This is the worst hospital. They tried to collect patient's money instead of treatment. The service is very bad, they provided wrong instruction to patient. When they identified that it's mistake, they blamed others and did not do anything to resolve their mistake. You have to spend a half day at their hospital to go through many check in rounds, waiting until your turn, in case there's break in their process you need to spend more time to restart the whole journey. If you are going to choose this hospital, good luck and god bless you.

The hospital was very clean, even in the toilets. Enthusiastic and professional staff, attentively guiding the processes.

They asked customer do test to stay on the side of stadium. Very hot. And they insert so many customer with online payment (no seperate line) If you feel not in good health, please dont go to this place

Stay away from this hospital. We walked in the door, registered, and they wanted 10M dong as a deposit to have a blood check. Ridiculous. We walked out and immediately went to Hoan My Hospital. Don't waste your time with this pure profit hospital.

This is a very modern, very professional and extremely well equipped general hospital. I was admitted for emergency spinal surgery, which was carried out swiftly and efficiently. The surgical team had initially recommended an invasive procedure, which I was happy to accept (I would have accepted anything); however, they reviewed my scans and tests again and were able to revise the treatment to a faster, less invasive and less expensive procedure that was entirely successful (this as rebuttal to accusations that it’s just about maximizing profit). It is a young hospital, and there is room for improvement as one would expect. That said, the systems, platforms, procedures and equipment genuinely merit the overused tag: ‘state of the art’, and I believe the medical staff who told me they came to work here because of the quality of the hospital and its facilities.

All they care about is money. Came here because of a severe food poisoning case. Instead of trying to take care of me all they could do is ask for extra tests and kick me out after a few hours because if not I’d be charged more. When I wanted to pay and leave it took them 1 hour to take out the IV and charge me. They wouldn’t give me water or much unless I asked. Only some nurses were kind but I definitely wouldn’t come back. At least it was clean but other than that not a good experience at all. It also amazed me how no one could speak English at the hospital or barely.

This hospital have a counter in the airport for urgent Covid test before your domestic flight with cost 440.000 vnd. Cost for covid test outside is 100.000- 130.000 vnd. What a big gap! Feel very bad about that.

Disappointing and terrible service. Not recommend at all. They requested a notary of my ID without informing in advance. I didn’t bring so they took a copy of my orginal ID, then forced me to write that I will compensate for the hospital in case of providing wrong info (very unreasonable as this is a photocopy that they made themselves from my original ID). When I wrote “I’ll be responsible” instead of “I’ll compensate”, they asked me to go to another hospital (after letting me wait for 3 hours). Worst hospital ever.

We waited for a total of 5 hours today to see the doctor even though we made an appointment in advance. There was a coordinator in charge but she straight up refused to help us, claiming "there was nothing I can do." And please don't tell me to contact any hotline. I'm so frustrated to the point that I don't want to see or hear any other thing from you. What you need to do is to retrain your staffs (you are really inefficient even though you're over-staffed) and put your customers in the center of your business. My advice is to find better hospitals because at this price range, you have many other choices. All they care about here is your money. Seriously, think twice before you make it here. Make your hard earned money worth!

We took PCR tests here before flying with Qatar. Came at 6 a.m, got the number, the sample was taken in 10 minutes. Came back at 1 p.m for the results. It has qr code, but Qatar didn't care much about it. The hospital is in the approved government list. We paid 1.100.000 each. Very fast and convenient. Clever and pleasant stuff. Thank you :)

Call to schedule with doctor and hospital send out a sms without any instructions. When i come to reception area, they provide a queue number without asking any information. When it’s my turn, the receptionist checks information and says that i should come to another area and i have to wait in queue again. It’s really annoying and wasting my time.

I recently visited Tam Anh hospital with my father for a pre-booked appointment, and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. Firstly, despite having a scheduled appointment, we were made to wait for an unreasonably long time—1.5 hours to be exact. This prolonged wait was particularly challenging for my father, who was already unwell and nearly fainted during the extended waiting period. Shockingly, not a single staff member approached us to inquire about his well-being or offer any assistance. One aspect that compounds our dissatisfaction is the fact that Tam Anh is a private hospital, known for its higher costs. However, the level of service we received fell far below the standard expected, even for a public hospital. The lack of attention to a patient's condition, especially in a private facility, is deeply concerning and raises questions about the quality of care provided. Throughout our visit, there was a conspicuous absence of empathy from the hospital staff. When my father urgently needed a place to rest, our request for a temporary chair was initially denied. It was only after my mom raised her concerns that we were provided with the basic consideration we should have received from the beginning. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, urging Tam Anh hospital to address these issues promptly. Patients and their families deserve a higher standard of care, especially when choosing a private healthcare facility

Fantastic experience at Tam Anh! I had an upcoming flight with a quick turnaround and needed a covid test. The staff did everything they could to accommodate me and got my test done even sooner than expected. As an extra bonus, one woman on the staff wished me a happy birthday when she saw it was my birthday. Thanks guys!

We came here after my father-in-law suffered a heart attack a week ago. We visited 4 different hospitals and each time the experience got worse...Therefore, I was positively surprised about the quality of Tam Anh hospital, the service (even the parking guy guided me to the right building) and overall support my father-in-law got. Please keep up the human-centered service and quality. We will definitely come back if we have any health care related need for my family in Vietnam.

May I say IMPRESSED? As a RN from the USA.. I was IMPRESSED.. 2hrs 28 min from Registration to triage to Consultant #1 who decided I needed a consultant in another speciality.. so saw Consultant #2 whose office was quite a walk away (and they had a lot of staff impeccably dressed to take patients to their next destination).. .to labs.. to pharmacy.... To leaving hospital with meds...? Impressive... All were very professional... Very well staffed.. Spotlessly clean... Well organized.. very impressed. You have done very well Tam Anh 10/10!

I had a good impression. They have MANY staffs who will guide you all the way from the moment you walked in. Price is reasonable for the service they offer (admission/consultant fee is 160,000). At this step you would be informed of the fee and insurance (if applied). So you would pay for doctor overview, then see the doctor and pay for the procedure that he/she recommended before doing it. The doctors seemed friendly and respectful to the patients. The hospital itself was crowded but clean and tidy. Booking appointment in advance makes it faster.

And extra appreciation for the professional surgery team! The hospital itself is very clean, well organised. Most of the doctors can speak good English. Good service comes with hefty price. Doctor was cautious and asked my dad to do lot of tests, i know for patient's own good. Very hygenic and water bottles provided everyday, food portion was cling wrapped properly.

I've been to the hospital today. Really welcoming and efficient staff. What I really liked about the hospital is that you pay before the procedure. That's really convenient - you know what you pay for and how much it costs. I'd stayed in Thailand before and it was totally different, you wouldn't know how much everything cost until you finished. The prices are ok too. I went to a surgeon (160Dongs) and did endoscopy (1mln).
