I visited the store while the renovation was going on (it was not so good) but once the renovation was done the store was elevated to new levels of glory. Staffs were friendly. Happy to visit again.

First time visiting Malabar Jeweller. It was pleasant and welcoming. The place is in a mall so we have good parking spaces. The store is a bit small they need to expand to cater for more customers. The competition near by has almost 2-3 floors and is spread on a wider area. This place has decent selection and variety of bangles and necklaces. The store surprisingly is quite crowded on a lighter note more crowded than some of the supermarket chains. It looked like folks buy gold here daily and vegetables on rare occasions. They have few items with higher making charges that is why they loose 1 star. The service and quality is good and they have a loyal customer base. In case you are in Kollam and looking for some gold and diamonds please visit them.

The shop is aimed at selling gold and nothing else. They are focused in getting you value for money, and have not faced tricks or deceit. The sales persons are professionals, and unlike other store persons who act as if they are your friends and try to get as much information about you as possible, these guys respect you if you are not the talkative type.
