Diag lab is one of the best modern facility with many center in town gave is flexibility to test onsite or with the ease of having test at your place which diag provide. Price of testing is much cheaper which is an additional feature of Diag. The highly advanced lab with NO TOUCH TESTING IS UNIQUE AND FIRST IN VIETNAM . I walked in with no appointment and asked if I could get allergy testing. She handed me an order form and let me fill out whatever I wanted. She then took me to a room where I got my blood drawn. They asked me if I was ok and then gave me a little milk carton and I was on my way. Literally 20 minutes or less. My results were emailed to me in one day.

Walked in without a booking and got a rapid antigen test with certificate in less than 90 minutes for 140000. Staff spoke good English and very helpful. Best service I got in my month travels in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

The rudest doctor I’ve ever experience in those private clinics I’ve been to. I went in, and the receptionist told me to go up to the 1st floor to get the doctor’s check-up, before getting any test regarding my condition. I waited outside for 30 mins until the last patient went out. The doctor nor the nurse noticed that I was still waiting, despite my mom asking them 3 times whether we should wait or else. When I came in, with a severe redness all over my body, the doctor didn’t touch, didn’t check my heart rate or pulse. The light in the room at the time also turned off because the nurse was checking on a patient in the other half of the room. The doctor only asked once that what symptoms was I experiencing. I told her that I had a fever for 2 days, then for 2 days now I have red dots all over my body. She assigned to me a blood test. All happened in 3 mins (maybe not even). When I tried to tell her more about my symptoms, she cut me off and coldly told me, “just go and do the blood test!” 2 stars because all other staffs were so nice, except the doctor :/ She was the lady in room 2 on the 1st floor.

This is where you pick up your PCR test results before your flight. It took them about 15mins to get me the results.

Friday 8.40am, first time coming for a quick health check request by my insurance company, here is what I am experiencing: very noisy (people talking, on the phone, youtube on speaker). I have been waiting for 40min for the ultrasound and still waiting now. It is not better than the public hospital. I don’t know if the quality is good but already have a headache waiting here

Very quick and fast test results! Complete blood count ready in 15 minutes, multiple other tests in a couple of hours. Very convenient view of results in web browser, translated to English. Amazing!

Least helpful customer service attendant on the phone...as if she is reading directly from her training manual. Excuse me for demanding the customer service over the ohone with little critical thinking, it was pointless calling in to speak with a human siri

I just came for a covid Pcr Test I am a foreigner needing for fly home to my country. I was told to just sit down then nobody helped me then I had to figure out that I must fill in a form. I was tested then told receptionist by Vietnamese nurse more than 2 hours later of waiting they tell me only tomorrow.I am really not happy with the service the nurse finally came out and said why am I still here. I don’t know the Vietnamese language so I can’t understand it . I won’t recommend the lab to anyone. Absolutely disgusting service
