This has got to be one of the worst Sainsbury's ever. There are a few pleasant staff working there. However some are very unpleasant. The tills are never fully manned and yet there is always staff standing around chatting. If I visit this store its out of sheer desperation.

I literally only popped in for a few basics. I wasn't wearing a mask as it is optional however as I quickly went round the shop I clearly heard quite derogatory comments about this fact yet other people who I'm guessing were regular shoppers not wearing masks did not seem to come under such abusive fire. Ans as if that wasn't bad enough I couldn't find anything I went in to buy. Shop was not very well stocked at that point. Really disappointed as I shop in my local sainsbury regularly and they are wonderful happy, helpful people;whi I believe I've never heard loudly voicing opinions about customers to each other, judging people when you should be working is never attractive, let alone being slightly racist. Letting the shop and other colleagues down.

Good visit. Nice and relaxed, staff great, nice to see people are not wearing their face nappies in the store, well over seventy five percent of them anyway. Sainsbury's is the worst store normally for people complying with ridiculous government dictats.....

Sainsbury's Prenton. What a boss trip today!! Unusually perhaps but terrific bargains to be had and struggled walking home. It's a boss shop and you will get everything you need here in one place. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Used to do the weekly shop here. A food item I always bought is no longer available in store, but is available to click and collect at the same store. Cost me an extra £4, but as I no longer shop there, it has cost this store £150 per week.

Space wise, this shop is quite average. Plenty of offers clean and tidy. I usually prefer Sainsbury's instead of other supermarkets like Asda, Lidl, Morrisons.

It's a perfectly fine shop, it's got everything a Sainsbury's usually sells. If I'm going to be honest, I didn't give it 5 because it's such a big, ugly, concrete building.

Was well stocked food wise, no clothing as only a small store.

Great store with a good range of products. They have become more competitive on price too.

Good supermarket with a good range of food , drinks and other products. Now has Smart Shop capability. Just register with Nectar and Sainsbury's, and you can use your phone to scan purchases, and put them straight into your shopping bag. No need to scan at the till. Just scan the QR code at the till and all your shopping is transferred so you can pay with your credit/debit card.

First time I had been in this branch of Sainsbury's, found what I wanted thanks to helpful, friendly staff. Found what I wanted quite easily. Checkout lady was friendly and aware of what was going on around her. Able to respond with kindness to an elderly gentleman who just wanted a couple of minutes chat. Would go here again.

Was able to pickup my basic things. Sandwich cooler was a little disappointing, poor choice, requires inspiration. Bakery very good.

Very polite. Helped a old lady who'd crashed in car park and staff were brilliant, did everything to help. Even got free coffee and offered food, excellent service.

Strange sewage smell by the bakery section. Over priced compared to other supermarkets.

I'm a great fan of Sainsbury's - their Ready Meals are 100% better than M&S!!

I visited Sainsbury, Woodchurch Road today and was so impressed with the customer service. of a shop assistant named Karen who was so pleasant and helpful and willing to go the extra mile to help with a big beaming smile. When we reached the end of the aisle we spoke to Ellis, a manager, saying how helpful Karen had been and he immediately acknowledged how highly he regarded her. As we moved on we saw him walk back to Karen and heard him reiterate what we had said and praised her. This is teamwork at its very best. Most impressive on both their parts.

Good supermarket although sometimes not enough tills open for those who don't wish to use self service. They seem to have decided that the minimum milk size should be 4 pints - a bizarre decision if we are trying to reduce food wastage.

Fair selection of goods for the size of the store. The area could really do with a super store as the area developes as Asda which not far from here is not catering for everyone so Sainsbury move while the iron is hot and make this area yours

Well stocked supermarket with very friendly staff. Not as big a product range as larger branches but less stressful shopping experience. I do miss the excellent deli counter though.

Efficient. Lovely smell of the flowers as you walk in, isles are categorically laid out, nothings out of place except miscellaneous items picked up and left elsewhere by customers. Lovely smell of the bakery as you enter.

Only a small store so only has a selection of items, feels a bit dated now compared to other sainsburys and the recent addition of argos to the store has removed even more supermarket space. Seems to have a high staff turn over and when we had an issue where they debited money from our bank twice the manager was useless sorting it out. It just so happened we knew someone who worked there that was able to help.

Only used for the loo but the flush was on point! Not too sensitive which is rare these days. Morrisons would have dampened down my undercarriage several times

Handy sometimes on the way back from work. Deep filled mince Pies are nice there.

Clean, tidy and well presented in all areas. Good availability of products too considering the issues Brexit has caused. Use this place regularly and rarely disappointed.
