A good Domino's outlet with helpful and warm staff. The outlet is well decorated and has good seating arrangements. They have an open kitchen and the customers can see the pizza made in front of them. 🍕 Love the Pizza and they had good options of veg and non-veg pizza. Not only the pizza the meat balls were also soo yumm... Parking area in front of the outlet is not alot so that can be a problem at times. You can order online and come in and take your order and enjoy the food at the outlet. Due to government rules dine in is not available right now.

Like any other domino's.. Can give all stars for its taste and hygiene. The space is little less. Ambience, taste, location are all top class. Parking is not sufficient but manageable on road side if its the right time🙂. Great resto for the youth for sure. Thiruvalla desperately wanted one!!!

Ordered Cheese Pepperoni Barbeque and the taste was good, delivery was fast and the staff was extremely friendly. Overall highly recommendable.

Dingy, Dirty, tiny place with some Duffer n most annoying staff. My better half ordered a Big pizza n requested the staff to deliver to our car, parked exactly below. There was not another customer. They agreed n we waited for more than half an hour. Then I went to check, how come so much delay. One guy is totally engrossed in the mobile. The other 3 ganged up together, looked at me with a silly, ugly n irritating smile. In a very rude manner one said very loudly, " It takes time to make." Me, " Once it's ready, please give it to our car. Again more rudely n sternly he said " No we can't give to car n all." Then why he agreed to give to the car to my husband ?!!! No good manners n etiques. No graceful way of speaking. Most irritating n irresponsible staff. Looks so dirty n not at all well groomed. Disappointed n found the staff most unprofessional. Who has selected these goons for a famous brand ?! In that mood i came out to a fully drenched outside, where I could have easily slipped n fell n fractured my bones. Least well kept surroundings. Expecting an apology.

Had pizza frim here and it was tasty. Staffs are very friendly.

Store is on first floor and deserted. Dining in not an option at all. It is take outs and home delivery model. Staff not customer oriented. Overall not a good experience at all.

My experience at Domino's Pizza was average. The food was decent but lacked a memorable flavor. The presentation was satisfactory, and the service was adequate. The prices were reasonable, and the ambiance was pleasant but unremarkable.

Their pizzas are amazing with a great grandeur inside its a perfect eatery. The delivery of pizzas takes about 5 to 10 minutes in the afternoon and about 20 minutes during rush hours. There will be one improvement I will be suggesting and that would a better attitude to customers from the employees. They neglect us and we have to call them from their talk, to give orders or money. Otherwise all things considered it's a great place and deserves 5 full stars

Bought from pizzas twice. The pizzas are great and preparation time is excellent. But during both instances they forgot to add sides that were paid for. Rahul the store manager was really helpful in resolving the issue. The staff needs to be trained properly to ensure that they bill you once and not separately for the carry bags to avoid inconvenience.

Suggestive & Friendly staff. Hygienic. Dine in could be served without the take away boxes, unless the COVID protocol is followed. Softdrink cup/glass could have been a little more bigger. Groud floor location would have been better as well, for elderly access. But, overall the pizza was great.

IT was Not a pleasent experience at Thiruvalla Dominos. Even after extra payments for extra Pizza to add in to meal for 4 , but Pizza Served was small and only 2 Drinks. How ITS balanced. Management should Look into the the quantity vs costing of items. ITS currently worst compared to other Pizza companies. ! Toilet was closed and was not available for visitors.

Pizza is good.. but will take time to see it on the table.. When i visited, it took more than 40 mins to get one medium size pizza and a garlic bread. Looks like a limited number of staff to prepare. Mostly crowded inside the shop due to less tables to dine in. I would suggest ordering online. Parking is there on the ground floor. The shop location is not in a crowded area so we can also use safe road sides to park vehicles.

I recommend no one go here or at least avoid ordering online. Half the items on the menu are out of stock and you won’t know that till you’ve placed your orders, if you do it online. After you’ve ordered online you get a call saying items in your order aren’t available. And if it’s not lack of items it’s the delay in getting things, for example I ordered something and waited for 2 hours only to get a call that that particular item isn’t available.

A really good outlet located near Pulimoottil Silks, Tiruvalla. Had multiple visits here both alone and with friends. Good service and really spacious and hygienic outlet.

Like all outlets of Dominos Thiruvalla also provides wide variety of pizzas. Delivery and take away is fast and prompt. Only issue is the outlet is located in the first floor of the building. It's easily noticeable from M C road near to pulimmootil silks.

This Domino's restaurant is now functioning like a pro. Quality has improved a lot and the cleanliness, order delivery and staffs are great. Never had a less than great experience and even if something goes wrong, they take care of it instantly. Awesome happy dining here.

I have takeaway and dine in experience from here. First of all, the pizza and sides are really good...like any other Domino's. Employees are decent at their service.. nothing exceptional. But, they can really work on their ambience...they have a good spot right away from town's hassle which is easily accessible. However, the decor and overall ambience is really ordinary. The stairways to upstairs are not very comfortable to climb up and definitely is a turn off as far as aesthetics is concerned.

Went with family, small outlet, not many seating options, Outlet was neat and well maintained, most of the orders seem to be take away..The staff seem experienced, they were polite and patient, took the time to explain the food options. Got the order within 10-15 minutes, the pizza we ordered was great. Would recommend a visit for your pizza cravings 😋.

The interior is spacious,staffs are polite and well mannered,pizza was also nice.The pizza cutting was not upto their standards.

Tried Dominator Pizza. The space they have is too congested. It doesn't offer a good ambience. The pizza tasted fine. It had the dominos standard taste, but as the name suggests, chicken has to be the dominant and also minimal number of pieces were expected. Hardly I could spot 2-3 pieces of chicken and 2 pieces out of 4 slices had no traces of chicken even. Customer service was great. It costed Rs 733 for a couple of regular dominator chicken pizza. Satisfactory customer service.

Nice little outlet ..has 3 tables that sits 6 people and 2 smaller tables for 3 ..and some extra chairs at the side.. The pizzas were average ..i believe i have had better Domino's pizza before
