and quality. But staff looks overworked in rush time and a floor supervisor will make things easy

Almost all items are over priced . A puff costs 30 ₹ , banana fitters cost 20₹ .Their paneer jilebi is a must try.Less seating in the ground floor . 1st floor is Air-conditioned with more seating capacity. They have several branches around kerala.

Great food awesome service

Quiet big place, they have good cakes and other items, only thing felt was there should be more staff to serve the people who are dining here in the ground floor.

I'm really happy with the food and service provided but not at all satisfied with cleanliness of the place. Nowadays it's very difficult to have food from the ground floor. We can see Fly's in and around the tables and food. I haven't seen any actions taken on this. Since it's a matter of hygiene,hope the management will take this issue seriously.

Ambience is nice .its well maintained and clean..service is good dont want to wait for long..dont expect a variety and long menu but the qualtity and taste of the food was good..price is high but its ok while considering the region...just go there and enjoy the food

Kr backers and restaurant is Located in TK road ,which is around 500 meters from the town. It had a beautiful upstairs , goood parking space. Food is very good . They have wide variety of foods . . staffs are cooperative. Good one . Must visit. Highly recommended. 5/5

Decent food and staff. Nothing extraordinary but definitely a must visit if you're in town for a while. I would rate the bakery higher than the restaurant.

Parking facility is available and is a good place for bakeries. Normal restaurant is upstairs and convenient for dining.

Food is good can be give rating 7 out of 10 ordered Nadan Chicken curry but quantity is very less and no gravy.. Good for bakery items and staff behaviour not up to mark...

Very good stop for bakery and resturant needs

I had diarrhea after having their grape juice and their lunch consisting of gobi Manchurian with fried rice. It didn’t even taste good. I was in the hospital because of vomiting and diarrhea and even had to take antibiotics for a week from the infection. KR BAKERS please, don’t make someone lose Rs 10,000 with hospital bills after eating from your place. My entire family was sick.
