We
stayed
in
CVM
House,
Tiruvalla
for
8
days
during
the
third
week
of
January
2021.
We
have
enjoyed
every
bit
of
our
stay
at
CVM
House
Tiruvalla
and
it
has
become
a
memorable
part
of
our
life
now,
as
it
was
the
venue
of
our
younger
daughter's
engagement.
Moreover,
she
started
from
there
for
the
wedding
ceremony...
The
property
is
in
the
center
of
the
town
on
the
main
road.
Mr.
Mathew
Sankaramangalam,
the
owner
of
the
house
has
kept
its
150-year
old
traditional
and
ancestral
look,
in
spite
of
the
renovations
within
the
house
with
the
most
ultra-modern
amenities.
The
staffs
are
very
cordial
and
helpful.
Round-the-clock,
they
are
under
the
close
supervision
of
Mathew
through
the
umpteen
number
of
CC
cameras
installed
there.
There
are
4
bedrooms,
a
drawing-room,
and
a
'charth'.
The
rooms
are
properly
maintained
and
absolutely
clean
and
neat.
The
entire
ambiance
of
the
house
and
the
very
spacious
backyard
is
really
out
of
the
world.
This
is
a
perfect
location
for
a
family
get-together
or
a
gathering
of
up
to
100-150
people,
in
an
exclusive,
cozy,
comfortable
property
in
the
midst
of
the
town...
With
all
my
experience
and
expertise
in
marketing
&
negotiating
skills,
I
could
not
get
a
good
discount
from
Mathew!!
He
could
be
a
little
more
flexible...Kudos
to
Mathew
for
deciding
to
upkeep
his
ancestral
property
for
the
benefit
of
others....Keep
it
up....God
