One of a kind and absolutely stunning, a must if you are in Thun! My husband and I hosted our wedding at the Schloss Schadau Hotel with all our guests staying on the property for 3 days, and us, a bit longer. Property is beautiful, we were stunned, it looked even better than the photos! Each room was spacious and had its own character, and the views from each, park or mountains, were spectacular. Staff were lovely and accommodating. The food was brilliant and our guests loved the breakfast we had each morning. As far as planning our wedding, Anja was amazing - had all the answers to our questions and she worked with our vendors to make the day seamless for us, and was also very accommodating to our vision for the big day! When we first picked this venue, we thought it would be us and our guest’s only trip to Switzerland, but thanks to the Schloss Schadau, we are now all planning our trip back!

An absolute wow! Schloss Schadau in Thun is a true treasure. The setting is simply breathtaking, with panoramic views of Lake Thun and the majestic mountains, creating a fairytale-like atmosphere. We stopped by for drinks and couldn’t have been more impressed. It feels like you’ve stepped into a time portal and you don't want to leave :) What made it even better is that the venue is pet-friendly, which added to the welcoming and inclusive experience. The staff were attentive and kind, making us feel right at home. Even though we only enjoyed drinks, everything was excellent, reflecting the care and attention to detail that defines Schloss Schadau. Highly recommended!

Went for dinner and it was a nice experience. Beautiful set up in a unique place, tables well spaced out and quiet. Service is good, as staff is friendly and welcoming, and attentive! Food was of a big portion and done very well, every element on the plate went well together. We had a variety of dishes and we were all very happy with the food. Dessert is also a must try! I would highly recommend for a nice dinner out.

Beautiful castle, excellent dinner (the fish!), very hospitable women running the place. My wife and I chose to stay here after arriving from Paris. What a perfect place to relax and start our journey in Switzerland! Very elegant and classy. Everything we hoped it would be.

This is another park in Thun, which is beautiful in every season. You can walk for exercise, relax and enjoy the view of the mountains and the beautiful lake all day. There are also restaurants and drinks available. We came to celebrate our wedding with our family here because the place is beautiful and the view is beautiful. When you come to Thun, you must come to this place. In the summer, the flowers bloom with beautiful colors. The water lilies are beautiful, and the purple color is very beautiful. The flowers bloom in a purple field. I recommend you to visit.

This is a 7 star property, amazing view, please book a lake view to avail the best. Lovely breakfast and superb hospitality by Anita and the team 😍
