What a Nebraska Tradition! Always hot and fresh and loved by my “picky” kids. The drive thru was busy but also quick and we had our food in no time. Friendly faces and workers were smiling and made sure everything was perfect before we left the line. Can’t wait to enjoy on our next adventure!

Firstly, the drive-thru line is jacked up by the way it is designed. I got to the restaurant before the guy to my right, placed my order before him, and ended up in line after him; and of course he ordered everything on the menu when all I ordered was a meal. I hate it when they hand me my drink with soda dripping down the side. How hard is it to wipe that off before handing it to the customer so that person doesn't end up with a cup holder full of sticky? The fries were not cooked as they were soggy. The Runza I ate was good. Finally, don't stick a receipt in a bag full of grease. Common sense is NOT a flower that grows in everyone's garden. I won't be back.

Runza Blair, Nebraska Just went through the drive-through got a double hamburger/cheeseburger and a single and whoever is cooking him tonight and Blair there’s so much salt on them , my mouth is raw only halfway through the first Sandwich. My Frings have 80% less salt than the burger. Sorry to say, but this is my worst trip through Runza yet.Just threw out $40’s worth of meals

Burgers are always better when you dine in. Not sure why but it just that's my experience.

So I never wanted to leave a bad review, because usually the customer service here is amazing. although there’s been a couple times it hasn’t been great. I recently just went there, and this one girl that works there she has red hair and bangs, I think she also wears glasses. she seems to always have an attitude or come off rude. last week, I went and I got 3 meals. one with a papsi, and she didn’t ring it up. so I politely asked her if I could get one and she rudely typed it in and then told my my total, she also seems to like to roll her eyes a lot. this is the 3rd time since the new store opening that my order has been wrong or missing something. other then rude employees, and not listening closely to orders. the service is amazing and everyone is generally polite.

Such a clean establishment that is staffed by a courteous crew. My food was warm and fresh. Loved the bread!

Ice cream stopped the machine didn't seem to be working correctly. Was melted soft and very small
