    Had my flu and covid vaccine this morning. Appointment was on time...no waiting. Explained everything to me and all done in a couple of minutes. Very nice doctor/male practice nurse. Greeted with smiles, and reassurance. Have been with this practise since 1979. Been through midwifery care with all my children. Always find reception and medical staff professional , friendly and very helpful. Thank you Wouldn't change .

    Been for flu vaccination today which was very quick and professional. The male nurse was extremely friendly and informative, made to feel very at ease. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Really cannot fault the service today. The online booking is alot better and no need to have to call at 8am to try and get an appointment.

    The change in making an appointment has been a positive one. Twice I’ve used the online system and it’s been really smooth in getting to see the Doctor. I have also found the GP practice to be communicating better with the hospital and back to myself. Great change that avoids getting stressed ringing at 8am.

    I had an appointment with Dr Hyde after discussing my problem with her she put my mind at ease. She doesn't rush you and in my opinion is a brilliant doctor. I applied through the online app and got an appointment with in a few days.

    My experience with Dr Khan was first rate. I left entirely satisfied that he will do his best to ensure a referral I’ve requested will be resolve. He also gave me good insight into another medical issue which we are reviewing ever 3 months.

    I used the online appointment request yesterday. I found it easy to follow and left some details about my condition. Within about an hour I received a call from the receptionist to say I had an appointment within two hours. I saw a capable and patient GP trainee. He introduced himself and patiently explored my acute condition and a more chronic issue. I need some follow up tests and these were arranged on the day. I received two follow up texts asking me to book appointments for these tests. There will be more senior members of the practice who will struggle to access a computer to give information.There is a phone number you can call instead. You could also access the local library for a computer. The librarians can help set you up an account. It is so much better than the 8.30 phone scramble. While waiting to see the GP. I overheard a carer seeking medication for someone. The receptionist was patient, capable and firm, despite being spoken to in a raised tone. I’m only giving 4/5 stars due to the building, but that’s not your fault! Well done CMP, please be patient with the new system, it will help us all in the longer term.

    Appointment made using the new system. Unfortunately I had child care duties that day. Rang in spoke to lovely receptionist and was able to change date with same doctor Dr Yeates who was able to put my mind at ease . Needed bloods which i had done next day at Gatley. Fantastic service. Thank you

    Flu jab from booking appointment to being administered today went seamlessly for both myself and Husband, volunteer was polite and professional. Whilst posting this review I would also like to say that all the healthcare assistants and practice nurses are exceptional and extremely helpful.

    Had a quick appointment yesterday, was seen straight away as the patient before me had cancelled, bonus! Was swift enough visit and no problems at all, wouldn't mind if the messages about making possible future appointments would cease bombarding my phone, if I need you I'll contact you 👍🏻
